Dr DeVelbiss kind compassionate caring Dr. she also takes the time to explain so you understand what happening and what to do.dr.DeVilbiss help me understand what's going on.she also calls and checks on her patients.she does not gouge you with the pricing. And I have to add patience to this list because she was very patient in explaining to me my dog's problem, it took a few times for me to understand.I would rate her a 10 if I could.the only thing missing. is a 24 hour number to call in case of an emergency because I know..my little ones time will welcome and it seems like every time I've had an animal emergency in my life it comes on Saturday or Sunday.So to sum up Dr DeVelbiss gives me peace of mind. every animal mom & dad knows you can't put a price on peace of mind and how hard it is to come by when your little one is sick.

We have been bringing our cats, Raja and Yaya, to Pet Health for check-ups and shots since we adopted them 5 years ago. Dr Pizzillo has always been professional and compassionate. She answered all our questions and explained a lot about their behaviors. A few weeks ago, I noticed Yaya was chewing strangely and had some sensitivity under her jaw and both cats were coughing like they had a cold. When we brought them in we expected Yaya might need some dental treatment and both would need some antibiotics. Unfortunately Yaya had developed a very aggressive cancer and had a tumor under her jaw. Dr Pizzillo cried when she gave us the prognosis. She spelled out the possible treatments and the outcomes of each. She didn’t push any particular course of treatment and gave us time to talk it over. (Her prognosis was 6 weeks with antibiotics and pain medication or surgery that would remove half her jaw and possibly a year more.) We decided to euthanize Yaya and not let her suffer more pain (apparently she had been hiding her discomfort). It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. Dr Pizzillo and her staff were kind and compassionate during the procedure. She reassured us and answered all our questions about Yaya and how Raja might react (they had been together for 9-10 years). It’s been almost a week since all this happened and we’re still adjusting. The doctor has reached out to check on Raja and her humans. We appreciate that.

I really like Pet Health Animal Hospital.. they are all on the ball.. I rarely have to wait to be seen.. and they are just very attentive..

Was told to wait in my car and that they would call when I was ready to "go right back to a room." That was an hour ago. They never called. It's understandable that the vet might not be able to keep appointments to the minute, but it seems like it might be nice to offer an air-conditioned room for patients to wait in so that the animals are not distressed by being forced to wait outside on the hottest day of the year.

Pet Health is almost what you'd expect/hope for, based off how they market themselves from their website. However, at first, they fell short of my expectations for one primary reason... I knew the next step for my cat's medical condition would require an ultrasound. Given that they state they are a "full-service, state-of-the-art veterinary hospital", I assumed that they had the tech that went along with that. It was disappointing to learn that they did not have an ultrasound, and another doctor outside of the Pet Health practice would need to be called in to perform services. Ironically, it was the exact same ultrasonographer that my other veterinarian used. Because my cat really didn't travel well, even with medication, we didn't end up returning. Aside from everything above, Pet Health did exceed my expectations otherwise... With the exception of an individual here and there, customer service is phenomenal. My cat was seen by Dr. Sanchez who was awesome also. Dr. Sanchez was confident, direct, and knowledgeable. Sometimes I struggled keeping up, which I'm not sure whether that's because of her throwing too much too fast at me, or my cognitive limitations...but she was certainly thorough and always willing to answer questions. More impressively, however, was the week or two following our appointment. Unfortunately, Sophie unexpectedly passed during her recovery following an exploratory surgery from a different hospital. I emailed Dr. Sanchez letting her know what had happened since she had just seen my cat the week prior. Dr. Sanchez and Pet Health were generously kind and supportive following the news that my cat had passed; they sent me a card and Dr. Sanchez called me to help alleviate some of what I was going through. She made sure I knew they were there for support. To me, that has more value in it than anything that can marketed on a website. Pet Health is the standard for all veterinarian practices to emulate.

Can't belive how upset I am with this vet! When judging whether to work with this clinic or not please take into consideration how they will act when your pet truly needs you. I previously have been coming to this vet for years and thought that they would have my back when things got bad for my pets, HOW WRONG I WAS! My dog Zeus has been having very bad problems with his stomach for a while now, the vet had me take xrays and blood work which amounted to close to 1k in medical bills (which is fine just noting) and couldn't find anything wrong with him and suggested changing his diet. We did and unfortunately his health still has taken a turn for the worse which actually caused me to have to fly back into town from a business trip to help him. Previously to this I have tried 4 times to leave messages for the vet to call me and or refer us to a specialist of which each time the secretary said a vet would get back to me. On none of the messages were any returned or able to get a session booked to see why his health was deteriorating . When his health finally got really bad and the day I flew back in I called twice asking for help. They refused to see him, so I've had to go to an ER and desperately try to find help. On their call waiting message they preach about how they truly love pets and blah blah blah well I can tell you now that's all complete bull and that this place has literally just turned their backs on me when I truly need them. If you want a vet that will help you when you need it then this is not them.

