I left my dog for 24 hours. When I picked him up he had abrasions on his face. They hosed his behind before they brought him to me. The next day he was vomiting and had diarrhea. He won’t eat and drinks very little. Had to go to vet. It’s been 4 days. Not improving. $319 spent at the vet and will probably have to take him back. I’m heartbroken.

This used to be the best place to bring your dog. I have had my dog groomed here for the last couple of years, and have occasionally dropped him off to play. The last few times, they never answer the phone, and they don't call when your grooming is completed. I made more than 20 calls just to make an appointment, and left more than 2 messages. They finally returned my call and I was able to schedule. My dog had a grooming appointment for 8:30 am. The person who dropped him off confirmed that I would be called once he was done for pick up. By 1:30 pm, I still hadn't received a call. I attempted to call them more than 5 times and they never answered. I had to call another location to get help. I finally received notice at 2:30 that my dog could be picked up. They stated they would not charge me for the hassle, but still put a $45 hold on my bank account. I requested a furminator for my pup. He came home with clumps of fur still hanging off of him. I contacted the regional rep. All I got were excuses - our phones are old, we can only band-aid the phones, the internet, etc. The excuses never ended. I asked to speak to corporate. They don't have a corporate office. I made multiple attempts to get contact information for the person above the regional rep, including contacting an Arizona location. He tried to help and fix the issue with a promise to contact me Monday, and another furminator process for my dog. By Wednesday afternoon, still no contact. I requested his direct supervisor's information, and it's now Saturday and still no contact. All messages continue to say, "they'll call you asap". I try my hardest to not be a complainer, but I'm entrusting my pet with you and I can't even get someone to answer the phone. The customer service is atrocious. It's sad to see the decline from a company that used to offer great service each and every time I brought my dog in.

We had OK service. The biggest issue was that we requested baths the day before we picked them up as we would be coming in early to pick them up. The baths did not happen. We'd called repeatedly but no one ever picked up. We left messages asking to be called back but they were ignored.

Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone, you'll have to call multiple times and hope you get lucky. Don't make the same mistake I did and purchase the 10 day passes. They'll still charge your credit card on file every single time no matter how many times you tell them to use your credits, then you have to call or go back in to get the charge reversed which leads back to the complaint about not being able to get ahold of anyone. Now trying to drop off without an appointment is an issue, again because they don't answer their phones. So I guess I give up and will write the remaining credits off as a loss cause I'm done with this place. Oh and make sure you read the fine print on the passes, they expire and are non-refundable.

We have not boarded our dog here. However, we did go to the location to check it out. We found out about it through great Google reviews. The sign on the door said tours were by appointment only. Obviously, that’s their right to do so — but it would’ve been good to post that here so my wife and I didn’t drive 20 minutes each way. In addition, we were flatly told on the phone as we stood at the front door that the first time they could show us the facility was five days later. There are many businesses that wish they had so many customers that they could put off someone who wanted to do business with them almost a week! It’s great that so many customers have been so pleased with their services. I wish they had been a better experience for those interested in spending money with them.

Left our 3 dogs at the resort they seemed very well taken care of when picked up they returned are dog's exactly how we left them personal their very fast and friendly we felt safe leaving our pets there

Forget Me...My 6 month old Border Collie wakes me up and drives me crazy until I tell her Bye Bye in the car to Doggie Camp. She loves it and runs to greet the staff. Doggie District -Silverado exceeded our greatest expectations and is the home away from home for our doggie. Congrats on being the best!!!

Would not recommend leaving your dogs here. We live in the apartments behind and they leave the dogs alone for hours. Dogs can be heard yelping and barking and whining for hours and no one checks on them.

I have been customer for 5 years at the Silverado location. I could not be more thrilled with my experience. The staff is phenomenal, and its great knowing my little ones are in good hands.

My 6-month old maltipoo Sylvester loves it there! He is a social butterfly and will play with any dog or human no matter the size. The socialization he gets is priceless especially at his young age. The staff seem to really care and enjoy working with dogs. It's worth the financial sacrifice for the happy dog my baby turns out to be, anytime he goes to daycare.

We were concerned we would be able to find a dog resort as good as Top Paw in Carrollton, Texas when we moved to Las Vegas. I am very happy to let anyone know Doggie District at Silverado Ranch and Bermuda has been a blessing for our dogs. They are senior dogs and have been well cared for at this resort by the entire staff. I will recommend this facility for both day care and overnight visits.

We use Doggie District at Silverado for periodic daycare who actually came to us highly recommended. Just merely pulling into the parking lot, Bandit gets SOOOO excited and that alone confirms what we already knew... This place is THE BEST!! We recently went out of town and dropped Bandit off there for three days and although we missed our little boy, knowing he was in the best hands, being taken care of by Wren, William and the rest of the caring staff, our worry subsided. You can clearly see their love for animals ♥ The communication/updates with daily pics helps alot. The fact that Bandit LOVES this place is all the confirmation that we need that he is in the best care in our absence.

My dog loves to go here to play. She comes home and takes a nap from all the fun. She gets a bath once a month and comes home looking and smelling so great! She gets excited just pulling into the parking lot.

I take my husky's to April she is the best groomer, if you are looking for a groomer who is not only the best but will love your fur baby as much as you then April is the one.

My husky Hailey is a handful, to say the least, so I was a bit nervous to leave her anywhere, but the staff at Doggie District took care of her like she was their own. They know how to handle difficult dogs, and proved that. I couldn't have asked for better care, and will be leaving Hailey with them every time it's required.

polite and friendly. My Rottweiler doesn't need to go often as I am retired. But he is always willing to go, so that says it all. IF he didn't have fun or was in any scared or upset he wouldn't be so eager.

The entire team at Doggie District has been wonderful and they care for my fur babies while we have work done at the house! Copper and Buddy love their playtime and come home tired and happy. We know that our boys are in good hands when we go out of town and are so thankful to have found the Doggie District at Silverado Ranch!
