When it was time for my dog I knew I didn't want to do it at the vet, where she was always shaking and scared - and our vet was so nice. She recommended Nevada Pet Hospice and I am so grateful for Dr. Toby. He was compassionate and kind, and he took the best care of her at our home while we said goodbye. His support made it so I could say goodbye to my little dog while she was comfortable and loved at home. I can't recommend him and the in-home service enough. The staff as well, they were so kind and helpful. I appreciated not having to call and cancel vet appointments. I could tell that everyone cared and that meant the world to me.

On Monday, my 17 year old Max let me know it was time. It took me awhile to get the information for Nevada Pet hospice. They were wonderful. Dr. Toby was very kind and gentle. As far as I was concerned this is the only way to go. I have 2 cats remaining and when it's their time I will call for Dr. Toby again.

The words we would use to describe our experience are caring, compassionate, loving and respectful. Dr. Toby and his staff are truly amazing!! From the first phone call to Nevada Pet Hospice to when he arrived in our home was so caring. Dr. Toby was incredibly respectful in how he treated our 23 year old cat, Bubba. The experience was focused on our needs, and Bubbas comfort. We were allowed to lay next to him, hold him and say goodbye in our time. Dr. Toby made sure we had gifts from Bubba to keep as a keepsake. He placed him in a beautiful basket and cozy blankets when he left. Dr. Toby made sure we had all of our questions answered, followed up the next day and that he and staff were available for any questions or counseling. It was the most unique experience we have ever had. If you should ever have a need for their services, PLEASE call them. We would highly recommend this service and team!!! Nevada Pet Hospice deserves more than 5 stars! The service they provide is the very best gift you can give your beloved furry friend. On the business side, their responsiveness and staff are amazing. My initial inquiry was met with a response within a few minutes. Both phone and email got immediate attention. On the medical side, all I can say is I want to have Dr. Goldman be my primary care doctor! What a caring, steady, and professional vet he is. I have had to put about 15 pets to sleep in my lifetime, and this experience WAS THE BEST for both my pet and for me. Dr. Goldman has a gentle touch and there was not a moment of fear or anxiety for my dog Lily. It was respectful and caring and just what you want for your best, best pet. While you never want to deal with a loss of a furry family member, there's no one more caring and understanding than Dr. Toby to help them get across the rainbow bridge.  His kindness and caring demeanor helped us through the process, but more importantly, helped my kitty remain calm.  When the process was done, he gave us the time to grieve and say our goodbyes.  If you have to go through the terrible experience, Dr. Toby is the person to guide you through it.

When you were born to do what you do. Thats the best way I can describe Dr Toby. The phone call to schedule is one of the hardest calls to make and the calm compassionate professional voice on the other end was patient and kind. His office staff is incredible too. Dr Toby calls when he is on the way which helped prepare me and even when the knock on the door did come the way he knocked was perfect. Just everything about this experience was as perfect as it could have been. Im so thankful our sweet vet told me about him. There are no awkward starts or painful confusion. He brings so much support to the whole process and figuratively holds all of your hands through it. He was amazing with my kids and spoke to my husband and my hearts. Phenomenal comes to mind. Simply put Dr. Toby was born for this. Yesterday was hard. Waking up today knowing I did the right thing the right way is the best step toward healing I could ever hope for. Dr. Toby Goldman was a true professional who had the compassion of Mr. Rodgers and the bedside manner of Mother Teresa. It was a difficult decision to have our dog (Bianca) euthanized, but she was in so much pain that it was selfish for us to continue her suffering. Though Dr. Toby had never met us before, he felt like a family member consoling us through a difficult time. His patience is peerless and I could not have asked for a better experience through such a difficult time. From the moment we called, to having Dr. Toby at our home, the entire staff at Nevada Pet Hospice was exceptional. I have recommended to our other friends, who are sadly in the same situation, that using their services is worth every penny by far. On June 23, 2021 we said goodbye to our beloved Boxer, Lucky Star (aka "Star"). We can't thank Dr. Toby enough for the compassion and love he gave Star and our family during Star's final time with us on earth. Dr. Toby took the necessary time to get to know our family, and how much Star meant to each one of us. He helped us improve Star's quality of life with the precious time we had left with her. We will forever be grateful to him for that.

