It’s always a great experience. They aren’t just a groomer, they truly love your dog and remember your special instructions on how you want your dog groomed. It’s awesome!

Very rude unprofessional staff the groomer argued me down about what my dog needed it they don’t listen to what u want and do what they want horrible place won’t return

The lady who owns this place is extremely rude and unprofessional to say the least. I took in a cat for my family member and needed a good grooming. I called and she had nothing till Friday and I said I’ll call back if I can’t find anything which she then resumed to tell me I can take you today. Which was great because this cat needed a good groom. I brought the cat in and towards the end of the day I had my family member call to make sure it was paid for considering I was doing them a favor taking the cat in. At that point the owner called me yelling at me for having a family member call to pay her. Which I didn’t think was an issue since that’s accepted anywhere nowadays.. The owner said no and the cat will have to stay there another 2 days for $20 a night due to her not taking “3rd party payments” which was fine I’ll pay the extra since I wasn’t able to get to the spa in time before it closed. I apologized for any miscommunication but the owner spoke to me with such disrespect telling me that she was doing “me” a favor not my family member.. idk what favor she did.. I was fine going somewhere else. I was paying a full price of $100 to get a cat groomed so I don’t see any favor being done. She continued to talk down to me on how she was trying to do me a favor blah blah blah. I just told her I’ll call her back where I had to hang up because she wouldn’t stop talking to me disrespectfully. My mother called her to deal with it at that point because I was so shook on how someone spoke to me that way after I apologized for the miscommunication. Of course she gave attitude to my mom being the disrespectful owner she is and told my mother that whoever comes in needs to show ID because it was “weird” someone wanted to pay over the phone. She proceeded to tell my mom “I’m not food” trying to say u can buy food with a debit card but not her services.. at that point we were like well pick him up Wed since apparently they were closed Tuesday.. come today we go in to pick him up and the employee didn’t even ask for ID in fact she barely looked at it. Obviously I’m rating this a one star because of how unprofessional this owner was. You don’t treat people like that especially when it was a simple form of miscommunication. We paid $140.00 for the cat to get groomed and the cat has scratches and red marks on his skin so at the end of the day don’t waste your time with someone who’s not only disrespectful but someone who doesn’t put effort in the service. Looking at her past reviews I’m not the only one who calls this owner unprofessional. She needs a wake up call. Im appalled how a small business owner can speak to her customers the way she did. Learn to be kind and have respect.

The owner is awsome and so is her staff. She may seem impersonal but that is not the case. She does a great job. Your pet will be well taken care of.

I am so happy with the quality and quickness of service! I visit Vegas from a very remote part of Utah. My time is limited and they delivered. The employees were friendly and accommodating beginning with my first call, appointment within an hour, last minute services were not a problem, and my baby was not traumatized. Happy to see me (but not anxious) and happy his nails and ears felt like a million bucks. I will definitely return!!!

Just moved here from California. All I've met are nice people. This place ended that streak. Customer service is complete trash. Don't know how to treat customers and "their policies" are horrendous.

My boy was a hot mess when I dropped him off. When it was time to pick him up he looked like a brand new baby! I highly recommend this shop.

Wifey and I take our ShihTzu pup here. The staff is super friendly, especially since we are rookies. They are always willing to answer our questions and Scooter always come home with an awesome haircut and smelling sooooo good!

They are always pleasant and they do a great job with my pet!

We have been taking Reese there for years Eileen and staff groom him and he boards there too. We never worry about him when we must travel. They are beyond Great!

