I was visiting Vegas for the weekend and didn't want my dog to miss the roadtrip. This place is fantastic- I am always nervous at dog boarding places, but they were friendly, organized, and provided grooming. He was gorgeous when we picked him up! Will be using them again when in Vegas:-)

This place lost our dog & apparently has a history of losing other dogs - I wish I could put zero stars. My family booked our four dogs in a private cabin suite for seven nights while we were out of the country. A few days before we got back we received an email that one of our dogs was missing. While outside she escaped over the fence while someone was standing just a few feet away not paying attention! We called repeatedly, it was immensely difficult to get anyone on the phone, and when we finally did they showed ZERO sympathy or remorse for losing our dog!!! Our dog was thankfully found by someone who saw her missing Craigslist’s ad. When we picked up our dogs, they charged full price despite the fact one of our dogs wasn’t even staying there for a period of time because they lost her. Eventually they offered a pitiful discount. Also refused to let us speak with the owners. Absolutely horrendous experience, do not board here.

Love the place and the people there are very human friendly ???? . Definitely returning and recommending. Thank you!

A great place for your doggie

Excellent. The boys love coming to Just Like Home. They get to see some old friends and meet new ones. Excellent care is given to all of the babies that are being boarded. We would not go to anyone else. Thank you Just Like Home for taking such good care of our boys.

Took our Rafi Boy there while we were out of town for a few days, love the live cam so you can see what's happening. We were very comfortable knowing that Rafi was in good hands and we could enjoy our vacation!

Boarded my dog for the first time and they took great care of her. They have a cam link so I was able to check in on her when ever I wanted. I also appreciated the report card they sent her home with

The only reason I am giving them a 2 is they were kind enough to stay 20 mins past closing for me to pick up my dogs. And I tipped them $40 for staying...Our experience was not a good one - I brought blankets and bedding that my dogs were used to. I have 2 minpins which like to be covered as they like to burrow. I brought 3 blankets because they sleep in my home with these blankets and it would be less stressful for them to have our scent with them. We had a suite and every time we looked at the camera views, they were in their room- in the beds- without blankets - not what we wanted for them. Then the blankets disappeared from the room about 3 days before we got back home. When we went to pick them up- they had 1 blanket - missing 2 blankets. Where did they go? I even put their names on them?? And the one we got back was torn. I have boarded my dogs- not here- for over 7 years using the same blankets- and they disappear and get damaged here?? I don't think my dogs were taken care of and their belongings that should have stayed with them were not either. They spent all their time in a room. Not using them again. My babies were not the same when we got home and that tells me all I needed to know. This was our experience- if you choose to use them we hope yours is better.

We had our dog here for 2 days while we were out of town and we paid for him to get groomed as well. I picked him up today and his paws were badly burned from being outside in the Vegas heat way too long. He is not fixed yet so he couldn't socialize with other dogs but instead of putting him in a vacant room where we can watch him on the cameras, they kept him in a kennel. He is completely potty trained, but his underside was stained with urine which leads me to believe he was in the kennel for most of the day. It is really upsetting to see how my dog was mistreated considering we've used this doggie hotel in the past with no issues.

Great place to leave your baby's they take great care and prices are reasonable definitely recommend

Great staff came out of town for the 3 days and made my Alaskan Malamute feel as if she was home.

We were at peace during our vacation by being able to see our pup via cameras in the room and play yard. We'll definitely take her back when we need to be away or for daycare/playtime. The staff was friendly and caring.

Took my dog Maximus here for boarding for the first time while my family and I went away on vacation. This place is a gem, the staff is friendly and treated Max as their own. I would recommend this place 10/10 to anyone looking for grooming, daycare or boarding.

Refused to watch my dog because I didn’t want him outside for longer than 10 minutes in extreme temperatures. Beware if boarding your dogs here they leave them outside for extended amounts of time in extreme temperatures. Laziness. My sisters dog (boxer) was boarded at a facility once and was left outside for 1 hour and had a heat stroke.

Such a wonderful place to take your babies for a trip out of town have used them 2 time with 4 different dog and all is been amazing!

JLH is outstanding! They were recommended by a groomer who boarded her pups there while she lived in LV. The JLH grooming is great too! They are great with special needs pups & the 24/7 video feed gives peace of mind. AND, because its family owned you get the benefit of consistent & caring staff. The pups are happy to go in...that says it all!

We went to pre examine where our dogs will go. I think it'll be good. Lots to be determined. So far real good. More later...

They took great care for our Negan. Webcam access and a report card at the end were nice touches.

Just Like Home Doggie Hotel and Grooming really is just like home to my dog when we’re away! The staff has formed a bond with my dog and I trust them completely! He gets excited when we pull into the parking lot and runs right up to the staff ready to play! I recommend JLH to everyone I know and they always love taking their pups as well. Thank you JLH for loving on my dog and giving him a happy place to stay when we are out of town. I also love watching the dogs on the webcams! Huge plus!

I bring my pup here, he is a very hyperactive and nervous dog who gets his energy out best when around other dogs/playing with other dogs of the same energy level. Just like home has great hours for those who work early in the day, prices are affordable in a pinch (if you need someone to watch your dog for the day, or even a few days) and the staff is amazing. I'm a pretty crazy dog owner when it comes to my pup and I normally check into the cameras every chance I get which is great for seeing how he interacts with other dogs if you are nervous about your dog's social skills. The cameras are reliable and get the job done when wanting to check in. Just like home also has a wide variety of treats and activities at a cheap price to add onto your dogs stay that makes me feel less guilty for dropping my pup off while I work for the day. The staff is super responsive and picks up the phone quickly, makes drop off and pick up very quick and easy, answers all the questions I have and makes sure to give me verbal and personal behavior reports when I pick up. Marcus in particular is really good with dogs, my dog gets extremely scared, anxious and upset when I drop him off and tries to avoid anyone who comes near him but Marcus some how makes my dog feel safe enough to feel better for the moment while I drop him off.
