Paradise Pet Hospital Las Vegas, California

I've been coming to paradise since 1995. Dr. Jack Thomas was the best! Looking forward to bringing my new pup Steve here for many years to come and all the staff is excellent.

The staff was amazing. Everyone there was so kind and the facility was clean and nicely designed. They took wonderful care of our cat and explained really good on how to give her the medication.

Felt lucky they were open on a Saturday. Friendly staff and doctor.

Very clean office. Very friendly and professional staff. This will be where my critters go from now on. Thank you guys for your excellent service and follow up calls. Wally is doing much better now, thanks to you guys

Since I just moved to Las Vegas a few weeks ago, as soon as my dog started showing signs of a possible bladder infection or UTI, I called 3 veterinarian offices near my new home and none of them could take in a new patient! I finally called Paradise Pet Hospital, littler further of a drive, but they took us in within an hour of calling! Their office was clean and inviting... After completing our check in, we were taken into the doctors office where we waited maybe 20-30 mins, but the vet tech was friendly, patient, listened to all my concerns and seemed to really care for my pets well being! Bella was taken back, and only gone for about 20 mins before the Vet, Dr. Gibbons came in to explain what needed to be done to diagnose her properly, once they had my consent they took immediate action and Bella is now doing so much better! Thank you so much to Dr. Gibbons and staff for taking us in and taking care of my baby, despite being a new patient! XO Michelle & Bella Berlanga

Doc and staff goes above and beyond to make sure your fur babies are comfortable and healthy. Even called for a follow up making sure they were doing okay after our vet visit. 10/10 recommend. Pricing is good too.

They were very kind to me and my Noodles, the price was very far, for such short notice. I will definitely make them my dogs primary Veterinarian. Thanks again for the amazing job on Noodles.

Was going to board my dogs here, but they have way too many requirements and they wanted to charge $40 for a "required" fecal test which I have never been required to provide before. For a puppy, yes I understand. But not for a grown dog...

When I moved to Las Vegas 2 years ago, paradise pet hospital was the first vet I’ve taken my pets to and will be the only place I’ll take my now dog to. I just recently been mourning the loss of my cat and they were there to try to help him till they couldn’t anymore. They have shown nothing patience and concern and for me during all the times I’ve needed them. I would ???? recommend them!

So happy to have an excellent vet directly across the street and walking distance from me. Took great care of getting the kitten on the right set on the right track in terms of health after I rescued him and his brother.

The staff really cares for my dog. They took us in immediately without having an appointment.

Really happy with my experience here. I came in for shots and they noticed an ear infection and took the time to take care of it while I was already there. The energy is calming which is also helpful for the pups. 10/10 would recommend. Got a day of appointment as well!

I was going to write a 1 star review of this place , but after reading so many one star horror stories. Many of which mirror mine, I decided to give it 5 stars so it would be read. This place used to be great, took my last cat there when it was located on Cambridge st. A fire burned that place down and they built a nice big pet hospital to replace it.fast forward to this year. Brought my newcat in for shots. They talked me into wellness plan. Free shots,free nails, free spay and free microchip free dr.s visits.$75 down and 35 a month So I said shots and nails trimmed this visit. They brought my cat out very quickly and said she was done. I Several months later I brought her into be fixed. That's when the receptionist told me she needed her shots!! They lied to me on that first visit. So, I essentially paid 75 for a nail trim. 9 months later I bring her in to be fixed and they tell me the procedure is free but if I want pain medication it will cost $70.00 which I didnt have. ( Talk about EMOTIONAL BLACKMAIL) Which is the same amount they charge at another discount vet clinic for everything. Quite coincidentally, my next payment bounced and then they sent me an invoice for the balance of the contract!! I had already laid out $300 for SERVICES NOT RRNDERED and they threatened to send collection agency after me. I was going to go in today to try and work it out but after reading horror stories, idk! I will write another review detailing the results if I try them again.

Really sweet staff very knowledgable vet our newfie poodle loves it here . They micro chipped our big girl and I couldn't even tell very inexpensive all and all a plus

My dog's health is important to me. I wouldn't trust it with anyone else other than Paradise Pet Hospital.

I came in because I found a lost pet and needed to see if it was microchipped. The staff was so nice and helpful. Genuinely seemed happy to help me in my situation even though I had never been there before and they were providing a free service that they are in no way required to do. Because of their help, I was able to reunite the lost pet with her owner! I was very impressed. If you're looking for care for your animal, I would definitely check out Paradise Pet Hospital. Super clean as well ????.

Emergency apt not too long if a wait and great care

I picked them at random because they were close to my new apartment, but I've been super impressed with everything. Very friendly staff, great doctors, nothing bad to say!

The people and vets are nice.

Nice and clean facility. They were very kind to my dog, prepping him for a dental visit! He was so scared to go, but he was well taken care of. We will be using them for all our pet's health needs!!

Great pet hospital was with another for my exotic cats but that place went down hill which led me to here . Great friendly staff who care about your pet. Dr T. Is the best doctor In vegas hands down !
