Staff are friendly. They were amazing with my oldde English Bulldog. Got him the VIP package along with his shampoo. His ears smelled good. He smelled good. And his paws were soft and pampered

The groomers here are always so patient and kind! We had our girl Fable in twice, once shortly after we brought her home and once more recently. On the more recent occasion, we had to ask for a short-notice appointment because our girl was nearing the end of her time and we wanted to make sure she was all cleaned up before we sent her across the Rainbow Bridge. Even though it was difficult to fit Fable into the schedule and it kept her past closing, the groomer at Shampoochies made time for Fable, and she looked so beautiful when we picked her up. I will always appreciate the kindness and compassion that were shown to us in a difficult time. Thank you, Shampoochies!

There really good place to take your dogs and had them groomed they all know what there doing over there my dog come back happiest, happiest dogs in the world the best place to take your dogs I recommend it to anybody that has a dog

Our neighbor recommended Shampoochie for our babies and we were not disappointed. They did a great job. Our dogs did not seem at all traumatized or scared when we picked them up, as has happened with a previous "groomer" and I love that when you walk in you can see directly into the grooming area. Nothing is hidden

Always doing a great job. They treat animals with love and respct, as they deserve. Today I opted to try their CBD/Hemp oil product for my anxious Westie. I certainly hope it helps.

I took my two buddies to them to get their nails clipped. It took about 12 min's total "For both" to be completely finished. I thought that was fast so I checked out the nails when we got out to the car. They still felt as sharp as needles. I went back in to talk about it. The person inside told me if I wanted them cut short it would make them bleed. Then she said, "But we can stop the bleeding". Now what would you do if someone said that to you with that kind of reply? I said. "A trim like this is hardly worth 13 dollars a dog." I had another appointment already set up for a cut for one and bath for the other next week. I would bet you the cost of that service, "That you wouldn't". take yours back if they were your buddies". "Just like I don't plan to either". They just lost a good paying customer.

My experience has always been good I will continue to bring my Rock for his bath and nail trim.

I have taken 2 of my dogs here; a little schnoodle in the past and a big borador now. They have taken great care of both of them. The staff is friendly and neither dog seems upset after being groomed which is awesome. Highly recommend.

Good store has most of what you want , but not all the time so call before you go .

Brought my dog here for a quick nail trimming. They took us in as walk ins. Was in and out in 10min. Nails came out great.

After 7 attempts and joining Petcos $19 monthly unlimited protection package I got my new puppy in on the 8th visit. I was paged and told he would not sit still and I would not be charged. I went to Shampoochies and my "Baby" was seen immediately and within 5 minutes his nails were clipped and polished. I was instructed to return in 3 weeks. We will gladly be a regular client. I took my dog Maxie for the first time and I was nervous especially since my dog is older. But they did an amazing job! She looks so beautiful and did exactly what I told them to do. Definitely will be coming here from now on.

I just got a Dog this past weekend and was looking to get her groomed. I called and was told they were hooked a week out. However after talking to them they had a cancelation and was able to take her today. They did an amazing Job. Charlotte came out happy smiling and playing not nervous. Highly recommend them and we will be back.

I take my pups here about once every other month. They are so friendly. My pups comes out happier and cleaner and less hairy. Good prices.

We really like them and our dog gets great service when she's there but....we've been using them for a little over a year and the price has gone up twice for us in that time. I understand Covid has affected businesses in many ways and maybe affected the prices of supplies but how much more could dog shampoo actually go up and I'm assuming they're using the same set of shears that they've cut 1000 other dogs with so I'm pretty sure those are paid for by now. Maybe I'm ranting/whining but the new price of $50, for a 9 lb dog, seems a little on the costly side to me.

It was the best customer service I have ever had in a dog grooming shop and I have been to about 10 to 15 shop's in Las Vegas and in Henderson. I would recommend Shampoo how's to anyone who needs there dog to get groomed or bathed or just a nail cutting. Cause my dog was full of knot's and very thick hair. And now she is beautiful and groomed to perfection. Thank you to Will and the staff there, they did an excellent job. And to Linda with Street Dogs she works with Will at Shampoochies. Thank you Linda for helping us out and thank you to Will for getting us in a day earlier than said.
