Butchers and traumatizers. My 5-1/2 month old Shihpoo immediately started snapping at a puppy that she was playing with, before going to Wag'n tails. They were told to only trim the top of her nose, feet and privates. The butcher cut her bangs, which I didn't want touched. I wouldn't be as upset if they'd just been trimmed, but they were cut and inch back on to her head and about an 1/8" high. I wish I could post before and after pics.

AWESOME!!!!!OMG!!!!! Wag n Tails DID GREAT! I have two younger schnauzers that I am VERY overprotective of. The gals made me feel very comfortable about leaving my fur babies with them. (Their time at the groomers is the longest we’ve been apart) Not only did they do a great job grooming my babies, but also was very helpful with all of my questions about what to do at home with grooming. They were extremely polite and professional. I can not say enough good things! Thank you soooo much!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Our lab mix is 14 and this is probably the best shave down he’s ever had! We have had a rough year as a family and it showed on our poor pup. His age and anxiety have increased so much that we needed to find a place as close as possible. Shannon showed so much care for him and let me know about the process and how his hair texture can effect the length of the process so we can avoid as much anxiety as possible in the future. The price was a little higher than I have paid at other places but was exactly in the range I was quoted over the phone and well worth it for the experience, quality, and environment.

We have brought our dogs here for years and everyone’s friendly but the lady in the back cutting hair has such a bad attitude we won’t bring our dogs here anymore

If you are looking for a reputable groomer stay far away from here. This shop will bate and switch you by telling you one price and charging way more. Then they will try to justify the price by adding additional services and fees without notification. There was no transparency on their end. There was never a breakdown in price, only an estimate that was far less than the actual price, which for me was $65-$85 per dog. We were charged $260 for two dogs. I understand Doodles are expensive and there could be extra charges for matting but to call and get a quote, verify at the groomers and have them check, and then told differently at pickup is unacceptable. It even went as far as us arguing with the owner because she stated "a Bernedoodle is not Doodle and they require a different level of care than a doodle." What does that even mean?!?! Then to add that she has clients who would GLADLY pay $200 per dog and don't even bat an eye lash. That was kind of insulting. Everyone's circumstances are different and if the situation had been handled differently we probably would of just kept looking for a groomer who was more in our price range and that was transparent. The quality of the groom was adequate but not outstanding. One Dog got a scissor cut, that was not asked for, and the legs did not match. We were blamed that our other dog had a "huge chunk of hair missing" around the mouth. Honestly, I feel the groomer messed up and wouldn't take responsibility. Regardless to say we will never return or recommend this place to anyone.

I took my maltipoo and maltese to get groomed here a few days ago. Even though the hair cuts were fine my maltipoo does not stop whining since we brought him back. The reason why is because they severely cut him in several places on his private areas. I know that is to be expected but they got him good and had it been in any other place on the body I would have been OK with it but it was in one of the most sensitive areas. He seems to be in a lot of pain. :( definitely not going back!

Wag N Tails does a really good job. They are always booked and don’t do online bookings.

They were very pleasant and very patient with my anxious dog. A lost trait. They take time. I just went in for a nail trim. But they treated my dog & I wonderful. Definitely recommend them.

So clean and such great work. I love how each groomer comes out and greet your pup before getting groomed. I will most definitely be back with my other 2 standard poodles.

I have brought all 3 of my dogs here and they come out smelling fresh and clean. You can tell they are patient because my dogs don’t seem stressed out after the grooming. T is so nice and attentive as soon as you walk in????

I have taken my girl to several places in Vegas and by far this is the best place I would trust with my lil girl. The staff are terrific and they do a perfect job, just the best. From head to nails????

Shannon did a wonderful job with my 14 yr. old Shih-Tzu! Jasmine was extremely matted, because I couldn't find a groomer open due to the coronavirus. Shannondid the job so week and much faster than I expected. It only took her one and a half hours! I will go back to Wag-Tails! I wasn't happy with my last groomer, but now, I found a new one. Thank-You Wag-n-Tails and Thank-You Shannon!

Our dogs came home very happy and looking great! Staff was very friendly, and got us an appointment only a few days out.

We have a dog who is sick and has had several operations. They are so good with him and he loves going to them. I feel safe when he is being groomed there

Just moved into the neighborhood and this groomer is within walking distance so figured I would try the out. They did a beautiful job on my dog which is a mixed terrier. They did the perfect Mohawk on my Buddy which is his infamous cut.

Very pleased with the groomers at Wag-N-Tails. Very knowledgeable, and kind. They did a wonderful job with my 9 mo. old Holly puppy. Looking forward to our next grooming session. Highly recommend them.
