Dogs seemed to enjoy staying there. I wish they were more transparent with their policies - they take payment immediately with no refund option if your plans change.

This place is amazing! My pitbull, Goku is super friendly but many places won't take a pitbull that's isn't neutered. But this place does not discriminate! This place is super clean and fancy! The staff were amazing. One of the staff actually slept with my dog because he is super anxious when I am not around. This place is A+ Highly recommended for your furry family member!

Loved this place for my kitty! They were so sweet and professional and accommodating from the start. I needed a place to bring my cat asap and they made it so easy for us. When we got there they greeted us with all smiles and love. My cat had a hard time because of all the other animals there (she's used to being an only child), so they offered to put her in a more private, upgraded room with no extra charge, so that she could be at ease. They even contacted a local mechanic they trust on my behalf, and they were also fantastic! I will definitely be bringing her here again if I ever need to. Thank you Luxe!

Very professional and straight forward staff. You get what you pay for, and everything is upfront no hidden fees. Next time i am upgrading from Standard to The Deluxe Queen!

They take such wonderful care of our fur baby she doesn't even know we were gone. So clean and so wonderfully inviting staff. Best pet hotel ever!

We were in Vegas a few weekends ago for the weekend. We brought along our little mini Goldendoodle, Ollie and dropped her off at daycare for 2 days. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!!! From the drop off to the pick up, Pet Luxe went above and beyond to care for our little fur-baby and made us feel so comfortable about leaving her while we went out to play. We are going back to Vegas in 2 weeks and plan to take our little baby back to Pet Luxe. They truly are the Wynn for Pets!

Great service, friendly. Very professional. Its a bitter sweet to leave your baby, but my mind was at ease to know she was well taken care of and in a secure and safe place. Bobby is great at explaining all the details and the lady was so lovely ???? will definitely be coming back

This is the first time we boarded our puppy away from us and we wanted the best for her .. Luxe hotel is the best pet hotel in Las Vegas .. Bobby the owner is amazing they have provide stay with food and unlimited playtime .. Bobby used to send us pictures of her everyday also we added a spl request of facetimeing her everyday and guess what he did it . Most importantly our puppy was healthy an happy and I will definitely board her there again without question I would highly recommend this place to anybody Our puppy was Laila !!

great place to keep the pup, The person watching our pup even sent us photos. I had no worries for the 5 days our pups spent with them. I would use them everytime im in Vegas with pets. Plus they even have there own dog food if you use Science diet. You can see below, how happy they were.

I was in town for a couple of days early August and I needed a place for my pup. I found this place prior to my arrival. The staff were so kind, responsive with pictures every day. My dog, Johnny Cash did not want to leave. He loved the staff an I am quite sure loved the extra lovin with food and play time.. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this place.

Amazing staff , very good and awesome care for my pet . They are possibly the best in the Buisness and are extremely friendly and actually take care of your pet . A+++ highly recommend if you leave town . You will not be disappointed .

My dog smells really bad when I picked him up he looks like he hasn't eaten in days like he was starving do not send your pet there!??!!!

Amazing service and such and such a great idea to offer the little furry friends the same vegas experience that we have. Everything is just as the name says: luxe. From accommodation, to play area and food. But those amenities would mean nothing, unless the humans running the place wouldn’t be the nicest, the kindest and most loving pet people i have ever met. I feel comfortable now to bring my pet in vegas now.

I love this place if you want to leave your fur baby here you will not be disappointed they love your fur babies

They took really good care of my daughter's little chihuahua. They treated him like a king. They made him fresh dog food. It was a little expensive but all that matters was that our little dog was taken good care of. They even have TVs in there and gave him a bath. I definitely recommend this place if you're ever in Las Vegas and need a place to leave your pet.

I work there and when I quitted this people were so mad with me that they don't pay me for the last 12 hours that I work with them I told them that maybe they will need the money more than I I hope they enjoy it and for people that work with them now be careful they are not nice people at the end

I put my two cats at Luxe Pet Hotels over the Christmas holiday for 4 nights. When I dropped them off it had seemed clean and didn't smell. Upon picking them up the whole place smelled awful. The room where my cats were smelled and obviously had not been cleaned. My cats will sometimes throw up if stressed, there were several piles of throw up that were completely dried, so it had not been cleaned up at all after days of being there. I paid a lot of money to have my cats watched over and cleaned up after and they were not very well cared for. If I had known this before I would have just left my cats at home for a few days and probably would have come back to better conditions and my cats a lot less stressed.

If you need to board your pet or you just want to have him/her spend a day with pet friends, be sure and bring your special family member to Luxe Pet Hotels. The staff is friendly and the whole experience is great. I highly recommend them!
