I am so glad we found this place!! The nurses are so amazing and sweet and make you feel like you’ve been a part of the clinic for years. Norman wasn’t scared or uneasy in anyway. His vet was just so attentive and patient with a hyper 3 month old puppy lol She answered so many of our questions and had the best personality. I look forward to our future visits and so does Norman!

I've had nothing but customer service challenges since I started using this vet hospital in 2020. From calling and them having no record of my animal from being spoken to with incredible disrespect today by Vanessa. I've worked in sales and customer service almost my entire career and if I ever spoke to someone the way Vanessa spoke to me today, I would have lost my job. I hope they record their phone calls. Learning how to talk (and more importantly listen) to someone with empathy is not a skill some people possess. I will be finding a different vet to work with since this team doesn't seem to be organized or professional enough to keep my business. It's a bummer too because I'd heard very good things about this office.

I've had two dogs go to this Vet. I can't recommend them enough. They took my dogs to the end with peace and serenity.

Dr Tillman is VERY VERY Nice & she took plenty of time to exam my Oreo. She will tell you exactly what to do for your doggy. I will ALWAYS take my Oreo there from now on. Definitely 5 STARS!!!????????❤????????❤

I had such high hopes since I've heard glowing reviews from friends. However, I called and left a message to make an appointment AND submitted an inquiry on their website and NO response either way. I'm so disappointed. I have 4 kitties that could've been their clients.

Was the only Vet clinic that took care of my dog when I called them, it was an emergency. Everyone else told me I need it an appointment.

Customer service is awesome the ladies all love the doggies and kitties these people are passionate about what they do and Dr. Carol is an awesome Consummate professional

My experience was nothing that I expected. Absolutely the very best doctor and staff in the state. My little yorkie/mix was dragging her rear legs. Almost paralyzed. Ended up being some kind of spinal sprain. Highly recommended for pet owners. Months later- she is running back to normal and I feel blessed for the staff and mostly Dr.Tillman. Truly a very precious lady. Thank you to Animal Kingdom It is now August 2020. Daisy's condition has even improved over the course of a year. She is back to being normal and very active. The care and education you receive from Dr.Tillman is priceless. I am very grateful for her.

Dr. Tillman who is there at the clinic deserves 5 stars. Stefanatos is the owner. Fortunately she has retired. Her people skills and bedside manner are greatly lacking.. some of her business practices are unscrupulous and unprofessional. She seems more concerned about money than people or animals. She sneaks in various procedures and tests to increase the bill and does not get client approval before doing so. After doing this a second time to us, we complained and refused to pay for procedures that we did not approve. She reluctantly omitted the charges, got angry and subsequently banned us from returning to the clinic in the future, even if we requested to see another veterinarian. In any case, it's good she is gone. Dr. Tillman is an excellent holistic veterinarian and only one of a few remaining in the valley. She works part-time at the clinic. The clinic and the public are lucky and fortunate to have her.

Absolutely the best Vet I have ever had. I have since moved to the east coast over a year ago and boy do I miss this place.

Friendly place and they do cremation if you decide to do that

When I first met her I knew that my pup silky was going to be in good care. Danielle loves your animals! I recently got a chance to meet nurse Rebecca who is also Awesome and gentle. Thank you to all the front desk staff for making my pup and I feel always welcomed like we're at home. Thank you for your help Animal Kingdom.

We've been ro many vets in this town and I found that Dr. Tillman is the best! She loves what she does, is constantly educating her self and is very caring. Calls you back e en on her day off. We love her to pieces. God bless, Dr. Tilman, Theresa and Carla Purdy

I am so happy my Sister told me to come this wonderful place. My dog was BORN with kidney disease. At age 12 now, it is getting VERY bad. My current VET did not offer much but, Dr. Tillman gave me both holistic meds and regular meds and more INFORMATIVE information in my ONE visit with her than I EVER received anywhere else. ALSO, the WHOLE staff is FULL of LOVE and COMPASSION for your pets! I WILL be going back to them. I am already referring them to my friends. EVERYONE should KNOW about this place. They take a BETTER approach to your pets longevity of LIFE!

I was up there on vacation and I found a stranded new porne Bunny you. I called this place after being recommended here and Sarah took the Bunny and with open arms. I felt really good about leaving it there. I called a few days later in she said that it was a female Bunny and she's ready to be released and go be a Bunny. Over all this place is really awesome and I like the people that I encountered. I recommend to a friend.

I took a wild hawk which possibly fell out of tree. He was a hard bird to keep at home temporarily until I figure what to do . I called wild window pet hospital and they were so nice and so willing to take on this bird and so beatified to take the bird from my arm. Love this place...

Every animal that comes in with an ailment is not automatically given an all-time fix drug. Each animal is diagnosed due to their specific symptoms that are personal to them. You have the choice as to how your animal family member is treated whether with conventional drugs or natural methods. They advocate species-appropriate healing and diet and their compassion and love for the animals is obvious as they try to treat your family member as their own
