It's OK. Somewhat disappointed on Poodle head and leg scissoring. Nice mobile van. Nice people. Won't use again though. Sorry.

This place was amazing. My dog was finished in a very short time, only 2 hrs. And she looked amazing! This was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

This lady LOST my dog today. Ill say that again the groomer apparently took my dog to relieve himself and somehow got out of his collar. They called me an hour and a half later and were no longer looking for him. THIS GROOMER LOST MY DOG AND DID NOT LOOK FOR HIM! Do NOT use this business.

ZERO STARS!!! BEWARE!!! THEY LOST OUR DOG!!! Took our dog here to be groomed & get a call saying he got off the leash and they couldn't go look for him because they had other dogs to groom!! This was at Durango and Warm Springs! After hours of looking with no help from the business, thankfully a woman found him in the middle of Durango and was able to contact us!! When asked for the business license and a business card they said they did have it on them!! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE!! SUCH A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!

I am shocked at how unprofessional and irresponsible this place is. My friend had taken their dogs to get groomed and the dog slipped his leash and ran. Now you would think the right thing to do would be to call the owners and look for the dog. They didn't look or call because there were others to groom and that took priority. They finally called the owner after quite a bit of time passed. Thankfully, the dog was found after crossing a major intersection and nearly getting hit.

I was very happy to find these groomers. They were able to get my dogs in on the same day I called. I will definitely be bringing my dogs back to them.

I have to say. I have 3 rescue dogs that I inherited from my Dad. They are Bichon's, sometimes a little difficult to cut. I used to take them to the vet, whom I love, but now I bring them here. Super convenient, close to home, and she does such a great job. My doggo's come home happy. Thanks so much for the great service and attention. Cheers.

Dropped my dog off, took 3 hours to get dog back. They said they were running late. Not so. Found a huge glob of superglue on top of a huge cut on my dog’s tail. No mention of any problems, even though I asked

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dog groomer. They have poor customer service and it is the worst haircut my dog has ever received. Oh and her punchcard SCAM, that’s exactly what it is a scam

My 14 year old dog has a heart condition so I only request the owner to work on my fur baby. The owner is calm with my dog and I like her a lot. They have now a new front office clerk: super friendly, kind and professional. It’s about time because they were overwhelmed with answering calls, making appointments while grooming etc. I do not like the other grooming lady: too rough with the dogs. Prices: reasonable. Timing: they need to work on it a little bit more to get better. Sometime on time and sometimes way off.

Very good service and quick. U can almost walk in and they will give u the best service no need to sceduale 2 week before like the others. The dog smells very good after they took care of him. the lady at the desk Sarah u can tell she doing g this job from the heart!! Highly recommend!!!!

They did a great job on my Yorkie!

I brought my 7 year old yorkie yesterday. The lady at the front office is so welcoming and excellent customer service. Allie, the groomer is so good with dogs. She immediately bonded with my baby. She is great with my baby My yorkie was nervous coming but as soon as Allie took him he felt comfortable. I will bring my other dog in too. Thank you ladies for being so wonderful!

After I saw All the reviews That qualify them with 5 stars I decided to try it today! And unfortunately I’m so disappointed my little doggie father I pick up her and I look at her under one of the legs have long pieces of her and in her back she has a bald spot .... be careful! Sometime not everyone has great eyes for good quality

We use this groomer for both our rescue dogs and our own dogs!! GREAT customer service and the doggies always come out looking GREAT!!

Love this groomer! They did an amazing job on our 2 big dogs, one long haired and one short. I would definitely recommend them.