I'm not bringing my cat back here. They put soft paws on him but theyre all too big. The ones that have fallen off have fur and skin stuck to them so they either used way too much glue or glued them at the wrong end. both of these have been causing my cat discomfort. I'll save my money and do it myself next time. Follow up: I spoke with them and asked for a refund. I was told they would redo them and hung up on. Please don’t go here

They took great care of my animal and he was left looking beyond good looking when I picked him up. I will recommend 10 out of 10 t To all my friends and family

Great place helped me get rid of my pups fleas and knots and cleaned her up very well. Id like to give a special thanks to Brittany Blake for being so gentle and kind with her.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KITTEN HERE!! I took my kitten here to get a haircut, not only did it take all day (that’s fine, he might be upset and need to take breaks) they told me to leave twice when coming to pick up my cat. The first time I walked in the had him sitting in an open room full of dogs. My poor guy was hiding under a chair TERRIFIED. They didn’t even put him back in his crate where he would be comfortable while they “took breaks for him to calm down” The second time I walked in my little guy was crying and the way she was holding him looked like it was hurting. I started talking to him to try to calm him down and she snapped at me and told me to leave. The woman was so rude. She also gave him a lion cut, which I did NOT ask for. I would NEVER shave my cat down like that unless it was absolutely necessary, especially when it’s winter and it’s cold out. For an all around terrible service (the shave I didn’t ask for wasn’t even either) it ended up being $75. More than other places in town are asking for a service that I can guarantee you won’t be satisfied with. My poor kitten is terrified now, and so anxious trying desperately to groom himself... never taking him here again ????

Can't say enough good things about this place, my dog actually runs in. They treat my pup like one of their own and I trust them. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed with the service. I have two kittens and I took them to get their first bath and cut. I dropped them off at 9:30 am and I was told they would be ready at 5pm. They weren’t ready until after 5 and when I arrived at 4:45. she was holding my kitten in a very strange position to point where it looked like she was hurting her. I had to ask her to stop... their cuts were horrendous. They did lion cuts on both kittens which I didn’t even ask for and it was a completely a hatch job. Also the nails were not properly cut, actually she missed a few nails. When I called to discuss a solution with the manger, has she was very defensive and completely unprofessional and unhelpful. She said she did a beautiful job, I asked for a partial or full refund but she refused and then hung up on me....I only came to this place because of the reviews and I’m so disappointed. My kittens look terrible. I’m so upset.

Excellent service on our poodle and chihuahua. Our poodle is quite nervius about being clipped but is very comfortable with the ladies here. He always comes back happy and well clipped. Very reasonable price makes it that much better! Highest recommendation! Brittany is wonderful!

Brought my cat in to see Helene and it was hands down the best service I’ve seen! I’ve been to lots of different groomers and this is the best one!

Staff are great and wonderful my pup looked like cousin ITs dog and came out looking like a show piece.

This place is awesome! Scheduling is very easy, sometimes they can do same day appointments but if not they can schedule your dog right away the next day. What's best about them is their prices! Unbelievable! only around $50-75 for everything! I've been to multiple pet spa's and they always charge me at least around $150-200 for my australian shepherd. They also do not need/ask for your dog's medical records prior grooming your dog. Other pet spa's do, and if you don't have one then they're not going to take your dog in.

Wow this place is horrible I wish there were an option for 0 stars. Upon arriving I asked if they needed the vac. records and the owner replied no. I was quite concerned with that but decided to go through with it anyways(terrible decision) I asked for a bath and a comb through. The owner agreed and took him back. I came back an hour later to see them cutting my puppy’s fur— which I didn’t ask for— and upon closer inspection afterwards, they did a horrible job on it! The ends were all uneven and jagged. They also cut the pink part of his nails which anybody with a dog should know, hurts the dog! Overall if you love your pet and don’t want to be disappointed, please don’t come here.

Hi everyone! I just want to tell you all: PLEASE keep your pets away from this place. Today my brother took our dog here, for trimming hair and washing. Dog was visibly upset after they done treatment. Later, we noticed our dog was bleeding. Brother said people from Las Vegas Pet Spa were so nice and polite. But it doesn’t help if they are hurting your animals. So please, be careful where you are taking your pets ... Don’t recommend this place!

I just want to say thank you to the ladies of Las Vegas pet spa for doing such a wonderful job on my little baby, even though I know she can be a hand full she looks better then she's looked in a long time.
