Dogtopia of South Summerlin Las Vegas, California

After a recent relocation to Las Vegas for work, my little pup was struggling to acclimate to our new life. I had never taken her to daycare before, but in a moment of desperation I found Dogtopia. Even during a week where they were short staffed due to Covid, the people at Dogtopia were flexible with me, absolutely so kind and sweet with my dog, and really went out of their way to make a recent LV transplant feel at ease. I was able to watch my dog go into the playroom for the first time - which I was nervous about - because a sweet employee brought an iPad with the webcam feed out to my car. My dog has a great time there! It is such a relief to have found these people and we will definitely be customers as long as we are in Vegas.

The people are professional, compassionate and I feel completely secure leaving my dog there to play. I also love having the ability to watch him play during the day on the web cams.

Everyone who works there absolutely loves dogs. They always are excited to greet our dogs.

Everyone knows my girls and all seem to enjoy working with the dogs. Both my girls love their time socializing and are eager to get in the playroom whenever we go. Our beloved Bella was recently diagnosed with cancer and lost her rear leg as result. The staff was so supportive and warm woth their well wishes for her. She's been able to come back and mingle; was received with open arms and care.

The staff at dogtopia is amazing! My pup loves it here. I can feel comfortable leaving him everyday because of the fun and safe environment they have to offer. They go above and beyond to take care of their pups and are always finding ways to improve.

After researching a few other dog daycares and visiting one of them, I wasn’t impressed nor did I feel good about leaving my pup, Fiona, in their care. Immediately upon entering Dogtopia (South Summerlin), I was impressed. The staff was welcoming, pleasant, knew all the names of the pups being dropped off and treated my girl as their own. I love being able to check-in on her through the webcams they have in each playroom. They also have monthly activities for your pup to participate in, cute crafting events, special treats, and themed photo shoots. My girl loves going to Dogtopia and I feel good about leaving her with the kind, patient and qualified staff.

Dogtopia is bright and inviting even at the front door. The cleanliness of the facility is unmatched. My dog was in great care and I knew it even from the initial phone call. My dog Jazze loved it. She did not want to leave her new friends. I love the staff that's what makes Dogtopia special and different from the rest.

Unless you want your dog stressed out because of they do not track of who is dog friendly and who is not. They put a “CAD” with everyone’s dog. Your dogs are also put into Tiny crates. Horrible!!!!!

Dogtopia is by far the best daycare I have found for my pup. I personally drive about 25 min away from my house just to take him to dogtopia - there are at least two other places closer - because of the staff, facility, and their policies. From walking in the doors, you can already tell this is a high quality daycare for your pup. The front reception gives me the feeling this is a place I’d drop a real kid off at, and my dog is my kid so that’s important. The staff knows each dog and who they go home with. As I wait for my pup to come out, I see the other dog parents walk in and the staff immediately calls out which dog is going home over the radio before even greeting the parent. They know the dogs, their dog-alities, and take good care of them throughout the day. Their meet and greet is very thorough and the process of monitoring them the first few visits ensures safety for all. Additionally, they are the only daycare that requires nap time for all. If my (or any) dog played for 12 straight hours, that wouldn’t be good. The rest is very much needed and to know that every dog takes it is impressive. Even down to the details is impressive. Every dog going in has their collar removed at the beginning of the day to ensure yours isn’t destroyed during play. Then removed prior to going home and yours replaced. All in all, I am so glad I found Dogtopia and will continue taking my boy there!

I love this place and most important my dogs love this place. I love the Webcam too. I love forward in using them for boarding soon and grooming

This visit and stay was a great experience for us and Toby. When we picked him up after only 2 hours; Toby was worn out after enjoying his time with new friends and people. He is returning for a full day of fun on Friday for sure!

My Pet KaMuro was very shy until coming here. He is so much more active and he even smiles now. Thank you Dogtopia for changing his life

The staff went out of their way to make sure our dog had fun and stayed safe at Dogtopia.

I have had the privilege of visiting this facility a handful of times and I am always impressed with the level of attention to their clients, care for the dogs, cleanliness and professionalism. I also love that they have structured rest time for the pups. I have offered a couple of dog training classes at Dogtopia and had the opportunity to work with dogs, owners and staff and they have all been fabulous! As a professional dog trainer, it has been a great help to have a place to refer clients to take their dogs for social time with other dogs and people, when opportunities to socialize have been limited due to the pandemic. Paws up for Dogtopia! They are awesome!

I am so impressed with Dogtopia! I've been nervous about boarding my dog but after going to daycare I have full confidence that he will have the time of his life and taken care of at the highest level.

Do not be fooled by the ratting. Not only did they neglect and starve my 5 month old puppy, but the manager Caityln was rude and unsympathetic to my concern and well being of my dog. Do not leave your dog in their care.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Dogtopia. Gatsby has been going there since he was 6 months old, and he's almost 1 year. The coaches are professional both in handling the humans, but also with the dogs. When we pull into the parking lot in the morning, Gatsby perks up because he is so excited to go and play with all of his BFFF (best furry friends forever). The coaches have helped us reenforce training behaviors, proper play, and sometimes he will even do a sit command for them. Everyone there treats Gatsby with love and respect, and I love seeing on the camera how he's playing with the other dogs or when a coach is giving him special love. We also have utilized their grooming services, and we have been very happy. They have the magic touch, and Gatsby allows them to trim him nails. We love following their instagram. They do so many cool things with all the doggies. I highly recommend Dogtopia.

My puppers had a great time. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

Henry loves coming to Dogtopia. He gets to play with his furry friends and the staff is very friendly with him. He get's a lot of exercise and comes home exhausted after a hard day's work, ha ha.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dogtopia South Summerlin! They treat my pup Vader like family and he's always bursting out the car to get inside, so I know he's well taken care of and loves it so much. 10s across the board!

We started taking our dog here a few months ago and have been super impressed. The facility is great but the staff is even better! They are always super attentive and friendly and our dog gets so excited to see everyone when we pull up. As someone who has to go to work early and stay late often, the membership has been so useful. Would highly recommend!

Dogtopia South Summerlin is amazing and we always feel at peace when we need to board our dog there.

Our puppy Archer loves Dogtopia! We can tell the staff really cares about animals. The facility is very clean and well organized. We especially enjoy the webcam and always see our puppy having fun with the other dogs and humans.

Joke of a place. They have NO time to do a meet and greet but require them before doing a day care.

I love Dogtopia. I love how they know every dog's name when they walk in. They'll bring them out to you car at the end of the day. Everyone is always helpful and nice when you see them or talk to them on the phone.
