No one likes going to the vet but when the time comes these guys are awesome.

Our new puppy got her shots and was spayed here. Everything went great. Not expensive and our dog is in good health. I would recommend this veterinary clinic.

Great place to have my dog check ups. As well as groomed. Very reasonable pricing for everything.

This place is unethical as they come. My son is part of his high schools student council. Each student in student counsel must complete some community service. I reached out to Nina (manager) at this animal hospital. I explained to her about my sons situation and she said that my son could do some of his community service at this animal hospital. She asked me to take my son to the animal hospital and fill out a application to be a volunteer, then she would call me to set up times for my son to volunteer. I waited three weeks and I got no calls back. I called them one day and asked for Nina and she wasn’t available; I explained to the lady that answered the phone the reason why I was calling and she took down all of my information and said Nina would call me back. I waited a week and no one called me back. I then called again and asked to speak with the owner who’s also the veterinarian and who’s also married to Nina. The lady who answered the phone Stephanie was very rude and just in a real bad mood. I asked her to gave the vet call me, which he never did. Not only did my son waste his time trying to volunteer his time to help this business and the animals but he also felt bad because he wanted to help them. My son almost missed his volunteering deadline. I’m just here to tell you that the employees, manager Nina and veterinarian Dr. Jones are as unethical as they come. How can a business that works to help animals have zero compassion for kids who’re trying to help their community. All they had to do is say they didn’t need any volunteers in my initial phone call to Nina and that would have been the end but they just made the process move forward without the intentions of my son helping them. That’s some real disgraceful and disgusting kind of behavior towards a kid who’s innocent. This place is horrible and please read this before doing business with these types of people

Staff was AMAZING. The Veterinarian was so kind and my Little Queen of Shiba loved him. This was our first visit. I will come back for all her veterinary needs.

Unfortunately this isn’t the first negative review i’ve had to write about this vet. A while back I found a stray dog in the neighborhood & I brought him to them. The tech staff up front made it seem like the biggest inconvenience for someone to be bringing in a stray. Anyway, I made an appointment for my mother’s cat since she lives in the area & I really don’t know if it was her or the tech up front who messed up but she thought her app. was for 10:45, actually was for 10:15. Understandable, i just decided to make a new appointment for her. The tech told me her earliest app. was tomorrow at 2:15, that’s when their afternoon apps start & I could go on from anytime after that (she even told me how their increment scheduling works) I confirmed... 2:15. I went over it with her twice, made a calendar note, and told the other two people who were waiting in the car with our cat the second I got back. So yes, I was absolutely sure her appointment was for 2:15. I wasn't trying to put any more stress on the animal than she was already experiencing & most certainly didn’t want another mess up. First time was embarrassing enough, haha. When we arrived the next day, obviously there had to be a problem and we were supposedly scheduled for 3:15. I stood there and asked again because I was in shock, and the tech ignored me. Safe to say I wont be taking her at 3:15. I have 3 cats so Im pretty familiar with offices in the area, and most of the ones i’ve been to seem a bit more organized. I’m not the kind of person who typically needs confirmation & reminder emails, but I really recommend this place invest in taking the time to write a simple automated email for appointment confirmation. It’ll help customers save time, and hopefully help the desk staff to feel a little less inconvenienced by their clientele.

My family has been taking our pets here for well over 20 years. This vet has seen us take in purebred dogs, special needs cats, unknown baby mixes, and everything in between. The care has been top notch and always feels like it has a personal touch - for example, I adopted a little mutt puppy last fall and after he got all his shots done around the Christmas season, he not only got a photo with Santa, but the staff gushed over him to gift him with a set of Christmas puppy jammies for him to go home to snugs in! This vet really cares for their animals and families and they do an excellent job, are careful, and are caring.

Dr. Bower is wonderful. He has been our vet for over 11 years. Very kind and compassionate and keeps aware of the latest new products or trends. The office staff is wonderful too and they handle emergency visits and drop in mail clippings with ease. Note that the vet mentioned above is now at Legacy Animal Hospital.

