My dog would not let anyone touch her face but Blair. I make her grooming appts. with him all the time. Blair is just the kindest person and Wonderful to your pets.

My dog Zelda was booked as soon as I contacted this place, she was done fairly quickly, the price was very reasonable, and she looks like a million bucks! Very through and I would highly recommend this groomer!

Friendly staff got us scheduled when requested. My dog was snowy white, clean, fluffy and happy. Most importantly happy. I would take her there again.

I took my Cocker Spaniel Zorro to get groomed here yesterday to try it out. Not only did they take him last minute but Dawn did a great job with him! The cut was perfect! As soon as I walked into the place & talked to her, I knew my baby was in good hands. I can also always tell by Zorro’s demeanor when I pick him up that it was a good experience. They are also less expensive than the vast majority of groomers we’ve tried in Vegas. This will definitely be our new groomer from now on. Thank you Dawn for being so sweet to my kid!

I’ve brought my dog to be groomed here for about 2 years now and I’m so glad I found this place, Canelo absolutely loves coming here! Never had any complaints and they always try to fit him in as soon as possible. Canelo comes out looking like the cutest fluffy fur ball and smelling great!!

On June 30th 2020 I had a set appoiment for my puppy ! I show up and they tell me I don’t have an appointment , but they took him anyway ( very thankful) and they did a amazing job as usual ! But I have an appointment for today and called to confirm and she tells me that I did a no call no show in July ( witch I didn’t because my appointment was June 30th !) Literally still have the note on my refrigerator! So as of now I don’t have an appointment ( he’s in a wedding tomorrow ) I’m so disappointed at the lack of organization! I’m very good with dates and write everything down as I hear it ... just double check that they are writing you down in the correct box with the correct information !

This will be my new groomer from here on out! My baby came back looking good and feeling good! Thank you Mr. Blair!

I am crying for last two hours. I waited to grow my beautiful shih tzu so that I get his beautiful teddy bear cut. I went to pick up today with such an excitement and they just shaved my dog’s hair ????????????it’s so ugly that it just not look like my baby any more. The excuse was oooppps we mixed up the hair cut with other dog. Very unreasonable and I dislike them deeply and will never go back or recommend any one to go there . They need to hire some one who knows what they do not just shave it off. Very vey disappointed

If I could leave a zero star review I totally would, but the lowest is one. We took our beloved puppy to a nail trimming. We walked in (which is always appreciated), a guy came out to take care of us. He asked us to hold her and started trimming. Out of nowhere our puppy started crying like crazy and I realized she was bleeding from her back paw. We told the guy “She is bleeding” and his answer was “Is ok, it happens all the time”. Of course our answer was “Hey, that is not ok”. He got super defensive and with an ugly attitude said: “Well, you want to trim the nails yourself?”. If I want to trim my puppy nails, I would have never taken her to the “experts”. NO!! I brought her here so a person who knows about dogs can do it properly. At the end he told us that he could “finish the job when we were comfortable”. Who would be comfortable with its dog crying and bleeding??????? He literally kicked us out!!! They didn’t finish the job and left my puppy crying, bleeding and traumatized for the pain they caused. If this happens when the owners are right there I cannot imagine what happens when you leave your dog for grooming. I heard a lot of crying and barking in the back (who knows). Right after leaving we took her to a different place, in which an expert confirmed they trimmed too far behind, careless and that was the reason she was bleeding and also, that it DOES NOT happen all the times. Please if you have some love for your puppies, NEVER take them to this place!!!!!

I've been taking my pug here for over a year and he LOVES it. I have never seen him so excited to see a groomer in the 6.5 years I have had him. They definitely share a special bond which is so important when you are trusting someone to care for your pup! He always comes out well groomed and smelling great! We will continue to take him there for as long as we live in Vegas!

When I first visited this groomer I was excited to develop a relationship and was very pleased with the work, the price, and the quick turnaround time. The longer I went, each time the price was raised (usually by $5). Yesterday my fee was almost double what it normally is. I have a real hair breed, not fur, so my dog does require extra care and I don't mind paying a little more, even tip exceptionally well in the past (as much as $40 cash). However, I do mind being charged extra when the service is less than average, and doubling my price almost is just asking for no tip at all. The service is going downhill. I was informed my dog does not stand well for the groomer and nips. I've permitted a muzzle, as well as believe the groomer's job is to love on the animal and bond, build trust. It's pretty clear to me there is some lack of experience at Warm Springs Grooming, and that affects quality. I won't be back. Maybe they would do well with other breeds, so I left the rating mediocre.

GREAT job on a skittish dog. Wish they would have cut some more of her hair however fantastic place.

My Bluzy girl is a nightmare just to get her nails groomed. Blair has always been so patient and loving with her and me. He keeps prices low so people will at least get kitty/doggie nails clipped. If you are looking for a wonderful place to get your furbabies groomed Blair is the best. He argues with me every time about my tip being too much so he's definitely not in for the money. Lol He's the best in the business for so many reasons!! ????????????????????

We have a high maintenance German Sherperd and they are very good with him. He comes back all brushed out and clean. They are wonderful!

We bring our 2 pups. When we pick them up they look & smell so good. The cut & brush are great. Blair is awesome & so are the ladies. They treat my "kids" well. Appreciate that.
