I have been using Adventure Pet Resort for years and I actually loved them. I will be finding a new location after today. I went to pick up my 16 pound chihuahua mix and I watched on camera as the attendant dragged him out of the small dog play area by his collar. When I told another attendant about it as she gave him back to me, she defended it and said this is normal. Well thank you for letting me know this is normal for YOU. This is not normal for me. I would never compromise my dog's trachea or spine out of laziness and convenience. Maybe try adding staff/having a dog maximum/hiring people who don't drag dogs around by their collars.

This is our second time leaving our German Shepherd puppy, Appa, with Adventure Pet Resort. Everyone is always so nice when we leave him and pick him up. I love that he can get a bath before he comes home. He's eager to play when we drop him off, and happy when we pick him up. We are always able to check on him when he is in the play area due to the puppy cams which gives up peace of mind too. Thank you APR for being patient with our crazy energetic puppy and treating him well.

We had exceptional service and our dogs seemed to really enjoy their time there. We had 24/7 access to see our dogs on the camera which really put us at ease. And they did a temperament test with our dogs so they could be in the play room! We will definitely be using them again!

Great customer service ????We put our babies here for 4 nights and we appreciate their job .Nice and fast communication with them during our trip .They sent us daily report every night which was so cool with the doggies pictures . We were able to watch our babies and check them .We recommend this place highly ☺️

My dogs had a great time boarding at Adventure Pet Resort while I traveled. I got daily updates from the staff, including pictures, to tell me what the pups had been up to during the day. The dogs were returned to me healthy and happy!

I was a very nervous mom leaving my Pinki for 3 days & nights of boarding, while out of town, but I was very pleased and relieved with the wonderful care she received. Being able to watch her on live camera and the daily report cards are so nice. Thank you to the whole staff!

I’ve been bringing my 2 Shibas here for a couple of years and I can’t tell you enough what an amazing job everyone does to care for my pups. I don’t trust anyone or any place else to care for my babies. They give you daily report cards when they are boarded and they genuinely care for my babies. This place is worth every penny.

I just boarded my dog here for the first time and I'll never use another place again! The daily report cards were so cute and reassuring, I looked forward to getting them every single day. They were very upfront with me about my dog's behavior and how he was acclimating, which I haven't gotten at other boarding places and I really appreciated the honesty and the depth of care they showed my dog. He tends to stop eating when he's boarded and they hand-fed him to make sure he would eat something and that is above and beyond!! I know he had tons of fun and was so well looked after. Thanks to the staff for being so amazing!!

Great customer service, the best part is I have access to the cameras to check on my dog all the time.

Loved that we got to do a temperament test with our dog. We knows she's going to love her stay. The staff was so friendly and using the Webcam is a big plus.

My border collie mix was away at 'boot camp' for 2 weeks. I'm a ridiculous over protective 'mom' so I think my separation anxiety was much worse than hers. I had used them for daycare prior to the 2 week stay and she loved it. But we weren't doing so great with her behavioral behavior at home. I was introduced to Gibson's dog training by the resort, and after hearing our concerns he recommended away from home boot camp. She was boarded there for her training, but also got to go to the play yard ever day. I loved the fact I could check in by remote camera any time day or night. We both got through the separation and I picked my baby up this morning. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!! to the amazing staff. They never made me feel silly when I would call, sometimes more than once a day, to check how she was doing. I felt like with the service i was receiving I would have paid a lot more than their very reasonable rate. Once again, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU If I could I would have given them a 10 star review

Pet adoption is well run!

My dog absolutely love this place. He already know the way and can’t wait for them to open the door. Staff is amazing and always do the best to accommodate your dogs needs. Everyone plays with my dog and he seems to like all of them as well. They have cameras and I absolutely love the report cards with the “funny” pictures. Can’t recommend enough.

Awesome place to bring your pet! Visiting Las Vegas for a night and they were able to house our dog on short notice! Friendly staff and great customer service! They also emailed us to update on how our pet was doing which gave me and my family a sense of comfort to know how are dog was doing! Would recommend for anyone looking for a place for their pet to stay if you want to sight see!

First time boarding my dog there. Staff was very friendly. They sent a report card of how my dog was doing which was a nice touch!

Had to go out of town for a night and couldn't take our Shihtzu with us. Used the boarding services for the first time, and I am extremely impressed and relieved at the level of service provided. I was kept informed of her activity and comfort daily, and she made new friends in which I was sent pictures of them playing. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again!

Compared to other boarding and doggie daycare facilities between Pahrump and Las Vegas...hands down the most caring and they DON'T crate your fur babies. Employees genuinely love animals. I love being able to see my baby play and getting his daycare report cards.????

We have taken our dog Finn here for overnight boarding and daycare many times over the last 2 years. On occasion he has stayed 6-7 days. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. They seem to like our dog as much as we do. Every time we bring him back he is eager to get in the door so I think that's a good sign. I like the report cards we get and the play room camera so we can peek in on him while we are away. Couldn't be happier with the service and flexibility of adventure pet resort. Worth every penny.

We board our 4 dogs here annually. It's expensive, but my dogs come home happy. I can watch them live on camera anytime I want.

Been taking my pitbull here for boarding and daycare for about 2 years now. She loves it there and gets excited before I even pull into the parking lot. Shadow is a handful and then some but the staff live to see her, and they're all real dog people. I can always trust that she's in good hands whenever she's there.
