1st time here. The best Vet I've seen since I moved to the Centennial area. Dr.Arenas is beyond amazing. She was so sweet, attentive, caring and really listened to us. I will definitely continue to come here for all my needs. The team at check in were also welcoming and friendly. Lastly, the check out process was awesome and fast! Can't thank you all enough for taking care of my baby!

My Pitty loves coming here and so do my other dogs. They're always kind and so sweet to my fur babies.

. I called this “emergency vet” tonight in hysterics, 5 minutes away with my dog in my arms dying. I called and talked to a woman who I told my dog was dying and wanted to make sure they could see her. It was 39 mins before they closed. She told me, they were full and couldn’t see me, even as I pleaded that my dog was dying because “they were full”. This woman referred me to a clinic located on Craig and rainbow that was 15 mins away… we got there and it was “temporarily closed”. My dog died in my arms. This poor excuse of a clinic and their lack of complete professionalism cost me the chance to save my dog. SHAME ON YOU. I HOPE YOU LOSE SLEEP AT NIGHT

Dr. Rubio (surgeon) was attentive and connected when I brought in our kitty with a split tail from getting slammed in a door. He took the time to answer all my questions and was honest in his assessment and feedback. On our return visit, Dr. Rubio was just as great. Professional and dedicated. He went the extra mile to address our specific needs. Our Bodhi is healing and almost recovered. Thanks Dr. Rubio.

Received a phone call around 1000 a.m. with concerning results about my some of my girl's labs being elevated. The details were pretty thorough and it seemed like there was a plan of attack, however I was waiting ALL DAY for a callback on whether or not I needed to bring her in for new bloodwork to be drawn or not...called once with no response and finally had to call right before they closed to Finally get an answer. I understand being busy with patients, but when you tell me something is wrong with my girl and then leave me waiting ALL DAY wondering if I need to bring her in, if she is supposed to start a supplement, etc...that is unsatisfactory. Took all day to find out that the current bloodwork could be used, but nothing was processed cause of payment even though I informed them I had a credit card on file...and, supplement was to be started as soon as possible, which could have been today if I hadn't got the information at closing.

I have trusted this veterinary clinic since my toy poodle, Molly, was 9 weeks old. She will be 15 years old in January. That should speak volumes to anyone looking for animal care. The vets have all been professional, answered any questions I have, and provided top-notch care for my dog. I highly recommend this clinic.

They truly care for Jak the cat when he comes in for a visit. Jak is 15 years old. I highly recommend their service and the dedication they have shown for all animals is above and beyond . They are very helpful and concern with your needs for the care of your animal.

I have brought all my pets to Centennial Hills Animal Hospital for many years. The doctors and staff are incredible, and they love my pets as much as I do. My dogs are actually excited when they see we're at Centennial Hills Animal Hospital. It's funny!

Dr. Bailey was exceptional with us. We came in to the clinic to do a wellness check on our aging cat who was starting to slow down a bit. Dr. Bailey took her time with us explaining everything as she checked on our cat. We were left hopeful with the tests she suggested but she came back in so apologetic and in tears after collecting a urine sample suggesting that he almost surely had cancer based on the color. She continued to empathize and apologize even though it was not her fault that the hope that we had originally had turned instantly to how to handle end of life scenario. When we agreed to put our sweet Charlie to sleep, she continued to take her time with us, explaining exactly how the process would go and offered cremation services to us as well. Even though this was one of the more difficult decisions we have made to make with our cat, we are at peace and so grateful to have had Dr. Bailey work with us the whole time. We plan on only requesting to use Dr. Bailey for any of our other pets and encourage everyone looking for a kind, empathetic vet to use her as well.

We've been clients at Centennial for eight years! They have taken above and beyond care of our pets. Always attentive. Always informative. I wouldn't trust any other hospital with our babies. All of the docs are caring. The front desk is friendly and tries their best every time and the kennel assistants are EXCELLENT! I can't say that enough. We are very happy with Centennial and look forward to another eight years.

They use to be a good animal hospital 3 years ago but now can’t rely on them. I’ve had a test done on my dog because she was having accidents and I was told they would get the results the next day. I called throughout the day (because no one from the hospital called) asking about it because my dog was uncomfortable. I get no call backs from the doctor the whole day. I call again the next day because the medication she got wasn’t doing much to get rid of her discomfort. Again I get no call backs from the doctor and the front desk saying it’s out of their control even though I called about 3 times that day to make sure I can talk to the doctor. No one takes responsibility here.

I had a great experience overall. Had to do walk-in with sick cat and luckily they had room within 15-20 mins. From the staff at front desk to the Dr. they were all wonderful and professional. They also treated my cat so kindly! I’ll only be bringing my cats here from now on. ????

Horrible communication, the staff really could care less if they leave people waiting for hours in the consultation rooms.

Dr. Logan Curtis is the best Vet in my opinion. He is extremely skilled, and truly cares about your fur babies. Such a great combination. The staff is fabulous, and Techs Lucretia and Shayla are top notch very skilled wonderful ladies.

My dog was expertly shaved and cleaned days after his annual shots and was handled with professional care. a bit long in waiting to pay based on short -stall at the counter, but overall i'm very pleased with their total service.

Wait times are often rather long. And, they don’t take American Express, which is rather inconvenient for those who use American Express. Any business with any kind of credit card terminal should take American Express. There’s no excuse not to.

I wish all vet offices were this compassionate and caring. I have never had a bad experience here. Never felt like they were trying to suggest procedures for their own profit. They are always busy but that because of how awesome they are. Thank you guys ????

I have been coming here for years, I couldn't see myself with another Vet's office. All the Vet's are caring and they listen to you. Dr. Curtis is amazing!

The last few times I've been here, I've had to wait over an hour past our appointment time just to get in a room, and longer still to see the doctor. And the last time we didn't even see the doctor, a few of the other staff came in to say he was too busy and brought my puppy to the back to administer his shots. Never had the chance to talk to him at all, which is just not okay with me. This just isn't a place that works for us, and I don't think their practices there are for the best for my dogs.

The staff are ALL amazing animal caregivers. Dr. Curtis was caring and explained everything about Pippin's surgery. This office is very busy, especially with all the new pets people acquired during COVID, so getting an appointment can be several days. Walk-ins are welcome, but you may wait up to two hours to see someone. All worth it. Front office staff are kind and very efficient. Thank you, Centennial Hills!

Dr. Amgar is the BEST! I have many animals (cats, dogs, turtle) you name it…I brought my very sick turtle to see Dr. Amgar and he has been amazing with treating him. My turtle is on track to make a full recovery!! The doctors’ at this location by far have been amazing with my animals and my family. Dr. Curtis and Dr. Commander treat our other animals and they too have been exceptional! Thank you CHAH!!