Best Animal hospital I have ever been!

The experience with my dog going to this hospital has been excellent. They treat my dog with love. Dr Sanchez is an excellent professional.

I think the care was pretty good. Be careful. They gouge you on price. Dr. Pizzillo is rude.

We used to go to Banfield but now I won't take my fur baby anywhere else other than Pet Health. They are the absolute best all around!

I have two dogs and have lived in a few different states/been to many different vets and Pet Health is honestly the best vet I have ever found. They aren't the cheapest, but you REALLY get what you pay for. One of my dogs (55lb hound mix) completely tore his knee and needed surgery and it was our first time dealing with something like that. Pet Health has been top notch and professional for the entire process - surgery, post-op, and throughout the rehab therapy sessions. One thing that's great is that they send you text messages with updates/reminders, upcoming appointments, etc... And the doctor (in our case we had Dr. Pizzolla) calls you personally periodically with updates, progress reports, exercise tips, etc. I have never felt so relaxed going through a major medical procedure. They have been with us every step of the way!!

Love this team. Was referred here by a neighbor and have been very happy to have these folks to walk us through the last few years. We said goodbye to our old furry friend last week with the help of Dr. Lewis, and though it was gut wrenching, the team was amazing. I've been thinking about what that day would be like for years now, and it was as well-handled as I could imagine. The team is genuinely kind and caring and gentle, and their patience and empathy and attention to detail was and is so appreciated. Our Rhodesian Ridgeback lived to 13.5 years, and spent her last year battling cancer. Dr. B and Dr. Lewis both saw Binah and they were very honest about our treatment options and never once put any pressure on us to spend any money on expensive interventions. They identified her heart murmur and age as significant risks to surgery and fully supported our care for her when we turned to cannabis oils to help her along. Even on the rare occasion that they prescribed her anything, they would always send us to CVS etc if they knew we could get a human-grade prescription for less than they were able to sell the canine variety. After a long life, Binah died tumor and pain free, in the very capable and caring hands of Dr Lewis. You guys are the best. Thanks for everything. UPDATE: Just over a week after Binah's passing, we received the card pictured below. A very touching gesture. Thanks again, Pet Health. <3

When it comes to the health of your pets, there’s really no better spot! Always on time, quick appointments, and always available for all questions. Dr Lewis has been especially amazing!! My pup had a chronic eye condition and she has been fantastic at monitoring and changing his plan of care as needed. Everyone from the vet techs to the gals at the front desk are incredibly helpful and kind. Vet visits are never inexpensive, but Dr. Lewis spends the time to walk me through each procedure or test and I get a price approximation beforehand so I know exactly what to expect. I’ve had great experiences at Pet Health and I fully entrust my fur babies to their care!

Always a great experience whenever I’ve had to bring my dog in. Dr. Lewis is not only extremely friendly but professional and very knowledgeable. Pet Health is the only place I will bring my dog in the Las Vegas area.

Great staff, great technology in all of the rooms. Dr. Lewis has been great we've been seeing her for almost 2 years now and she has treated both of our dog's and the care she provides is unparalleled in all of Las Vegas. I used to go to VCA, stopped going there because the prices were getting outrageous. Tried out the animal hospital of various street names here in Vegas and they were absolutely horrible as well. So I thought I'd give this place a shot and it's been amazing, and I never look back or even allow other vets to work on my dogs even for free. I adopted a rescue from SNARL, they offered to have her spayed for free, I said no thanks and paid for Dr. Lewis to do the procedure instead and the outcome is the best I've ever seen out of the 4 other female dogs I've owned in the past that had to go through the same procedure. If you love your pet's, and your bank account, take them to Pet Health Animal Hospital.

I take my dogs to this center. My dogs mean everything to me and I trust very few people with their care. The staff and doctors are attentive, follow up, and everyone is incredibly friendly. The hospital is clean. The doctors are very knowledgeable. My dogs see Dr. Lewis and she is wonderful! I appreciate all that they do and I recommend this center to anyone who has a pet. Definitely 5 star service!