Been my vet for 8 years. Great with animals. Dr Jones and his wife Nina are amazing. I cant say enough good things about them.

Boarded my French Bulldog at this business approx. 10 days ago. The day after my wife and I dropped off our dog , I received a call from the Vet (Dr. Jones) stating that my dog got himself worked up by barking so much so that they had to medicate him and move him away from the other dogs. Also, Dr. Jones told me that they took him on a walk and my dog overheated so they placed a fan on him because he was having problems breathing. Dr. Jones said that dogs with short snouts can overheat, which we are well aware of. However, they do not overheat on their own. They overheat if they are left outside in high temperatures or perhaps walked too long in high temperatures. I am grateful for the action taken to save my dog but I question how he overheated? It couldn't have been just by him barking at other dogs as dogs do. So, I am left with questions as to how the overheating happened. When my wife and I picked up our dog, the vet tech who brought him out to us stated that my dog was a good boy other than the time when he had, "heat stroke." Her words exactly. I was charged for the medical care given to him, (Torbutrol, Dexamethasone and Oxygen therapy) however, I do not believe I should have been charged because I feel that he was placed in a situation where he could overheat. In other words, maybe he was walked too long in hot conditions or he was placed in an indoor area that was too warm or hot or perhaps negligence? I called the vet's office twice and left 2 messages for Dr. Jones to call me. I called to ask why I was being charged for the medical treatment that obviously was caused by someone on staff. Also, I question the oxygen therapy which Dr. Jones never mentioned to me; he only mentioned that they placed a fan on our dog. To date Dr. Jones has not returned my call so we could discuss what caused my dog to overheat and almost die. I wonder why?

My 13 year old cat is ill and I had an appointment today. Walked in and all three front of house staff members were not wearing masks. There were two customers in there when I walked in. They were wearing masks. When I said why aren't you wearing masks the young woman who was standing and the young man immediately brought their masks from their neck ,up. The blonde woman sitting at the computer barked at me that she did not need to wear one. She continued to say that they were the only ones in there. Mean while I was in there and two customers had just left. My husband and I have been bringing our animals here for over 15 years and we will NEVER return. I will make sure that I report them to the state for this. The absolute arrogance and rudeness I experienced and the fact that even after she was she didn't put her mask on really bothers me. I'm going to leave this review on every platform I can. How dare this woman thinks that she is above others. I am also vaccinated, I still wear a mask everywhere I go as is mandated. This woman needs to as well. Or at the very least put it on when someone comes inside which she proved not once but twice that she does not do in my presence.

The absolute best vet in the Vegas Valley!! They're so nice and will truly care about your animal. I can trust them with my fur baby and never have to worry about them mistreating him. Which is more than I can say for other vets in this city. This is a safe place for all animals! I love them!!

I have my dog groomed here twice a month and they are wonderful! They do a phenomenal job and they are very good with my dog. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a dog that needs groomed.

They're great. Office people are very professional and sympathetic. Doctors take their time and discuss options.

These people are horrible. Please don't take your pets there. They seem fine but once you understand what's really going on behind closed doors I promise you'll never take your animals to these horrible human beings.

They were out vet before we moved. We used them for boarding while visiting Henderson, NV. Would definitely use them again.

Too busy for new patients. I'm new to town. Called in for a semi-emergency and they were too full to fit me in. I called back several times to try to make a follow appointment and everytime I was put on hold for over 5 min right off the bat. Or, they just didn't answer.

Since Dr. Bower left, we've decided to take our business elsewhere. The current doctor cares only about making money, and not about helping animals. We recently spent over $900 here over 2 visits in 3 weeks, and still had no idea what was wrong with our animal. What's worse is the Vet was suggesting exploratory surgery on a 12 year old dog. If you want a Vet that cares about the health of your pets, you can skip this place and look elsewhere.

I love Dr Jones, he takes great care of my 3 dogs and has dome surgery on 2 of them. I've received the best care with him. And he actually listens to you and talk about all options. I highly recommend.
