Wonderful. We were the only ones there. Such an easy process compared to trying to bathe my dogs at home. I love the tubs. We will definitely be back!

I’ve been taking my dog here since we got him 10 years ago. I’ve never had a bad experience with the groomers here and my dog always seems to be happy after. I’ve been to a few groomers where he was burned by their dryers and even poked his eyes badly with scissors. Here i’ve never had any complaints and they always treat my dog with respect and care.

Made an appt to groom my dog at 2:30pm. Walked in the door at 2:34 and was very rudely informed that they would not groom my dog because I was late. Very unprofessional. I realize I was four minutes late, sorry if that ruined your day. But learn some customer service skills. Very rude and unprofessional. I promise nobody I know with pets will burden you with our business, Hitler.

Highly recommended! Great prices and a job well done. This place has a self wash service and it is very accommodating.

Called during posted business hours, but they were already closed. Owner answered and was very friendly. Very impressed with her. Advised I had to make an appointment for self-wash, which unfortunately did not work for me and my current situation. One thing I found odd was I was asked the weight of my dog and was advised the cost was $18. I have never been to a dog self-wash that charges based on the dog's weight. The place I go to normally charges a flat fee of $10, but always has some sort of coupon to reduce the price. Suggestion to owner, change your pricing structure for self-wash.

Come support this awesome shop for your pups, I did self wash, but they have full grooming available too. The ladies working here are all very nice and helpful. shop needs some tlc, but it has everything you need to take care of your fur babies...

I recently moved to Las Vegas and needed to find a new groomer for my pup, so I decided to try this groomer based on reviews and distance from my home. I was very pleased with their patience since my dog was nervous and also with their grooming. My pup looks and smells so good now and the price was more than reasonable. We will definitely be going back every few weeks for grooming ????.

I took my dog here i scheduled her appointment at 10 am they call me at 11 saying i need to sign a paper that i had signed as soon as i got there and they said she would be done in 2 and a half hours and i was perfectly fine with that I had my own hair appointment but as soon as i get there at 3 you’d think she’d be done by now but no they only shaved her they didn’t do a full cut on her at all they stated my dog was aggressive and violent and my dog is a shitzu how is a miniature dog going to be violent as soon as i take her to punky peta pawlor they say she is the sweetest thing and they gave us a free photoshoot of her with a bow and and little scarf i will be taking my dog there from this day forward

I called to make an appointment for a self wash. When i i called back the day of to confirm, it turned out that they never bothered to book it. Unprofessional timewasters.

A very nice, clean and friendly local pet groomer, I use the self serve and it is well laid put with old school bathtubs on platforms and available ramps. A great value as well.

I work in grave shift and the first thing I did was dropped off my Kuma here. Susan was great she was very friendly and she was very welcoming. I've been here for quite some time and I accidentally fell asleep the whole day. She called me multiple times but my phone was on silent (silly me). Anyways, Susan, never left my Kuma behind and she very understanding with me and my pup. I bring my pup here also cuz they know how to take care of him and groom him. Kuma is a very anxious dog, he's a shiba and screams a lot even though he hasn't been touched. The groomer lisa I believe knows how to be patient with him and they are quite professional in what they do. Thank you Poochy Klean. You guys are amazing :)

Honestly the only place I take my PIT.. My baby has been coming here for a few years now. I love how they run specials for pits, and my girl comes back happy! ❤️❤️

Some members of the staff are so rude and they don’t like when a customer tell them isn’t happy with their job. They don’t take responsibility for what they do. Waist of money $90 for service +20 tip.

I love poochy clean. Diana is the best groomer ever. She is patient and kind. Her styling is great. In fact my dog, Maxi doesn't like other people grooming him. So there you go. It's Diana or nothing. ????

I went here and they said it would take 2 or 2 in a half hours. I called them to see if they were done 2 hours later and they said,” We’ve called you 2 times, he’s already ready.” I came and saw they gave me another dog. Then said,”Oh, we have the wrong number.” They almost gave me another dog. So I asked for my dog Spot. And they brought him out. Yet I saw he didn’t have any fur cut, and only washed. In 2 hours, they only washed him. I wanted to take him home sense it would probably take another 2 hours and my dog peed there too. He’s very uncomfortable around people he doesn’t know. I said,”your gonna charge me 20 dollars for this?” And they did, they charged me 20 dollars, just for a wash. Unbelievable. The wash was very good though. Next time, please get it right.

I have been a loyal customer of this facility for years, and tonight I was treated horribly by the woman working the front desk. She has extemely poor interpersonal skills and was very aggressive and rude. I was treated as if I was not welcome at the establishment. It is such a shame that I will no longer be a patron due to unprofessional and poor customer service.

My first time visiting a dog wash. Fairly priced and everything you need to wash up the mutts.

Love Poochy Klean! It's not like other pet groomers where you go the first time and it's clean then you go back and think... what the hell happened! They are consistently clean! My boys don't have anxiety when we get there so I know they are in good hands!

I spoke to Laurie about having my Australian Shepherd groomed. (She was a mess!) What a great job she did. Thank you!
