10/10 Best Experience ever! My pup was in desperate need for a full groom and it went great could not be happier! They were kind and gentle with my boy and I could tell from the moment I picked him up he was a happy pup! May I add I have gone to someone else in the past and they just shaved down his face And had no patience with him so he didn't like the groomers until now! We have now found our regular Grooming and will definitely be back monthly! :)

A great place most of all they were willing to work with chows they know that chows are a special breed.

Wow!Wow!Wow! Lisa and Robert, owners of Tail Waggers are amazing people in grooming and personally. When I found out that Lisa grooms dogs with Special Needs, I broke down in tears. I couldn't find any groomers in town that did. My toy poodle Riley, had lost the use of his back legs in the past year and was unable to stand. This caused other issues from his injury, including a change in temperament, causing biting and growling, incontinence and loss of bowels. They took the time to give me tips to help me deal with his changes. I also came in with a new doggie wheelchair that I had just received and did not know how to use it. After his haircut, they strapped him into the wheelchair. That, in and of itself, was amazing as Riley would not even let me pick him up without growling and biting. Riley then took off like he had been using it for a while. To make all this so special, they recorded the whole experience on video for me. It was so touching to have those memories of grooming and the wheelchair experience forever. I am so grateful that they spent so much time with Riley. Upon my return to pick him up, I thought I had a completely different dog. The haircut was wonderful and he was wearing a cute purple tie around his neck. He was still in his wheelchair in order to show me him moving on his own. They took him outside and he was so happy taking off on the sidewalk. I was so excited. Being so pleased with the grooming and extra attention given, I made grooming appointments for my other 4 toy poodles. Today, they had their appointments and I was very pleased with how they turned out. Tail Wagger's prices are very reasonable and having 5 dogs really helps. You can't go wrong using Tail Waggers as your groomer. I have now booked appointments through 2022 for all my pups.

It was my first visit to Tailwaggers and it will not be my last.The ladies were very welcoming, an had great costumer service .They did a great job on my pomeranian puppy.Everything was done in a timely manner and with care .

I've been taking all my dogs to Tailwaggers for almost five years now and they always come out professionally trimmed and cleaned. Five dogs and they love going to this salon for their spa day. Trimmed means trimmed here, not skinned like other salons. The owners are responsible and caring, and know what they are doing when it comes to taking care of long-haired dogs; King Charles Cavaliers and miniature Golden-Labradoodle. I highly recommend Tailwaggers and their professional, experienced crew any day.

Took a friend who needed to have her dog groomed. She's been going here for almost 20 yrs. That tells me a lot. So tailwaggers whatever your doing keep on doing.

Our neighbor told us about Tailwaggers and the 2nd time around we have our poor Rylie was groomed, this is what happened (see attached pic). Our dog was not fully recover yet. She has a peripheral vestibular diagnosis. It's an inflammation of the nerves that connect the ear to the brain so she doesn't have enough balance and her head is tilted. I told hubby to tell the grooming service to take it easy on our dog because she is still recovering. To cut the chase, the business owner told hubby that what happened was an accident. If this happened to your dog, what would you feel and what would you do? I would NEVER recommend Tailwaggers to my friends. Sorry I just love our dog but never again to have business with you. I am very disappointed and pissed! I feel bad for this grooming business and doesn't have enough knowledge of what they do.

My mom's dog came home after getting a haircut scraped up & cut on his paw I am very disappointed that the owner let her employee do that to this poor 16 year old dog .my poor baby was bleeding badly after this traumatic experience & won't stop shaking from being scared
