I have been going to Dr. Brandt for many years and am so thankful that we are fortunate enough to have someone like her here in Las Vegas. The level of care and compassion cannot be equaled. If you're looking to treat one issue or the entire well being of your pet, Dr. Brandt is fantastic. My dog suffers from hip and neck issues and she fixes him right up! We'd be lost without her. Thank you Dr. Brandt!

I want to give the groomers here 5 stars but since they’ve changed ownership, their scheduling has been messed up. My pups appointments have been messed up twice, already. Told it was 1 day/time and it was put on the scheduled for a completely different day.

I have know Dr. Brandt for years, but just recently adopted a dog and needed LOTS of advice. I was SO impressed with her entire clinic. The staff was so friendly, the atmosphere was super clean and quiet, and she gave me SO much information that I couldn't find anywhere .....from breeding my dog, to altering her, to dog attitudes, to vaccinations .... plus so much more. They were super gentle with my dog and SHE loved them also. I was amazed when I left at how inexpensive her services were! You MUST try them.

Picked up dog from groomer and although cut, she smelled as if she had not been bathed at all. The groomer let her run free to me and had the door been open, she would have run right out into the street. Facility smelled bad, when you walk in with fake walls and a sign telling you to sit in chairs that are not clean, floor was not clean. Price went up $10 - $20 more than what they quoted me by text prior to making an appointment, evidently they now charge for extras that normally used to be included.

The vet is great all the techs groomers and everyone that work there are all great they are friendly helpful knowledgeable and my boy likes them a good thing plus they are holistic and surprisingly very fair&reasonable in cost for care even so far with serious ongoing medical issues requireing ongoing medical treatment They are all also Compassionate and visibly genuinely care about the Animals they help I recommend them to anyone that cares about their furry ones

I have known Dr. Collins for almost 15 years when I took my first dog to him. Since then, I have not and will not go anywhere else. I would drive 40 minutes in traffic so my dogs could see Dr. Collins. He is friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and just a really good person. Just as important, he is an avid animal lover which makes a huge difference. He really does care about all animals. Natural Care Institute is an excellent facility. The people are very friendly, efficient & caring. If you love your pet as much as I love mine, do them & yourself a favor and take them to see Dr. Collins at NCI. Best decision you will ever make.

I took my corgi puppy, Uni, to see Dr. Brandt when I first got him. He had very bad kennel cough, and we had already had three courses of very strong antibiotics with no improvement. He was just four months old, and I was concerned about the amount of antibiotics. He had already been admitted to the hospital twice. Surprisingly, Dr. Brandt prescribed him a steam bath using flower essences throughout the day and night. I was skeptical, but what antibiotics could not do, natural essences did. I do think she saved his life and helped him to preserve the remaining amount of his health (at four months, he is still developing his immune system). Dr. Brandt is both a Western-trained vet and an alternative medicine practitioner. I feel confident that she can provide a complementary treatment while weighing and understanding the path that Western medicine suggest. Truly an integrated approach.

Dr Brandt has been our vet for over 20 years. I attribute both our cats' long lives (19+ years) to her, her knowledge and her care. She has a true gift for identifying root cause of issues without over testing or over medicating. She and her team are caring and knowledgeable. I am grateful to have access to this caliber of care for my furry family.

Dr Brandt is an outstanding vet. She is the most knowledgeable vet I have ever met. The facility is clean, there is no back room with stacks of sick animals in cages. All patients are treated like pets. My dog loved going to see Dr. Brandt and the staff.

This place is amazing! I bring my dog here because they treat him with respect and care. They have the best staff and my chow chow loves the laser therapy. I recommend this place to everyone!

Amazing veterinarian. Caring and incredible ability to explain complex issues very simply. One of the key reasons my black Lab lived to 16 and 3 months and my yellow is 13 swimming 2 hours and hiking for an hour with me.
