Doggie Oasis Day Care & Boarding Las Vegas, California

My dog was seriously hurt here twice, after it was taken over by a new owner. The staff was dishonest about how she was injured the first time, and when we picked her up and saw similar injuries several days later, a staff member (not the owner) finally told me the truth. We were not called either time so that we could pick her up and take her to the vet. A lot of work rebuilding trust around other dogs and many vet bills later, she is happily at another daycare. I would give zero starts if possible.

We love bringing our dog to get a nice bath and her nails trimmed down. They do a super job with our dog. We usually call the day we would like to bring her and they often have time to take us that same day. Easy, quick, and convenient dog bathing.

This place is fantastic. I went out of town for a few days and had to leave my fur baby behind. During the time I was out of town I was able to view my baby anytime I wanted on their 24/7 live streamed webcams. I will continue to use Doggie Oasis for all my boarding and daycare needs! Thanks for keep my sweet corgi baby happy and safe!

Sad to know my dog can only private board due to jumping. Understandable. He jumped when i first got there but usually it stops there. I wasnt aware the entire 4 day stay there was an issue. I do not private board because my dog needs socialization and stimulation. Unfortunately i cannot come back. I wasnt made aware there had been an issue until i tried to book another stay. Overall decent place for maybe calmer dogs that dont require attention. ???? I've even paid for the duck walks, walks, and ball toss.

Went in for a dog evaluation, my dog was shaking before he got inside. He was not too happy about this place... there were a bunch of dogs and only ONE staff member. That really is concerning....

Great spot for the dogs and it's open long into the night. Most of the employees are very kind and forthcoming, although I had a few negative experiences with one of them.

Been meaning to leave a review of this place. Highly recommended! 10 STARS if I could! Great staff and you can really tell they love dogs! Brought my westie here, he's a senior dog and they took care of him really well. Thank you so much Doggie Oasis! A+++

I have been taking dogs here for almost 9 years. Dogs are %100 safe! If you have a dog or animal that needs meds or special care, will care for the animal. Has changed hands a few times, I always go back...my dogs love going too!

Best choice I made to take my dog here, they are so kind and offer early drop off and late pick up!

My schnoodles love Doggie Oasis. The staff is always friendly and easy to work with. I recently moved to Henderson, but gladly drive out of the way to have them stay here.

I have a 2 year old GoldenDoodle who has been going to Doggie Oasis since he was 4 months old. He loves it and loves the girls that work there. I am so grateful for this place.

Wonderful staff give affection and attention to their canine charges and are always a joy to interact with. My senior dog has been wonderfully socialized by his daycare experience. My doggy's second home:) Highly recommend.

Our dogs enjoy going here. Freedom to play all day, not caged up. Wifi for us to see what they are up to. Clean, safe environment.

Had to board my dog last minute before a trip. The staff was kind enough to take him despite the late notice. Day of drop off I provided the staff with typed instructions on my dogs feeding schedule.I dropped off 22 cans of food. We would be gone for 7 days and my dog eats 3 cans of food/day. Simple math they should have used 21 of the 22 cans. Come pick up time, staff returned 8 cans of food. Meaning they only gave my dog 2 cans of food/ day. Before we dropped him off my dog weighed 65lb. When I picked him up he was down to 57. In addition, several days later my dog began having severe diarrhea lasting more than a week. Eventually he was diagnosed with a bacterial infection. In addition to the food incident, I asked the staff to give my dog a bath prior to pick up. When I picked him up, his fur was curly, oily, matted and brown. Staff claimed it was because they let him play for an hour before I picked him up. Typically after a bath, my dogs fur is fluffy, soft, straight and white. Even with one or two dog park visits it typically stays that way until close to a week after a bath which leads me to question whether they actually gave him a bath. Overall very dissatisfied with this place. Their daycare seemed ok but beware of leaving your dog there for boarding. Seems like the staff is unable to or does not care to follow simple instructions.

Friendly place. I like that they are open til 9pm everyday, works much better with my schedule than most places. A little bit further of a drive for me, but my dog really enjoys coming here.

Horrible experience at this location!!!! This is the second time this business falsified information to my wife and I. First issue- we were traveling out of state and made reservations at doggie oasis... then we showed up on our way to airport and they told us they were booked and couldn’t help us. Second issue- we were quoted an estimate for 2days of care at doggie oasis(65$) we called on our second day to let them know we would be 30 min late...the employee ensured us that we would have no additional charge if we just picked up our dog the next day before 11am.. TOTAL COST 135.00. Almost double!!! The older lady working was very rude and would not honor any arrangements previously agreed on. These people run a totally unorganized and dishonest business. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! Also the lady said our dog had a problem with her when she grabbed him by his scruff... (the back of his neck) Duh lady. Slightly to moderately retarded common sense.

We own a store in the area and talked to the night groomer Who told me a price. Upon booking an appointment I had a time, I walked in and was anti-greeted by the rudest groomer I’ve ever come across .. I have a dog needs constant grooming so that’s quite the title. The rest of the staff seem very friendly and nice where is the groomer was very rude considering I was a customer she had no idea who I was, and I had an appointment. Not to mention, the lady was being very rough with the dog that she was grooming. Do not bring your dogs here. Not to mention, the lady was being very rough with the dog that she was grooming. Very friendly and seamed great, had my pet bathed thr day of pick up. Since that day we have battled two ear infection, which my dog has never had in eight years. Plus he came hime with lice
