Best Doggie Daycare and Over Night Boarding

I have a very close bond with my dog and don't like to leave her when I go out of town. Viva la paw made me feel very comfortable the moment I walked through the door it's very clean and the staff showed me that they really care about the animals as if it were their own. Plus she was groomed so she looked happy and clesn when I picked her up. I recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Viva La Paw .

Unfortunately-I have to update my review (initially on Yelp) from 5 stars to 1 star. I was utterly disappointed as I paid a large lump sum of money for boarding for my dogs. I purchased 100 visits for daycare and only could use 13, before discovering my dogs had MRSA/MRSP-very contagious bacteria in dogs. Both have been undergoing extensive medical treatment but it is very difficulty to get rid of. I called several times, asking for a refund-even stating they could charge me full price (not the discounted price) for the visits used (13 out of 100) but to please refund the remaining balance. No return calls. Then I was told, they will get back to me-when I did get someone on the phone-no return calls. Then I emailed-no initial reply. Then I got an email from Patti herself-saying she would get back to me. That was well over 2 months ago-to no avail. I offered my vet records and any other documents that would be needed. I am really disheartened as this was not my initial experience with them. I cannot support a business that will not adhere to ethical business practices.

Wow! Play areas are big, clean and tons of fun! Individual suites are just that...with TV! Very clean, and the staff is amazing knowledgeable and so sweet, their love of pets shines thru! Grooming, and training are available also!

Due to some circumstances so I have to use pet hotel for a day to my baby kitty. This place is great, my cat doesn’t seem to scared of terrify of anything, he so happy here. The service are nice :) I’ll recommend this place. And I will definitely be back again!!

Awesome facility, clean, spacious, and what seems like a caring staff. By far the best pet hotel on this side of town. Expensive but worth the peace of mind. Very accommodating as well. I highly recommend it.

Excellent boarding facility for your pets. I recently boarded my 3 dogs and I was comfortable with leaving them there for a few days after I met the employees. My Frenchie has extreme skin/allergy issues and they went above and beyond with helping him while I was away. When I dropped him off he was scabby, itchy, unhappy and stinky. When we picked him back up, he looked like he did when he was a puppy before all the skin issues. They gave me advice on holistic remedies to help him and I really am blown away with the level of care they provided to all my dogs. The facility is clean, open and perfect for your pet. The customer service and pet care is above any other facility I’ve visited before and I will continue to take my pets there for boarding and doggy daycare. Overall a great place for your pet and great people to look after them.

I have a very crabby, disabled cat that I needed boarded while I moved. Madeline isn't what you describe as a loving cuddle cat ????. With that said, I was nervous, worried and guilt ridden for leaving her there until I stated receiving updates on her. This helped ease my stress so I could focus on my move. Surprisingly when I picked her up, she didn't hate me, wasn't stressed out and the staff had kind words to say about her. Nothing I had expected due to previous boarding experiences. I feel comfortable knowing I have somewhere to take her and know she isn't just sitting there plotting revenge her revenge upon retrieval. The ladies working there displayed such genuine love and passion for the care of others animals. While I am not there to love her, they did. Thank you!

The name has changed to Viva La Paw. The new owner is very knowledgeable about dogs. I would trust her with my dogs anytime..

Was my first time using a service like this for my two dogs I've had 10+ years. The staff was very nice and my dogs seemed to have enjoyed there stay. Definitely will use again.

I highly recommend this facility. Patti went above and beyond in caring for my little Yorkie, Logan, when I left him there for almost 3 weeks. I have used this place for about 8 years, and could not be happier with the new owner. She is wonderful and I can tell she truly cares about her guests.

Here everyday. Taking care of 'Fur Babies' that owners have given me the opportunity to care for them as my own. Each and everyone are 'Spoiled'.

Check out this place. It is under new management. Patti is hands on and goes over and above to deliver TLC to every pet that walks in the door. I have a Rescue dog I am fostering. Maggie has received patient encouraging care from the entire staff. Thank you America Dog & Cat Hotel for helping Maggie to build confidence.

Dishonest owners. They refused to honor a Groupon value that we purchased, even though the terms and conditions specifically state that the value we paid never expires. Owner Joyce was mean, belittled my dogs, saying that they should have gotten a temperament test first. Not honest. Find another place for your pets.

I was very happy with the service and care, the place was very, very clean my cats were well fed and cared for. The staff took time to pet and play with them, and when I picked them up they were relaxed. I previously took them to A-VIP and they were terrible, the place was filthy and the cats were kept in cages in a storage room filled with junk, no room to take them out and they charged $220 for the same amount of time Joyce charged $315 for 9 days, but at American Dog &Cat Hotel, my cats had a large CLEAN ROOM and my feeding instructions were followed, when my cats came home they were full and happy. When they came home from A VIP they were very hungry and stressed, one cried all day and the other had to be held and was very stressed. Joyce charges more but was well worth it. I asked about the Groupon people and they said they wanted something for nothing and they tried it to get customers but no longer deal with them. Joyce was wonderful polite and gave me a tour ahead of time, only between 11 and 3 because they are very busy with feeding, cleaning and care other hours. I won't take my pets anywhere else.
