VIP was able to get me in for a last-minute grooming service did a phenomenal job. My girl came out smelling fresh and clean and looking beautiful. Professionalism was on point as well

It’s a shame that VIP has run down so much within a few years. My 1 year stayed here for two days. She came home really scared & needy. It took a week for her not react frighten towards us. Not sure what happened but we are not taking her to VIP again

I’m always hesitant to try new places especially for my animals. This place was top notch! I had a last minute boarding request due to a family emergency for our new adopted cat. Not only was the staff and premises fantastic but they went above and beyond to keep me updated even sending pictures for my comfort. I would recommend A V.I.P Pet Resort to everyone and feel confident your loved one will be well cared for!

Would never do business with them EVER. BOARDED here for years and discovered our dogs being mistreated and owner let their shots expire denied medical treatment all so we couldn't move to another boarding facility. They sure look great up front and board for many shelters but run from. Here you should . Last guy worked there also let go for abuse to shelter animals we heard but no way to confirm as they would have pulled their contract. We called police and animal control. Hopefully u don't have to experience

My dogs were very well taken care of. I was very impressed wth the friendliness and compassion of the staff. This was their, (the dogs), first time being away from me and I was nervous. It turned out great and I will use this service again.

The owners phenomenally great with the animals and will pay attention to you and your animal for as long as the animal needs to stay.

Adopted the most wonderful dog from this place, Major, and won't board him anywhere but here, where the staff loves him.

DO NO BOARD YOUR DOG HERE! I repeat if you care about your dog, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. I dropped my baby off to stay for a few weeks and what I was sold on was air conditioned inside/outside rooms where the dogs are well taken care of. I went to see the room and make no mistake this is not a pet hotel, it is a straight up dog pound. So I left bc I was in on a crazy time crunch and asked them to move him to one of the nicer rooms that they have up front which would be 45 a day vs 25 and drop the stay to 3 days. I came back a few hours later to pay for the 3 days and asked if I could see the room. The woman working the front was a heavy set woman with purple shorts who was the furthest thing from kind or personable. She could clearly see I was very nervous about dropping him off and NEVER ONCE tried to ease my mind or assure me that my baby would be taken care of. Instead she just looked at me blankly and barely said two words to me. Also another thing to note is she said she would be the only person on staff for a place housing well over 70 - 80 dogs. Which shows you very clearly how much attention your dog will be receiving. Anyway when I asked to see the 2nd room she suspiciously had to check the room first before she could show it to me. Most likely trying to clean up before I saw it, even with that I come back to see a room that looks nothing like the 2 models that you see up front and looked almost identical to the first room that was as I said, a literal dog pound. He was covered in liquid that was all over the floor which they insisted was water, (Smell test when I got home proved THAT WAS A LIE) My heart sank and I had them remove my baby boy immediately. The woman void of all personality did not apologize once or even offer to rinse/dry off my dog. She handed me my dog soaking wet in piss and just expected me to throw him in the car. Needless to say it was a nightmare. I cant speak for the work they do with rescues, there may be some more admirable characteristics there given that the dogs are already homeless or in a dire circumstances, but If you are just trying to take a quick vaca or need to get out of town for a bit this is not the place to bring your dog. They purposely keep these nice rooms up front with tiled floor to trick you into a false sense of security, which is a deplorable tactic to begin with but mix that with one staff member on shift that looks like she would rather be ANYWHERE else but there, and you have a truly traumatizing experience for your fur baby. I own a business and would never leave a 1 star on anyone but this was truly bizarre and despicable service. I litteraly feel dirty inside for leaving him there for 3- 4 hours that I did.

I love them. They always take care of my babies. My Great Dane who hates everyone and is a mean as a snake loves coming here. He goes right to his cage. All of my dogs love it and they are life savers because it is hard finding a babysitter to a 200 Pound dog and a German Shepherd and three little dogs. They are able to wash him cut his claws and everything. The regular groomer can't do that because he gets anxious. I really recommend these company.

Always take care of dogs with the utmost care. All staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have picked up my animals for short and long stays at other kennels/boarding elsewhere and it seemed my dogs had picked up bad habits, never with this place have we experienced that, when we pick them up from A V.I.P. resort, they are very calm and happy, and ready to go to sleep since they had lots of play time. Would recommend for all types of dogs, and for all durations of time away

Put my pet there 2 times. And will be back. They even gave him a bath and brushed his teeth. Now that's what I call service ????

Loved the skill and effort these trainers put into taking care of these wonderful dogs. Shannon is a very loving and dutiful trainer that just loves these puppies and wants them to have the best chance at a great life. This feels like a Hotel For Dogs.

I stayed in Vegas for 3 days and boarded my two dogs and cat here. Friendly staff and seemed like a decent, affordable place. During pick up, I waited for awhile because they we're understaffed. Then I was informed my dogs hadn't eaten breakfast yet because of the staff shortage. It was almost noon.

Pawtastic Friends are the greatest bunch of life forns on two legs. They've changed, possibly the lives of some of my more "spirited" fosters and allowed them to move in to loving forever homes with their positivity based training and clear devotion to the dogs . Thank you Chrissy and everyone else at PAWTASTIC FRIENDS and AVIP PET RESORT for giving these great people the space to train these hopeful dogs. You're the best. .IZZY SAYS SEE YOU NEXT WEEK!
