I asked 3 associates for help in the Fish Department, all of them just pointed me to the next associate. It looks like nobody wants to get their hands wet by grabbing me a fish if so please put a Self Service Sign. I walked out and never going back.✌

Very, Very nice Petco! Lots of different selections on clothes, jackets, and much more. I love the idea of an animal care clinic right inside! I hope all petcos start this! Great groomers as well! My girl is just beautiful after her bath!!!

Maybe covid is why this store is so low on it's stock? The prices could be better. Plus non of the aisles is numbered. So if your asking where an item is you'll get confusing directions on how to find it.

Talked my friend Ed into signing up for perks He did and he saved by buying Yoda ( His Chaweenie) a Winter Jacket. ????

It's not easy to round up 3 Chihuahuas for a dreaded trip to the groomer, so naturally you call first and make sure the hours on Google are accurate. But no, still not good enough. Even after I confirmed the 8pm closing time. Which seemed to good to be true, here I stand in a empty petco salon, with about 8 non-groomer employees standing around, none of which do dog nails, lights are on but nobody's home. From one corporate office to another, i ask Ron Coughlin, responsible for driving Petco's business strategy, direction and overall company performance; what else might be going overlooked at this mismanaged Petco retail chain, and, where do you take your dog's to get groomed at 5:30 pm on a Friday afternoon?

Horrible and incompitent customer service.

I wanted to get my dog groomed. I spoked with another lady about my dog being a rescue and abused. She scheduled me with Kathy. And assured me that she has lots of experience. I felt comfortable to take her in knowing that. When I took my baby in, Kathy did not greet me, nor did she really speak to me before approaching my dog. Thinking that she has experience I would think that your pup is like a child. You make the parent feel comfortable then talk to the child after to make them feel comfortable as well, In this case she didn't. She walked up to me and said I'm going to let her smell me. She put her arm up to her , so that my doggy can smell her but she did it quickly. In a way that a dog who was abused would feel threatened. My maltese growled at her and barked Then she said yea I'm not going to be able to groom her. So just be comfortable with whi you let cut your pups. But I found a wonderful place.

Its not petco fault. I'll still shop at petco. Petco on diamond lake area has always assisted me when needed. Staff is all good

Tracey was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me chose the best dog food for my two dogs; carried it to the checkout and he became the cashier and then carried the 40 lb bag to my car. He was so nice; really went above and beyond.

Workers are kind bought a hamster though and she died after five days of having her.

Get the tour pass early, they book out fast.

Petco is where the intelligent pets shop.A large variety of dry & wet foods for cats & dogs. Furniture & beds for foods your best friend, an aquarium section, a grooming facility & prescription food is available. Friendly clerks and s clean facility make your visit a pleasent experience.

Went for my cats treats but Even if you don't buy anything you can always cool off by browsing the fish, family oriented rodents and birds

Great location.... Well stocked and layout is well spread out for easy shopping during peak times.

The staff was the only part of this experience that was good. everything is over priced and not much for selection if you want a beta fish or some super expensive dog toys that are lower quality then this is the spot. Otherwise find a local shop or exotic pets on Decatur. They know what's up. Like I said that staff were super nice and plesent

People are very nice, and the guy that got us the crickets was way cool to my 10 ur old
