First time to have my dog groomed and my friend recommended this store. My dog is spoiled, and we are very particular concerning grooming and have to say our dog received the best grooming ever. Great service and skill!

I’ve been coming to this salon for 3 years. Our pup has his fair share of not liking baths but overtime he would start to whine and pull me away from the entrance. Once he’s out of the appointment, he looks great but any dog owner would think the same thing, are they being harmful to my dog? I scheduled an appointment for his hair cut a few days ago. Just simple select which service and book. Well I walk in today and the woman up front asks me for my name and number. Then just stands there not explaining anything she must be looking for in her computer. Then because she is irresponsible with the information she needs to put in, she tried to tell me I hadn’t been there since 2020. When she was the one who just helped me two months ago ???? I thought that information alone was ridiculous but then asked “why does that even matter?” And she says it’s because they don’t have record of my dogs vaccinations…..over the last 3 years, IVE NEVER BEEN ASKED ABOUT THAT. So obviously I didn’t have them on me, I understand a policy but because of their unprofessionalism, it caused such an inconvenience. I’m so unhappy with the way this salon is going, it was always my only choice but now I wish I was listening to my instincts. There’s something about the people that work here that seems like their all into their money and not good service. Here’s a tip, worry about your own value first because you now have just lost business

The lady that charged me was so rude and unprofessional. I told her I wanted my dog with a rounded cut all around and they didn’t deliver it; on top of that, they charged me $10 extra to fix their own mistake. I told her that it was unfair and she went to the back to talk to her cowerker about me, when another staff and myself could hear her on the waiting room. So unprofessional. I will never come back here again. 0 stars

Wow I was super depressed when I picked up my dog today. I honestly wouldn't have even thought he was my dog if it weren't for the white patch on his chest and his collar on. I asked for a teddy bear haircut on his face and head, do not shave the bridge of his nose and keep his snout round. Even trim all over including his ears as they had some matting in them. They called me and said they would need to go one shorter as having issues getting the trimmers through. Only take about half of his length off. They assured me that it would still cover his skin as I told them I did not want him too short Well, I can see his skin, all over his body and on his ears. They shaved my entire dog. My previous groomer never had issues getting the knots out. Took them out with thinning shears or cut a few places out as the blowout would hide the imperfections. I am so sad the pandemic closed their business as the quality of this place in comparison is 0. Very disappointed.

always here for 2 years

We were very disappointed with the hair cut. My dog is golden retriever and I told them just trim his ears, butt, and under the paw a little bit. Before one hour I picked up my dog I called them and asked how my dog doing they said everything is okay and then they shaved off my dog hair, the whole body shave off without my concern or permission. They just go head and did it without asking me. I don't know if it is an accident or they mean to do that to my dog like this because nobody shaves the golden retriever like this. Negative star for this place. Never come back again and not recommend for this place.

They did such a good job with my dog!!! They did her nails so perfectly and trimmed her fur so nicely! I really recommend this place!

I got a referral from a friend. I calle for appointments and got a pretty good price quote. But when I got there, the front desk lady increase by $20 more. I told her I got quote when I made appointment with the front desk lady. She lied it was not her. When I complained they were not honest. She said she could make a phone call to her boss and after negotiation for 20 minutes. They honored the price we agreed on the phone. 2nd time, I made appointment and explained to the front desk girl my dog is much heavier than last time. I also mentioned the bad experience last time and hope this time no more playing the same game as last time. She assured it won't happen again. The max price won't be over $65 no matter how heavier my dog is. But when I got in, the same front desk lady as the first time asked me to pay $115 because my dog is 95 pounds. Then we unhappily negotiated for half an hour. Almost every one from the back of the store came to me and said too much wasted words to ask me to pay more money. I don't care to pay more but I feel it is unfair and dishonest to cheat customer in. Later I found out the front desk lady is the owner's wife. The Chinese man who pretended a worker from the back actually is the owner. This is the kind of traditional cheating store. Please be careful when you do business with them. Better make record when you make appointment with them and a quote on the phone.

Sweet workers and great at their job???? highly recommend!! If you need to trim guinea pigs nails they even do that too. ^_^ ????

I took my puppy Sherlock here for his first ever grooming experience. I will say I was pleasantly surprised with his hair cut! The receptionist did an amazing job listening to the type of cut I wanted on him, and relayed the message very well. Ian did a wonderful job on Sherlock, he was nicely groomed/cut and ready for me in a very timely matter. I will definitely be returning to Pawfect Pet Salon, very content with my experience here. We were able to get a last minute appointment the day of due to PetSmart’s groomers being unavailable. Very quick groom and wash, nails done, and she looks and smells amazing. The team here did a... Pawfect job. Eeehehehehe

Online prices are very misleading. Make sure you call to verify price before driving over there. They charge per pound and find any excuse to add additional charges.

Ritter loves getting groomed at Pawfect Pet Salon. He always is softer and smells fresh after his visit.

I highly suggest to give Pawfect Pet Salon a chance with your furry friend. Definitely ASK FOR AVA! She handled my baby so well. I walked next door to Dollar Tree, left to grab some drinks and she was all done within an hour. What was even more impressive is that she didn't skip any steps either; efficient and effective is and will always be 5 stars for me. I'll 500% recommend this grooming company and Ava to all my friends and family. Great atmosphere, great people, and a great service is guaranteed here. Job Well Done!

This salon is a joke. I made an appointment 3 days in advance, called to verify the morning of, got there to find out it was a 4-5 hour wait just for a shampoo. They have very poor communication & customer service skills, and the place is a dump

They do a great job with my Stella. She has a lot of separation anxiety so the employees and owners at Pawfect will actually allow Stella to sit on their lap until I come and pick her up. Now that's service and keeps me coming back knowing they treat my baby so well.
