These people sold me a sick dog. I purchased an english bulldog , apprx 2 years ago. We now find out, that this dog is very sick. has bad hips and bad arthritis. This is all due to overbreeding. There are two official reports from two diffrent vets, stating that this dog has genetic problems. According to their policy, they only cover genetic disease for 1 year. HUGE RED FLAG. I come from a family of attorneys. We will be going after this place , full force. We cant allow these people to sell sick animals. This is considered to animal cruelty. Which is considered to be a Felony. We will also be looking into where these animals are coming from. We will be looking at this with a magnifying glass.

We bought our mini golden doodle from puppy town about three month ago. We love him so much ???? he so sweet, smart and cute. The service was great they help out with everything . Jennifer was so nice and really showed she cared help take Ollie to my car and everything

Family owned business that is very good with their dogs they take pride their animals they sell they’re not all about money they take good care of their pets they make sure they’re good to be sold they’re very friendly very clean average pricing or not the cheapest but they’re not the highest either My family bought two dogs that was my brother I bought a dog love her to death still have her she’s a doll she spoiled as can be I named her Tenshi Brought my sister back in so she could get a puppy she loves her puppies can’t wait to get it I would check them out before I would check anybody else out because I know how they deal with their dogs I know they’re healthy dogs to or they wouldn’t sell them

This is a family owned pet shop. What wonderful and caring people. I bought a sweet shih tzu puppy from Puppy Town and was so impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the store we were warmly greeted. I knew exactly what breed I wanted and they had two available. I had such a hard time deciding between the two I must have played with both puppies for a very long time. The owners were patient and understanding. They answered all my questions about temperament, feeding, vaccinations, and caring for my puppy. I am so excited to be a new mommy to "Jazmine" I forgot to mention, my sister and brother have adopted puppies from Puppy Town too.

I recently bought a miniature schnautzer and im loving it. Im a first timer having a puppy and whenever I need help I just text the staff and theyre always there to help me!!!! Theyre so patient on what they do. Such a great business!! I really recommend this place, their puppies are so adorable!’

Bought a toy poodle for $3400 from them. Obviously expensive for a dog, but he is 7 pounds which is what he should be! Adorable happy dog w no issues!

We got our 3 month old baby Shih tzu today, Ariella Jade. She is beautiful, healthy, and lively. I cannot speak for those who may have not had a good experience but ours was nice. All of the puppies were happy and playful. Very clean place, and the dogs were just bathed. We were given a puppy pad for the ride home and Jennifer told us she may puke because of car sickness and she did, but being told that was important. Otherwise I would have freaked out thinking something was wrong. She has been home resting, drinking water and playing and we are absolutely in love.

We are happy to find Puppy Town, we got our 1st healthy and lovely mini golden doodle puppy there.

Just brought home a English Bulldog and one of the best experience from the staffs at puppy town. They were very friendly and even give us more discount. I definitely will recommend this place to all my family and friends!

I have had my mini Goldendoodle for 2.5 weeks. He is sooo cute, smart, happy and healthy! Very happy to have found Puppy Town. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pup. My family has been wanting to add a fur baby for quite awhile. Based on the recommendation from a friend, we were told to check out Puppy Town. We went to the website and we immediately fell in love with the Maltipoo. We weren't looking for a big dog, but we wanted a small and playful dog. Needless to say, we found it and the staff at Puppy Town accommodated us. The owner was extremely welcoming and inviting. She will bring your future pet and allow you take as much time as you need to try and bond with the pet. She answered every question we had and you can rest assure what you get is well worth the price you'll be paying. Our newest family will be given a loving home and will be well taken care of. We can't thank Puppy Town enough for their professionalism. Five Stars isn't enough to rate it. Ten +! All the way!

Very rude. Short on the answers. I wish I did not do business with them. Poor managing customer expectations. For the amount of money I paid for the dog I would expect them to direct our questions well and call back when lady said she would which she did not.

I had a great experience here! The store had a lot of different breeds that the workers were all knowledgeable about. Jennifer helped us pick out a puppy that would fit our family’s lifestyle and gave us tips on basic puppy care! I’ve been shopping for a puppy all over the Las Vegas area, and found this place to have the best price point. I’m definitely recommending this place to my friends looking for a puppy!

My family and I got our first puppy here and we are beyond happy with Puppy Town’s service. Jennifer is really accommodating and very knowledgeable about all the breeds. Their store was very clean and organized. Their service is top notch and everyone was really helpful and nice.

On December 19th I bought a Shiba Inu from here. My puppy is now very sick. He won’t eat and is constantly vomiting and as really bad diarrhea. We have taken him to the vet multiple times. We’ve tried medication and changing his diet, nothing has worked. His diarrhea and vomiting is getting worse and worse. Looking at other reviews I’m assuming he has a parasite. Won’t know until I take him back to the vet though. I would not recommend buying a puppy from here.

My review is honest and sincere. If I could give Puppy town 1000 star review… I would. This family owned business have exceeded my expectations. They have taken excellent care of every puppy in there including the one I bought. I was not able to bring my puppy home in the beginning because she had just received her shots. I was able to visit whenever I wanted, Jennifer accommodated visits around MY schedule. She is amazing at returning my every text and phone call in the most reasonable amount of time, in my case it was just a few minutes every time. While on one of my many visits to see my pup, I saw firsthand how they took care of other puppies with affection and attention, even nail trims. The kennels are always clean, and Jennifer follows through with Puppy needs after purchase if need be. I cannot say enough nice things about this family owned business regarding the quality care they give, and the quality puppies they sell. If EVER we are in the market to buy another puppy, I would never, ever, go anywhere else including a breeder! I even got to come home with a surprise little package with my puppy purchase!

0 Stars (This place needs to be shut down). Bought a teacup Yorkie from them. Turns out she is a Yorkie mixed with Chihuahua. We paid over $3k for her, just wow! On top of that she was very sick when we got her at 14 weeks old (A plethora of parasites), and almost died twice. After tons of medical bills and medications she’s finally well at 8 months of age (7 months of hell and medical bills). Although we were clearly scammed I am glad I could save this little pups life. She did not deserve to be in the avoidable condition she was in. I am very disappointed in the ethics of this facility. Shame on you!

Puppy Town and Jennifer are amazing. We drove over 600 miles to purchase our new family member. This is due to Jennifer's amazing and super friendly attitude. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and our family truly appreciate everything. We have visited puppy town numerous times and every time has been an amazing experience.

I came here to purchase a teacup yorkie. Called first and one was available. When I got there we looked at several teacups but decided to purchase the Yorkie. The seller told us she is at 2lbs and wouldn't go past 5. We paid the price for a teacup, much more expensive than a regular size Yorkie. Well it is 6 mos and the puppy weighs 8lbs. Do not shop at this fraudulent place. The puppy is nice and lovable, but not what we paid.
