Highly recommend. Staff is amazing.

Oh my gosh. Where do I start? This is the greatest animal hospital I have ever been to. Everyone is so incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I've been dealing with all of the chaos of moving my dog to the UK, and they have truly gone above and beyond to make sure it all goes smoothly for me. Dr. Knighton is my hero.

I recently moved here and took my new adopted kitten. The vet tech and vet were friendly, knowledgeable and on time. I will be bring my other cat here too. Great deal they have with The Shelter. Only have to pay for shots instead of the appointment too for kitten shots, which was a pleasant surprise.

I recently took my recently adopted dog, Winston, in for an initial check up at Spring Mountain Animal Hospital . The clinic was very clean and free of clutter. The feel of the environment was very relaxed. My dog felt very comfortable and cared for with both the Support Staff and with Dr. Rayburn, the Veterinarian. The pricing for services are reasonable priced and the time that I spent there was minimal. The total amount of time that I waited in reception was less than 5 minutes and the exam and consultation lasted approx.. 20-25 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Rayburn and his entire staff at Spring Mountain Animal Hospital. Specifically, I would like to mention Mark one of Dr. Rayburn support staff. Mark is awesome! Great animal hospital!! Doctor and staff are very caring and friendly.

My dog had a tumor in his ear that was the size of a golf ball . Dr Rayburn had removed it and finally ended me and my dogs emotional suffering. All the employees are very kind . The cost of the procedure was very reasonable considering the severity and complexity of the surgery performed i will post pictures soon . I highly recommend this Animal Hospital and extremely glad i had went there. Thank you again staff and thank you Dr. Rayburn what you have done for my dog i could never repay you enough for.

I was distressed to think my elderly cat might have reached the end of her time. The entire staff, from the first phone call through the doctor's exam and recommendations, were thorough and compassionate. We left together very happy! Convenient walk-in service and fair prices. Take your pets here with confidence.

OK however to over priced

Dr. Rayburn was very compassionate and treated me and my pet with respect and dignity. He was very honest about the outcome and never made me feel like I was pushed to make any specific decision. The vet staff was just as great.

Cool vet clinic, super nice

I found a kitten who was seizing and took him inside. I thought maybe the heat had caused the seizure so I watched him for a couple of days ....he kept having seizures so I called and asked if he could be brought in and explained how he was acquired after reading about kittens and seizures he had kind if one option and so vca was kind enough to allow me to bring stray baby in and I'm sure they did the appropriate thing for his best interest...as sad as it is to know the outcome vca was there to help the little guy

Dr. Knighton & Dr. Rayburn are amazing. They both have really good bedside manners. They are very patient and thorough in explaining everything. The staff is equally amazing. Our oldest pup had to be put down recently and our vet sent us a very sweet card to the house expressing his condolences. It feels like an extension of our family at this location and they have always cared for our dogs like their own. I couldn’t speak more highly of them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care for their babies.

Staff is clueless. Doctors never want to meet you, just techs. They want to bill for treatments they dont explain or justify. Choose another clinic. There are lots of others in this area.

Took my dog here after adopting her. She contracted and upper respiratory infection at the shelter. The shelter sent me home with antibiotics and it didn’t clear up so I brought my dog here. The prescribed her with a different antibiotic. Two weeks later i brought her back because she still had symptoms and they prescribed her with the same antibiotics that I left the shelter with. Of course I trusted them against my better judgment. They should have tried something different instead of a 3rd course of antibiotics. She still has symptoms but they won’t get another dime from me. These people don’t care about your pets, find another place to keep your dog healthy and happy.

Cassius has been coming here for his baby visits and new vaccines. Everyone is so nice, friendly and helpful. We have been going to VCAs for years now and just love them. Thanks for taking such good care of our babies.

It would have been great if I could see the face of the vet like before but sadly, no, because of the pandemic.
