I was nervous about using someone other than our trusted vet of thirty years but we wanted to try doing the euthanasia at home. Lap of Love was amazingly professional, caring, and accommodating. I strongly recommend them.

Dr Nick came to my home to ease Sadie, my much loved & spoiled cat of many years over the rainbow bridge. He was so very compassionate & gentle with her, allowing me time with her even after she passed. I will forever be grateful to him & Lap of Love for coming to my home, ensuring Sadie’s pain was over & easing her into the deepest sleep. She deserved a gentle passing at home where she was happiest, not on a vet clinics cold metal table with foreign smells & barking dogs. Dr Nick placed her in a padded carrier & covered her with a blanket after she died-gently. As painful as it was to say goodbye, Sadie was without pain & so loved. Thankyou Dr Nick, Lap of Love & Jenna who was so very very kind coordinating Dr’s visit. Sadie will be in my heart always.

My sweet Ohm was nearly 20 years old. I knew the time was coming but it doesn't matter, knowing doesn't stop the grieving process, I miss her so much, I didn't ever have any other pet as long as I had her. She started to take a turn for the worse, stopped eating and I knew I had to make the call. I couldn't get any vets in town to help me, they were all booked out for weeks, one vet that I called gave me the number to this place. They sent Nick to my house the next day and he was awesome, I couldn't have asked for someone better, he was kind, caring and so understanding. I feel I should mention they are pretty pricey but it's a really peaceful way to do something extremely dreadful. I do recommend this place.

Dr Nick was truly a gentle angel on Saturday June 12th when the heartbreaking decision to send our beloved Abby over the rainbow bridge. Dr Nick has a kindness that is apparent in his work. He walked us through the difficult process & allowed us all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes. His compassion towards animals was evident the entire time he was in our home alongside Abby. Our family highly appreciates Dr Nick & sincerely recommends his services. You will be glad you chose Dr Nick as we were. RIP sweet Abby.

I called Lap of Love to help me with transitioning my beloved cat. As everyone else who has had to do thi knows, this is a time of immense grief. Everyone I talked to at Lap of Love was sympathetic and kind. Dr Lauren made the process so respectful to my furbaby and so full of love and care. Letting.go is never easy. But I am at peace that I chose Lap of Love. Thank you for letting me honor my old friend in his last moments. I can imagine that dealing with emotional people is not easy. Thank you, Lap of love and Dr. Lauren.

I just want to thank Dr Nick and Lap of Love for such an outstanding compassionate service. Our fur baby Oso was a diagnosed with a cancerous tumor and unfortunately was losing the battle. It was heart breaking to see him suffer and is when we decided to contact Lap of Love. This wasn’t easy for us but the staff since the beginning were so understanding helpful guiding our family through the process. Dr Nicks empathy and compassion towards our family and fur baby was outstanding. Thank Dr Nickfor your dedication and compasión. We will miss our baby Oso and he will remain in our hearts forever. From our family Thank you Leslie Tejeda

I wanted to thank both Donna and Jordan for their kindness and compassion. We lost our baby Sammy on 03/25/2021. It was absolutely the most heart wrenching phone call I have ever had to make. It was during the night that we knew it was time. I reached out to Lap of Love early in the morning and spoke to Donna. She was so compassionate and caring during our phone call. She was able to get us an appointment for later that morning. Unfortunately by 7am we were on the phone to our Vet. We had hoped Sammy could be at home with us however we just could not wait. When I called back to cancel our appointment I spoke to Jordan, who was just as understanding, kind, and compassionate as Donna. A few days after Sammy's passing, I received the nicest sympathy card from Jordan. Even though we did not end up having to use their services, they still sent a card. Thank you both for helping me through one of the worst days of my life.

During one of the most difficult times in my life, Lap of Love provided compassion and support. They are truly a wonderful company. Special thanks to Dr. Katie, she is an Angel on earth and helped my fur baby cross over the rainbow bridge with so much love and kindness. She gave me strength when I needed it most and empathy afterwards to bring about healing.

We contacted Lap of Love and were given an appt with Dr Katie Bosco. What an extraordinary women Dr. Katie is. Upon meeting us I felt like we had a friend in the home helping us with one of the toughest decisions ever. She was so sweet with our Stetsy boy, showed him so much love and respect, and us too. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Dr Katie, you're one class act... and our Angel.

Dr. Nick was beyond amazing , we had to make the difficult descion to put our 13 year old furry baby asleep. Nick was calm , compassionate, and was a huge help in making this process go smoothly for our family and dog at the time. I would 100% reccomend Nick. Our dog went peacefully in her own home. Thank you Laps of Love, and Dr. Nick for being so caring. They have reached out to us via email, and sent cards in the mail making sure we are ok. I will never be able to thank you enough! Thank you Dr. NICK!

Dr. Toby was the kindest, sweetest, most gentle, and compassionate person I’ve met in a long time. He thoroughly explained everything that was going to happen and truly made this experience the best it could possibly be. I am so glad he was referred to us. The loss of a dear pet is never easy, however Dr. Toby gave us the sweetest send off for our 18 year old cat. Do not hesitate to call Dr. Toby for palliative care and beyond.

