I’ve been going here for a few years, I’ve never had a pet so I didn’t know what to expect front office was rude, dismissive they acted like we weren’t there didn’t a knowledgeable us. I’m so happy to say I found the perfect veterinarian for my four legged family member.

If I could live less than one star I would. I called to make an appointment for my puppies 12 weeks vaccinations and ask the lady specifically how much they would be. She stated $60 for shots at $15 each . I specifically asked her if there were any additional charges such as an office visit. She replied no, we do not charge an office visit for vaccinations. I made the appointment for Thursday January 6. After the appointment I went to he front desk to pay and the lady at the front desk said that would be $95. I asked her what happened to the $60 and she said there's also a $35 exam fee. I replied to her he didn't get an exam he only got his vaccinations and she replied that they always do exams. This is the first vet I've ever gone to where they remove your pet from you and take them in the back for their vaccinations therefore, I cannot say for sure he received vaccinations much less an exam. I advised her that I was told it was $60 and that's what I was going to pay . She kept saying well since you're refusing to pay and I advised her I was not refusing to pay just willing to pay what I was told. She said she would put it in as a partial payment and send the remainder to collections. After going back-and-forth with her I asked to speak with a manager. She went in the back for a few minutes then came back and said she spoke with the manager but the manager never came to speak with me. I was frustrated and said well since you're going to send it to collections anyway just send the whole thing and left. A couple of days later I called the manager and told her about the situation to see how we could work it out she apologized and said that it had already been sent to collections so I had to call collections. it wasn't the fact that it was an additional $35 so much as it was the principle. If you tell someone a price you should stick by that price this was their mistake not mine but I am the one that has to pay for it by now paying extra cost in collections. I will never go there again.

Dr. McFillin, is the guardian angel for my two furry babies Fritz and Baerchen. She is so kind and loving towards our baby's, she makes you feel as if you are taking them to visit a friend instead of the doctor. She goes out of her way to explain things to you in detail, never talks over your head and she makes sure that you understands everything that is being discussed. Our visits never feel like you are being rushed out of the room as some other vets do (in other places), her time is yours. It shows' that she really cares and loves what she does. I have never seen a more compassioned doctor as Dr. McFillin. We are so lucky to have found her, it has been a year now and her service is still as always excellent and full of compassion. I would never consider taking my pups to see any other vet but her.

Dr. Diaz was so kind and helpful to us and our fur-baby! He explained everything thoroughly and took his time addressing our concerns. Staff was friendly as well!

My friend Shanti suggested I come here. I’m glad I did! They seem knowledgeable about Sphynx cats which is hard to come by. Also vaccinations are very affordable. Great job!

Dr. McFillin and the staff at PMAH are a godsend. We woke up to our 80lb Shepherd mix wailing in pain this morning and after calling around town with no luck, they asked if we could come immediately. Dr. McFillin was so thorough when showing us X-rays and explaining what exactly we were looking at. We also didn’t feel gouged with their pricing which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much for helping us and getting our girl the relief she needed so fast on a busy weekend. She’s finally able to sleep ???? We have been looking for a new vet and I think we found it today.

Dr. Garcia was simply the BEST! My fur-baby was in dire need of oral medical attention, and Dr. Garcia took her in and identified the issue immediately. Many thanks go out to Dr. Garcia for her outstanding level of knowledge and professionalism. She save my fur-baby’s life. Thank you Dr. Garcia. ????????????

The hospital had great appointment availability and everyone inside was friendly and helpful. The veterinarian was also very nice. My only gripe was that when a staff member came to offer optional services and explain the various costs, he explicitly said that Revolution Plus was going to be medicine in the form of a treat that we would go home with, but instead I paid $20 for a prescription that we had trouble finding a place to fill for a $124 dollar medication. Perhaps the staff member was thinking of a dog version of the medicine, but the expectation was misleading. Finally, I was told a 24-hour turnaround time for fecal sample results, and submitted the sample the next morning, but have yet to hear anything one week later.

I have been going to Pebble Maryland Animal Hospital for over 20 years. They have treated my 7 dogs, 2 cats., and even a rabbit. The staff really care about your animals. Thanks PMAH

I took my cat in for some problems and he was seen by Dr. Garcia who gave excellent care. My cat got better but then got a bad cold that could have been an upper respiratory infection so I took him back. As others have noticed, they refuse to examine your pet in front and always take them to the back which I don’t like but they said that’s where they have their equipment. So my cat was seen by Dr. Dunnemann and at the end of the visit the tech offered for my cat to have an x-ray to check for pneumonia despite not really having any symptoms that would indicate that he had pneumonia. The x-ray offered was $250 and I’ve never been to a medical practice that would offer a test for something that’s really there’s no indication for. Additionally there were some micro aggressions from some of the the low level employees there. While I was in the waiting room one of the front desk clerks (Jordan with red hair) hung up the phone and said “ they were using Ebonics and it’s so hard to understand that“ I haven’t heard that term used ever actually by anyone in real life although I’ve read about it. But it’s generally not something that you want to say out loud. Then the other employee was sweeping and she proceeded to sweep the dust towards my direction and I had to say can you sweep in the other way —I mean probably my fifth grader would know better than that. Like I said Dr. Garcia was great.