We moved to Vegas a few months ago and looked into a lot of different vets and are so happy to have found Pet Health. We see Dr. Pizzillo and she’s so incredibly friendly and patient and attentive. She takes her time to make sure we understand everything and answers all of our questions thoroughly. She’s truly looking out for the best interests of our dogs. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and welcoming. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place.

Imagine if for years you had been paying a certain amount of money and staying at a low-to-average side of the road motel. Then one day you suddenly realize OMG I can stay at a 5-star world's best hotel for that same amount of money! That is the feeling you will have when you switch from your old veterinarian's office to this one. Trust me. It's one of those things....you don't know til you know. Every aspect of this vet office is upgraded and thoughtful. Appointments are on time and thorough. An assistant is present with the doctor. Attention is given to all concerns. The focus is on your pet and you. Welcome screens with personalized name greeting. Phermones and sound cancelling rooms. Care and comfort are well thought out. Pet dental cleanings are not so worrisome here. You will be updated via text all throughout the day. You even get photos sent to you via text. Upon pickup you receive a portfolio of x-rays, details, and photos. Amazing! When the time comes to say goodbye to a fur baby, this is the best place at which to do something we all do not want to do. The environment is set with zen aspects. A comfort pillow. Time with your baby. Complete peace. Even the worst possible moments are made better here. The warmth of this office was extended to a bereavement card signed by all staff members following our goodbye. This office is a leader in what companion animal health care should be!

The BEST place I have ever taken my babies! Disclaimer: I'm a crazy dog mom.. so I'm super picky about everything for them and this place exceeded every expectation I had. We had a dental procedure and everything about it went so well. I guarantee you'll be blown away with the level of care this place provides. Dr Pizzola (sp?) is the best!! AAA+ pet center. Dr B is the man, Lindsey, Stephanie, Marie, Brandon, and the rest of the staff are awesome and always make you feel great no matter what the situation is with your pet. I have had other veterinarians before that were clueless and I mean absolutely clueless. But since I've been going to Dr B I feel 100% confident that my dogs are in the best hands there's no BS there I could go on and on but I'll keep it short. If you need a vet you can trust with your beloved pet go to pet animal hospital you will t regret it.

We are so happy to have found Dr. B and the Pet Health team. After a few bad experiences at different veterinary offices, I decided to try Pet Health because Dr. B was highly recommended by a friend. I honestly feel like Dr. B cares for each of my dogs individually, and works with me and my concerns when making a treatment plan. I am very sensitive when it comes to my dogs. Dr. B has been very patient and thorough with explaining everything he finds going on with them. We love Pet Health and Dr. B!

I began taking my Persian cats to Pet Health and Lifetime Care Center as soon as I moved into the area about 4 years ago. After checking all of the other local veterinarians, I was impressed the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted warmly by a receptionist. I asked for information regarding cost of exams, etc. I was provided with the information AND introduced to Dr. Beerenstrauch (Dr. B)! In addition, I received a tour of the facility. It was, and still is, very impressive! They have always gone ABOVE and BEYOND the expected service. Anytime I brought in my furbaby, their name would be on the LCD flatscreen tvs throughout...which is pretty cool! Everyone recalled all of my furbabies and their individual needs. The exams AND treatments were specifically and carefully constructed to suit the INDIVIDUAL needs of my kitties. All of my cats are Persian, and I am a cat geek. Still, I learned and exchanged intelligent conversation with Dr B regarding the breed. In the exam room, specifically for cats (EVERY VISIT) I was provided with a multimedia PRESENTATION about the specific issue with my furbaby!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER BEEN PROVIDED SUCH TREATMENT IN A VETERINARY OR HUMAN FACILITY!!! (See the all caps, it means it's super important lol) I was hooked from Day 1. They have met all of my current kitties and have been so understanding and sweet when I lost 2 of them to natural processes of aging and their particular conditions. I truly believe that I will NEVER meet a veterinary team such as this one. I would work there if I could, because the entire team is always happy, caring and vibe well together! I could go into more detail about this facility, but I leave it to you (the reader) to take a moment and stop by for a visit (with/without your furbaby) to see what they are about. They really know what they do! After suffering couple of months, we are very happy to meet Dr. Beerenstrauch in Las Vegas! Careful and extremely attentive, he is the master of his job! I am very satisfied with his approach and would definitely recommend him and his animal hospital to everyone!

Dr. B is the best Vet I’ve ever been to and is the only Vet I’ll go to for as long as he’s in business. I highly highly highly recommend ????????♥️