We need a triple five star Nevada pet hospice these people were so good to me and my dog it was the hardest thing I had to do to put Remy to down Dr Toby gave me so much comfort and reassurance and confidence that I was doing the right thing is this a scary thing to make that decision and they've been so supportive through the whole time if I needed anything I could call them grief is a very hard thing to deal with it's heartbreaking but having him come to the house and put Remington down with so comforting for myself because my little fur baby I got to hold him while he passed Nevada pet hospice they're the best and Dr Toby is by far the best in this whole town in Las Vegas Nevada I wished everybody that was in the veterinarian Service had his compassion and the same as his team they're very very good people God bless you all and I love you guys

It's never easy losing a loved pet, and we were no exception. We had to make this difficult decision, but knew we didn't want our beloved Koda to have to be at the veterinarian office when this happened (we are a fan of our veterinarian, but not Koda). When I asked our vet's office if they knew of a veterinarian who came to the house, there was no hesitation by giving us the name of Dr. Toby Goldman from Nevada Pet Hospice. I went on their website and requested an appointment. I received a phone call within 5 minutes from a caring staff member and had an appointment the following morning. Dr. Toby called that morning to keep me updated on when he would arrive. Dr. Toby was phenomenal from entering to leaving our home. He was caring, supportive, kind, and professional. He and his staff helped us with this process with sincerity and care during this difficult decision and time. We highly recommend NV Pet Hospice and Dr. Toby Goldman if and when you need to make this difficult decision for your beloved pet.

We will never be able to thank Nevada Pet Hospice and Dr. Alyssa Watson in particular for all their care and compassion in helping us deal with the loss of our Cosmo. They took what was an unbearable time in our lives and made it better and smoother. I will never forget that.

Dr. Watson is a true earth angel. She was compassionate and gentle with our little fur baby and made the transition peaceful, with no stress to our Penny. I cannot say enough good things about their services and professionalism. Dr. Watson didn't rush us and allowed us to take our time saying good-bye... Although loosing an animal is absolutely gut wrenching, she reassured us we were putting Penny's best interest first. They provide resources to grief support and take care of everything start to finish, allowing you to grieve and not worry about all the aftercare. Instead of taking her somewhere unfamiliar, we are so thankful we were able to give Penny a peaceful passing in the comforts of her own home surrounded by love... Charlie & Samantha

We had Dr. Toby to our home to euthanize our 14 year old dog Tula. She took a turn for the worse on a Thursday and he came out on Friday. It was so nice to have her at home in the presence of her family and fellow fur babies when the time came to say goodbye. Dr. Toby was so compassionate and explained the whole process. He gave us all the time we needed with her. We will forever be thankful for having Dr. Toby come out that day. And we will always use his services from now on when it comes time to put our other fur babies down.

My baby Amber had been diagnosed with Kidney disease and cancer. She declined pretty quickly and Dr Toby was recommended to me. This was the best decision I could have made. Dr Toby was compassionate, kind, and made the decision to put my baby to rest the right decision. He gives you as much time as you need and explains the process of what will take place. I will forever be great full that Amber was able to spend her last moments in my arms in her home and I Thank Dr Toby for making that happen.

I can not express how thankful we are to Dr. Toby Goldman and his team at Nevada Pet Hospice for everything they’ve done to make the hard journey to closure achievable. Having the ability to give our baby a peaceful home experience was something we could never be grateful enough for. Dr. Toby was so compassionate with all of us but even more amazing with our dog. He was loving, interactive, and gained her trust before he helped her on her final journey. He was willing to sit with us as well as give us space and at no point did we feel rushed or timed. The packages offered by his team and the cremation and memorial company West Coast Pet Memorial were outstanding. Private cremation is very hard to find and we highly recommend Nevada Pet Hospice for anyone in a situation like ours.

Words can't even express how grateful our family is to Dr. Toby and his staff for taking care of Winslow for us. So compassionate and I will never use anyone else when it comes time to send our pets to the Rainbow bridge.

There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are to you in managing Shelbys’ transition from In-Home Hospice to her very last day. I had Dr. Toby come to the house to access my pup and determine the best course of action. He and his staff are the most compassionate and understanding people. They are very supportive. I very happy my veterinarian referred him to me. <3

From the young lady who answered the phone, to Dr Toby, this service is amazing. Dr Toby treated our rat Scrumptious, who we loved just as anyone loves a dog or a cat, with such kindness and care. He made the entire process bearable, especially when you’re wrestling with “am I doing the right thing”. I like many other dog lovers has had to put many beloved pets to sleep over the last 40 years. It was always done at what ever veterinarian I was using at the time. Most were respectful & did the best they could with their limited skills, knowledge & experience with euthanasia. Starting with Maggie & then with Dr “Tobey”, I cannot believe the amazing services Dr Tobey provided when I was sick & distraught over having to put “Dutch” down on December 7th. He came to my home and his knowledge, experience, compassion and love of animals helped Cheri & I get through a gut reaching experience. The best way to say goodbye to your pet is in the peace & comfort of their favorite place & with their loving owners. Not on a cold steel table or floor with strangers. We all understand that home is where the love is. It was such a stress free and peaceful transition & goodbye, here 3 months later I am still grateful. Dr. Toby made a difficult situation so much more manageable. Being able to say "goodbye" to a close friend in your home like this allowed proper closure for all of us. Dr. Toby walked us through each of the steps, was comforting to all, and made sure Parker was comfortable as he moved on. Thank you doctor.

Dr. Toby is an amazing person and takes the time needed to make the process of sending a pet to the afterlife one that means the world to people. We had our 6 year old daughters present and he took the time to make sure even they were understanding and ready for what is about to happen.