I hate leaving bad reviews for small business and did my best to address our concerns with them directly. The front desk of this vet is a catastrophe . Aside from the kind older lady I'd fire them all and start from scratch. They "lose" emails to their central Gmail that all staff has access to. They don't put you on wait lists when they confirm they have over the phone. They forget to save profile information regarding the pets so you have to relay it again and again. You wait 45 minutes after arriving for an appointment (assuming they actually made the appointment and not squeezed you in to save face). Last but not least they leave voicemails with inaccurate drop off times (told me 6am when it's actually 630am). With that said, the doctors we dealt with seemed really knowledgeable. However, if we use the front desk as the benchmark of their operations, run the other way.

Very caring doctors and staff. I made an appointment via the PetDesk app, and was able to get my cat in to see them almost immediately. They took good care of him, answered all my questions, and gave recommendations if he had further issues.

Private information in public access areas, no organization, no communication, belittling staff that is all undertrained and only been there WEEKS. Even the trainer has only been there 6 months. The office manager is totally unprofessional and disconnected from everyone else. No 2 people are trained the same or are expected to follow the same company policies. Long waits, lost files, save the drama and your personal info and go somewhere that is using current technology, like an intecom at least!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and I really liked Dr. Diaz a lot . I've been looking for a new vet since ours retired 2 years ago, and I definitely found one!

I want to give a shout out to a one-of-a-kind member of your staff, LAURA! We've known Laura well over 10 years, as she worked along side our beloved vet, Dr. Hines, many of those years. During our time together, Laura has always treated us as family; taking the time to explain the many surgeries, procedures and medications our pets have had throughout the years. She's always provided us thorough updates when our pets are in recovery; patiently answering all our questions...and there were many! Laura knows our pets and all their medications. Recently, when our oldest dog ran out of one of her essential heart medications and we couldn't find anyone local to refill it, Laura was able to get us back on track with a Pharmacy in Arizona, which definitely gave our pup a new lease on life. When my daughter needed a shoulder to cry on because she was afraid of her precious pup's decline in health, it was Laura that came to her rescue. Taking time with clients when it is a crazy day in the office and treating them as family when they are one in a hundred accounts she deals with every day, is what make Laura a shining star and she is definitely a reason we are still clients with Pebble Maryland Animal Hospital. Dr. Diaz, Laura, and all the staff at Pebble Maryland are so friendly and helpful! I've been entrusting the care of my fur babies to them for over 12 years because they take such loving care of them. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks so much for all you have done for me and my babies all these years! <3

Our 4 senior fur babies have gone here for years. After a lead dr left, it’s really gone downhill hill. The support staff does not communicate or do their job in a timely manner. They now purposely over charge for things you did ask for while ignoring the reason you’re there in the first place. and none of the remaining doctors check if their admin or assistant are doing the correct thing. They accidentally gave my cat twice the dose she needed and we discovered it. It could have cost my cats life. So not go there if you have senior animals. The doctors and the staff are not equipped to handle anything.

I wish you had another office closer to North Las Vegas, it's 22 miles one way. I would have driven 100 and gotten a room close by if I'd had to. Actually, I ended up driving 220. I love your doctors and so do my dogs. I know, no matter how awful the situation is, that they are getting the very best of care. Thank you for letting me come by yesterday and love on the dog on the left. The fact that he was able to come home today after that made all the difference in the world. I never want my dogs to feel like I've abandoned them in their darkest times. Since people do, I'm sure they do too. These were not my dogs 2 days ago, I thought the one on the left was going to die so THANK YOU! DO NOT LET THEM HAVE BENEFUL HEALTHY WEIGHT This was caused entirely by my changing their food for only 5 days because I couldn't find what they normally eat. Purina One Smart Blend, Vibrant Maturity. I thought that since they were both by Purina, it would be a nice change. my $4,000. vet bill says differently. I really didn't think they'd be back home today.

I called and I needed to get my fur baby in ASAP and they were knobs and very accommodating. They were great and I will bring both of my fur babies here! Thank you for everything!!

We have been having our animals come to that hospital for over 10 years. The last year our dog I had congestive heart failure. The last couple months we have spent a couple thousand dollars on our dog x-rays lab work other tests removing fluid. When we’ve had questions we call and ask her to call us back we get no response this is happened twice. The last time we took we took him in to have fluid removed they said he’ll be ready in a couple hours and they would call but no one called and when I followed up they said yes he’s ready to be picked up but the vet has left for the day and if you have any questions you will have to call back tomorrow. Very very disappointed in the service we have received.

Just recently I needed to be seen ASAP. They had no availability so we went as soon as they opened and got an appointment all within an hour! Great customer service and they’ve never let us down! Thanks team! A+