Lap of Love no longer exists in Vegas. However, Dr. Toby is now on his own. Compassionate, caring. Takes care from start to finish. Nvpethospice.com.

Dr. Toby came over and made letting go of our sweet girl Goochie less painful. Goochie was calm, no stress at all. She was in my lap the entire time with my other 2 dogs and family petting her and kissing her goodbye. It was a truly special experience compared to having had this done in my vets office. It costs a bit more but it was so worth it. Thank you Doctor Toby. ????????????

Dr. Toby was absolutely wonderful, he helped us through the process so professionally and with so much compassion. This is the only way to put your animal to sleep, at home, confortable, and at peace. The whole process was so humane, from the first call to Dr. Toby’s visit, the most professional and compassionate experience. If I could give more stars I would, if you are worried about putting your pet to sleep call Lap of Love they are absolutely the best.

Although it's hard to write these words as I'm still mourning my pet's loss, it warranted the highest review. If anyone is considering at-home euthanasia, this was the best gift I could give my precious Maizy. Lap of Love was the most perfect, professional, and peaceful service for my beloved animal from beginning to end. Dr. Nick was an answered prayer. Maizy was a senior rescue and terrified of the Vet clinics. We did not want the facility to traumatize our Maizy while she was weak & near the end of her life. When Maizy let us know it was 'her time,' we contacted Lap of Love and placed a profile. Dr.Nick was dispatched within an hour, and Maizy already said her 'goodbyes' and was fast asleep. Dr. Nick arrived at the door with a ZEN like energy, and we knew we made the right decision instantly. She wasn't alarmed; surrounded by her favorite things, blankets, pillow, warm fireplace, and her mommy & daddy's arms wrapped around her. Dr. Nick had such compassion, patience, and relaxed, unrushed nature. He knew what he was doing with great care and professionalism, and you can feel the Calling on his life. This is with certainty Dr. Nick's purpose, and he fulfilled it with our Maizy. There would be no other way to have her cross over Rainbow Bridge than with this Veterinarian and Lap of Love service. He took his time with everything from the sedation to our cries of goodbyes. He brought in a beautiful basket and carried her out with dignity, respect, and grace. Dr. Nick then stamped Maizy's pawprint and her fur shaved in a tiny container, assuring it was our pet a 'one-stop-shop' service, and they made all the private cremation arrangements. Maizy's remains came home in a week, followed by a personal email and sympathy card to our house from Dr. Nick. Heartfelt, touching, and with the most profound compassion. We are at total peace, and I would HIGHLY recommend in-home euthanasia and Dr. Nick, who helped escort her into heaven PEACEFULLY!

I truly believe this is one of the best things you can do for your pets. We used lap of love for our two dogs, at different times, and recently my mom used them for her pet bunny. We are a family of animal lovers through and through, these were very hard moments for us and all of the doctors have been nothing but kind and professional. I have recommended this company to many friends who have had equally wonderful experiences with them. Personally I don’t understand taking your loved pet to the scary vet, when you could do it in the comfort of their home. Give them a call, you will be grateful you made the choice to do it at home. I assure you.

I can not say enough good things about this service. From the initial call, to Dr. Nick's visit, they were so warm and loving to me and my dog Lady. They handled the entire process for me which took so much stress and emotion out of it. I'm so thankful I found them.

Dr. Toby is a deeply empathetic doctor and caring human being. Everyone at this practice from your first phone call on will treat you with patience, compassion and respect. Navigating end of life care for your furry babies is heart wrenching, we know they are relying on us to take care of them but these decisions are so difficult. Dr. Toby took care of my baby and me with endless patience, love, and a wealth of knowledge and expertise.. There aren't words enough to express the value of this practice. When the time comes, there is no greater gift than relieving your pets suffering gently, lovingly., and anxiety free from home where all of you feel safe. From the moment Dr. Toby walks in, I promise you will feel that terrible weight lift. A consult still doesn't mean you have made any final decision, and Dr. Toby will answer your endless questions completely with love and care until you feel secure in your loving decision, no matter what that is, without judgment. As to cost, the cost of a vet visit and just a few tests is usually double to triple the fee for this service, usually to end up the same place only with a billion times more stress. If you believe or know it's time for an end of life plan, let them help you. You won't regret it. I had to let my precious 15 year old doggo go today. We are forever grateful to Dr. Toby and his staff for taking care of us and alleviating all of our anxieties at an excruciating time.

Absolutely wonderful people! Very compassionate and in tune to the families' body language. Let us take our time to say goodbye and knew when we were ready to let go. Can't say enough about them and will definitely call them again when the need arises.❤❤????

I couldn't have asked for a more peaceful and professional experience. The last thing I wanted was for my companion to pass with any fear or anxiety, so going to the vet was not an option. I am so grateful for this service. I will always use Lap of Love when that time comes ????
