Groomingdales Las Vegas, California

Apparently you need to call ahead to all locations now and have an appointment? Stopped by at 11 for a groom and said he's full for the rest of the day because he's the only groomer because someone called out of work. Better remove walk ins accepted until 4pm from the door and website. I've been grooming here for 4 years with two dogs and all of the sudden we're supposed to know this walk in policy is different? Now my second visit in a row with an issue.

I love that they accept walk-ins. They took my chihuahua on short notice while I went to run errands, which worked out great for me. They took great care of my little dog, and I was very pleased with their service.

Most of the time they do a great job but today they didn’t listen to what I told them my dog came back with a eye shut and he was crying I wouldn’t recommend

Amber was terrific. My little Olivia has security issues and is very difficult to groom yet, Amber made her look just beautiful and was so very patient with Olivia. We love Groomingdales and have taken our pets there for years. Thank you Amber.

I went to this groomer for probably 8-10 years. They did a great job with my dogs in the past. However the last couple of months I have tried to call and get my dogs in and they told me they were full. I have never been turned down to bring my dogs in and and now I get told they can't do any more walkins. That was on a Saturday so I figured I would call during the week. When I called during the week they told me that I had to make an appointment which they never told me when I called the 1st time or 2nd time. The lady that answered the phone was so rude to me and told me she recognized my number and has told me that before and that I should know. They were rude and unprofessional and I now will find another groomer for my dogs. Maybe they got new ownership or maybe it's the nasty lady working inside but either way my dogs will get treated better somewhere else.

Very caring people. I felt comfortable leaving my fur babies there. Great job on both of them. Reasonable pricing

This place has the worst customer service ever...they're so unbelievably rude disrespectful and are too busy to care about your pet or you...they should not be in business...PERIOD!!!!

i take my cat there all the time to get his nails trimmed- in and out in less than 5 minutes, and they do it without stressing him out. def a good place

I’m giving them one star because they did good with my pitbull, but as for my cat.... that is a different story. I bring my cat in for a wash, nail trim and tidy up his paw fur, and ears. When I went to pick up my pets everything seemed fine until we got home and I took my cat out of his carrier and he was crying when I touch his paws. I go to look at them and ALL OF HIS NAILS WERE TRIMMED TO THE QUICK AND FILLED WITH BLOOD. My poor baby is traumatized and hurt from this experience. One of his nails is completely gone, it’s like they were trying to declaw my poor cat. Please avoid this place at all cost if you love your pets. If I could leave no stars I would

Called to make an appointment and woman who answered was rude. There is a way to answer the phone. You should never get to cocky and feel you don't need customers. They are literally the reason you are in business. I was a loyal customer before and left due to quality. Came back thinking it's better now but they she responded to my question was not ok. Will NEVER go back. Will not pay for someone to ne rude to me.

The worse service and customer service I have ever experienced. They made a beautiful dog into a ugly dog. ???? we would never recommend this place to anyone who loves their Animals. I posted before and after photos … lol We look at our dog and we are so upset with this business. Our dog had nightmares from this place. Our poor dog went from beautiful to ugly ! Ontop of our dog having cuts all over from them cutting him.. we believe they tortured and abused our poor dog.

I took my Daisy here for the first time after I had a friend recommend Groomingdales. They did a great job. They were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and took great care of my dog. It only took an hour and my dog was ready. I could not believe how reasonable they were. I will definitely be returning here for all my grooming needs. Thank you Groomingdales!

Brought two of my dogs to the shop and I lived their hair cut and fluff.

First time here. My pitbull is my baby. She is VERY protective. of my family and does not get along with other dogs and most ppl..But when we took her to Groomingdales she went right in and got the full $25 service!! Best $25 ever spent!! She came out happy and made a friend who followed her into the lobby???? and she was like "look mom I made a new friend"????I had major anxiety..but not anymore???????? Thank you Grooming Dales????????see y'all in 6 weeks????

It was fast and easy. My cat always happy when it come back home.

They did a pretty nice job on my less than cooperative kitty. They left a couple of knots on her neck but seeing how she doesn't appreciate an elegant "spa day" I'm still pleased.

They are very gentle with my babies and do a great job in grooming them. They always look and smell clean.

Honestly I’ve been to a LOT of groomers in town and for the money I genuinely feel like this place does the best work. I’m always pleased with the end result.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET! Horrible infection/ allergic reaction . What ever they did to my poor dog has been a nightmare! I sent them pictures and copies of the vet bills only to be ignored. I am NOT letting this go. Shame on you!!

Groomingdales is my absolute goto for grooming services for my baby! They always understand the importance of keeping his mohawk! :-)

It's an affordable place and they do a great job!

The cat groomer is fabulous. We have a beautiful long hair black cat who gets a mat under her chin once or twice a year. All other groomers want to do a lion shave. Groomingdales keeps her georgous and Sammie gets to keep her hair. We love this establishment!

I've been taking my dog Max here for a few years now. They always do a great job ! I recently got a blind dog (Jack the white one) so it was his first time here and they did amazing with him as well!

I loved the way the groomers are enthusiastic about their jobs. I have two dogs, one of which is deaf and some what blind. She is 16 years old and was turned down by other grooming salons. Groomingdales took my dogs in and assured me they would try work with my older dog. I was pleasantly surprised when my dog came back beautiful! I recommend this place to everyone who has dogs.

This place needs to go to school on customer service. Felt like I was getting bullied by the store manager. I would not go back. They do not know how to cut hair on a dog. My dog was devastated by these people. """WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE."""
