Great grooming place for dogs and cats. Just got my English bulldog, Trudge from getting his nails trimmed. His nails were rocking! The lady that was working there was very talented, 5 stars!

I took my dog Jarvis to Chelsea tonight for the first time and she did an absolutely amazing job!! She was very gentle with him and he did great he really loves his new haircut!! He was so happy he was dancing and rolling around enjoying the coolness! He looks like a brand new dog!! Can't wait to take my other dogs too her!! Reasonably priced and awesome customer service and the fact that she was able to get me in the same day was epic!!!! I would give more stars if I could! ????????????????????????????????????????????

I have the purrfect place to groom my pets. Very good response. They got my little one in as fast as they could and got her out of there in an hour or 2 and she looked beautiful. They did such a great job! ????

They took such good care of my baby girl who is a 14 year old Shih Zu. My little girl was so calm and mellow, she enjoyed it all. We just did a shampoo, face trim, paw trim, and nails clipped. ???? THANK YOU LADIES!!

This review is from my mom, but always reflect my Google account… Mei Ling & Lulu Cupcake needed their nails trimmed. I was able to call and get a same day appointment. The receptionist was super polite, quick and professional. The groomer was ready for my appointment and soooo nice! She comforted my babies the entire time and even notified me that Lulu’s inner claw was curving and to keep an eye out for overgrowth. The shop is clean, smells nice, and so adorable! I love the big window in the doggie waiting area. There’s even a grassy potty area inside for relief. I’m looking forward to getting the full service bath for both on my next visit. I think the pricing is excellent for all the things included and you get a freaking digital picture. It’s like they’ve thought of everything for a full bath. I was paying $80 at PetSmart and the service is mediocre so this IS our groomer now!

This was our 1st time. We are OTR truckers and they did a phenomenal job on home time w our 2 and my sons 1 dog. Ears, teeth, glands, toes and baths. HANDS DOWN.. one of the best I've ever been to. After a horrific experience with an overbooked, poor quality, rude groomer in Henderson. we were threw the roof pleased to find Punky Pets. We are clients forever. ♡♡

The girls were very nice always responded to any text messages. Dog smelled really nice. I paid a little more than I liked to but they cleaned her teeth and brushed her undercoat .Nala seemed very happy when she got out they were very patient when she did not want to get out of the car when I 1st got there it was all new to her I will go back .they also sent a couple messages how she was doing..we just didn't get a pic lol..next time

Other groomers told me my doggo did not like his face touched and that he would nip. I can't even explain how grateful I am for the patience Punky Pets Pawlor took with him. She sent me updates the whole time and even a video to show how well he was doing. He was practically falling asleep while getting his face trimmed! Not to mention how soft, happy and well groomed he is. Thank you for taking the time to make my baby so comfortable. You truly went above and beyond! ????

My Bradley is old and very frail. They gave him a very caring grooming, and l knew he was in safe and loving care. The girls are the BEST!

I came here so last minute and she tried her best to fit my availability! i’m sooo happy i went and choose her, she did such a great job taking care of my lil max, he honestly looked so perfect to me i cried lol. will definitely have her as my groomer forsure now! she was so sweet and explained everything she is going to do and even made sure he was ok w certain things. sent me the absolute cutest photos while i waited and made me feel less nervous since i can’t leave my lil baby alone ????. so glad i went to her. definitely will keep coming and she was so understanding! she really did put me in her booking last minute and im so thankful, she really is the definition of outstanding costumer service. love it! ????????????

First time using them and my little guy looks so cute! Best plus is he was happy and not stressed out. Super fast he was ready in an hour. Price is great. Very friendly and you feel at ease turning your baby over to them. They also sent me the cutest picture of my little boy. I highly recommend you give them a call!

I have a giant schnauzer puppy and this is the best he has ever been groomed. I have been to many groomers and so many don’t even bother to trim his feet and legs as well as they did here! They were so patient and caring with him. They texted me to let me know it was going to take longer because he was scared of their hair dryer so they gave him a break. I will be going back and i recommend them to anyone!

I just want to start Off Saying I’m So glad I came across your Add on Facebook , I have trust issues with my Old man Because he is very Nervous and Sometimes aggressive When it comes to other people touching Him ! THESE LADIES DID A AMAZING JOB FOR 50$ !!! THIS LOOKS LIKE A 100$ Cut NO JOKE I AM VERY IMPRESSED MY OLD MAN IS A RESCUE AND FOR HIM TO LET ANYONE NEAR HIS MOUTH IS CRAZY HE GOT HIS TEETH FULLY BRUSHED ALONG WITH HIS NAILS CLIPPED AND A BATH ALONG WITH A CUTE LIL BOWTIE ❤️ I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM ‼️‼️ USALLY WHEN I TAKE HIM TO A GROOMER HE COMES HOME REALLY STRESSED OUT BUT WITH THESE LADIES HE CAME HOME SO HAPPY HE I DEFINITELY WILL BE GOING BACK ????????

Our 1st visit. Such great service, prompt and fast and still get the job done! Very good job and love the digital photo after. Also like how you can pay on line. Definitely recommend,
