Came in to look at a golden doodle my sister showed me. I spoke with owner and he was super hospitable. They kept all the pins super clean and I got a golden doodle! I love her! 10/10 would recommend this place to anybody who wants a dog!

Way over priced since the pandemic..... Find a local breeder demand to see the parents and the living conditions before you buy a puppy any where

Thank you Puppy World for our new addition to our family. Purchasing our new fur baby has been such a positive experience from the time we walked in the door. When you buy your puppy from Puppy World their disclosures give you a heads up that it is very common for puppies to possibly get some sort of respiratory illness when they get to their new home. They tell you this because the puppies get stressed getting used to their new environment. In any case, this is exactly what happened to our little guy. We ended up taking him to our vet and had a few minor expenses. I then emailed Puppy World about possibly getting reimbursed and they quickly responded and approved our claim. Please keep in mind some of the expenses we incurred were not covered under our contract with Puppy World. I knew this prior to emailing them for reimbursement. They did not have to approve my claim, and I can't thank them enough for doing so. They earned a customer for life. If you're thinking of purchasing your new fur baby, I would highly recommend Puppy World. They truly want to do the right thing for the animals and find a loving home.

Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff My wife and I we’re looking for a very specific breed and happened into Trevor’s store I was very impressed at how healthy and happy all of the dogs looked. The attention that was given to us and the other customers while I was there was a A+. Thank you.

The fact that puppy stores are legally allowed to exist is insane. With all the dogs in shelters, that get euthanized… why even pay a dime to this place …half the people who buy from places like This end up dumping there dog at the shelters anyway. Sad. Half of you don’t even know what you’re paying for when you support places like this. Ever consider Getting a real job Trevor?…. Animals aren’t here to be used & abused just to make you money. ????

All the puppies are very well taken care of. Trever keeps his shop very clean. He is also very aware of how illness spreads between the puppies and to counteract this from happening, he has a very good system of hand sanitizing between each pen. To try to keep the puppy's as healthy and as safe as possible. Every puppy is very well trained and loves attention. It was a joy to visit his shop. Trever is a very genuine person and really cares about taking care of the puppies to the best of his abilities. He also has a vet stop by every few days to check on all of the puppies to make sure they are all doing well. I will definitely be back when I am ready to buy a pup.

This place is amazing! The puppies are adorable, well taken care of, sweet, and loving. Its very clean and very strict on making sure you sanitize your hands before petting each pup. The owner was incredible, he was very straight forward and knew what he was doing. He treated you like a friend rather than a customer and wasn't in it for the money. He makes sure that the puppies will be going to a good home! We will definitely be coming back!

Had a great experience at puppy world . Needed a new member to my family and immediately fell in love with my husky ! He was so playful and very well taken care of . Place is very clean , along with the puppy play area and sleeping area . Got lots of goodies that came along with my puppy ! Overall puppy world is a very affordable and reliable business.

We got our puppy last week and we have been so impressed with her. She has a great disposition, loves kids, and is so sweet and calm! She immediately took to sleeping in her crate and lets us know when she wants to go outside to go potty. When we took her to the vet they said she was very healthy too! We just love our puppy and are so glad we made her a part of our family!

I looked at many pet stores over the weekend. I went to Petland & puppy boutique. I wanted to visit this store tomorrow. I always read reviews before visiting, and this place has a lot of positive reviews more then Petland. But after reading the story of the family that lost their puppy, I didn’t understand the response from Puppy World. Who would return a sick dog to u and not try and help their own dog with medical care? It seems like you wanted them to return a dog that was ill instead of trying to save it. I’m not sure I would be able to do that if that happened to me as a consumer.

Great shop...we love our new puppy

As me and my wife recently just got married we decided to add a new addition to the family! We walked in and right away we fell in love with all the dogs! We played with the puppy we wanted and instantly knew that he was the puppy for us. The worker was so amazing and he had the place spotless. Also, All the puppies had plenty of water and a clean area for them to lay down in! I had seen there was one bad review and it’s upsetting but I definitely made sure to read through the whole policy before purchasing the puppy and understood these guidelines thoroughly. As taking a puppy into your own hands responsibly we all have to know that taking care of a puppy is like taking care of a child. Thus being said I am happy with my 3 month old baby boy and he is healthy, happy, playful, and most of all the best puppy we could’ve asked for! Thank puppy world so much and I appreciate your service. I highly recommend this place for many and I refer them to all my friends and family .

Since moving to Las Vegas we have added three dogs to our family. Our latest addition came from Puppy World. We had the pleasure of working with Trevor who was extremely professional and helped us throughout the process. There are risks with purchasing from a pet store. Getting a puppy who has been transported across the country and gets handled by random people presents a challenge for any store in this industry. We had some complications after getting our new puppy home but the staff at Puppy World partnered with us and stood beside us the whole way. I am so happy that we for this store and had the pleasure of doing business with such an amazing group of professionals. Not only do they offer a fair price but they cared about the safety and well-being of this puppy and my family. I would definitely do business with them again. Thank you Puppy World for helping us add the blessing of a happy pup to our family.

The dog I got there was a 3 month old puppy it had many things wrong with him Eventually the puppy got really sick and died only after a month of my buying him from puppy world I am so heartbroken over this but I want people to be aware of what I went through so you don’t have to go through it

Excellent customer service!. Went by the store while waiting for my haircut next door. Instantly fell in love with every pup in there. The fella running the store greeted me. No pushy sales. Educated me on each pup and their breed. Literally had a record on their history. AKC certification. Their bloodline and pics of their parents. Definitely impressive. Brought my wife back with me. She to also was impressed. The puppy pens were incredibly clean and the pups look extremely well taken care of. I'm not one to give 5 stars but these folks definitely deserve it. Will be back when we're ready for a new addition to our family

We went looking at different stores over this past weekend and every single other store was pushy with us trying to adopt a dog. We went into puppy world and they were not pushy. We found our beautiful puppy and took him home. Very clean location and great staff thank you so much!

I only wish I could take all the puppies home with me. An amazing place.

Amazing customer service beautiful pups and supper healthy affordable prices I will definitely be buying another pup from here best pet store in town hands down!
