A nother vet that likes to waste your time. Made an appointment for my pup to get his ears posted, literally told them like 5 times what the appointment was for, they scheduled me to come on the following Monday. Drove 20 minutes, waited 45 minutes just to be told the doctor that post the ears isn't in on Mondays! If you don't value your patients time do you even value our dogs?! So sick of trash vets in this area.

Dr. Paitz is a very caring and kind veterinarian.

The wait time to see the Vet was minimal. They were courteous and friendly. The exam was thorough and the prices reasonable!

Extremely disappointed in their services! It used to be really great, but has gone down hill over the last couple of years. Currently now on day 9 after my dog's surgery waiting for the office to call me back with test results. I call 3 times a day now and Dr Paetz isn't calling me back. It's been so frustrating. I will be switching vets.

There are always such long waits for scheduled appointments. At least an hour to get in. The staff is nice, it’s just annoying having your time wasted.

We have taken our two elderly Shih Tzu dogs here multiple times. The staff has always been helpful.

Friendly staff. Dr. Z is great. Took my dog in to board in June & they made it so easy for us. Today, we took him to get the rest of his vaccines. Everyone is so helpful & treats us well.

Used to be the best Vet in Vegas/Henderson Now it seems they've got new that are very inexperienced and nobody seems to know what they are doing... I never thought I would have to give a bad Reading to this, honestly it is sad!

I will start by saying I'm grateful that they took my dog in when she had a broken leg. She was turned away by her primary care because they were at full capacity (which was also upsetting). This vet took my dog for an x-ray (which apparently takes 3 hours to do) gave me a call saying they are keeping her overnight and will work on her the following day. My dog laid in a kennel overnight with medication and not being worked on. Just shoved in a crate to sleep uncomfortably. The following day I received ZERO calls from the vet. I called multiple times asking for updates. @1:30 pm they said she was still being worked on and the doctor will call me back. @6pm I ended up walking in to get an update and they said she was coming out of anesthesia. There is no reason my dog was under for that long to get a splint. Then when we picked her up (after hours and after promises of being able to pick her up sooner) they had the audacity to tell us we had to pay before speaking with the doctor. I of course stated my case and refused to pay until after speaking with a doctor since we had NO IDEA what was going on with out dog. We didn't even know where the broken bone was! On top of that, My poor dog has never eaten so fast in her little life. She was starving when she came home. There is no communication and a complete disregard for their patient and client care. My baby did receive her care and medicine so I'll give them that. But anything else? No. Ultimately, after her follow up I will NEVER take my dog here again.

I made an appointment to vaccinate 3 dogs and they told me that it was going to be in and out so I believed them. When I got there it took them a full hour just to take one dog inside meanwhile I had to wait outside in one hundred degree weather and I didn’t have any water because they said in and out my dogs and I started to get very thirsty so I was worried that if I left to get water that they would not see me here and think I left but another hour passed and I said enough and I went to get water and it probably took me 30 minutes or so because there was a line in the store. I got back and they still weren’t ready to take another dog so I waited for another hour and they finally took my dogs and I was finally able to leave their parking lot. It took nearly 4 hours to vaccinate my dogs. If you plan on going here I recommend packing dog food, water, and poop bags because your gonna be in for a long wait.

They're very inexpensive and they're very nice and they care about your animals been going to them for a couple years they're pretty good
