Trimmed my pugs nails. Nice job! Very friendly and kind to my pug even though he screamed and pee'd on her. Plenty of parking.

Friendly staff always does an excellent job grooming our dogs. Make sure to remember to bring cash, as they don't accept cards for payment.

They have not called me back...4 days is not good service....Hesitant to trust my animals to someone that cannot return telephone messages promptly...will they ignore my pet in their care?

Very good work. My doggie was very shy but she was very comfortable with them. They're good at what they do. Just book in advance so you get a good appointment time.

My precious Maltese has been going here since she was a puppy. The staff is cool and prices are far. When I get her she's clean and looks great. I give them a 4 instead of a 5 because she often has excess shedded hair from her cut. It tends to get all over me when I first get her.

Smelly, unsanitary, looks and seems that some dogs in the cage were totally afraid. This was the only close store on our area that services dogs and cats. If i have a chance to find another store i would do it. You been warned...

Took my cocker spaniel for her first ever professional gromming. She walked in with some matted areas and walked out like a new Shuri. She was very happy with her new look. She pranced the whole walk home.

For 50.00 dollars, I expected a much better cut. Got a lion cut for my pomeranian and it's choppy and all over the place. If you want an alright cut , this place is for you. If you're looking for a professional and intricate cut, keep looking...... And for some reason my dog appears traumatized and shaking.

Best groomer in Lancaster. They treat your pets like if it was their pets. Personell is very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

The gentleman over at Tailwaggers did a great job with my Buddy. We will definitely go again. Helpful info you have to pay by cash app or cash no cards accepted.

I don’t know much about this place but I get ALL their calls. I get about 5 calls a day asking about tailwaggers and if they can come get their dog groomed and I’m like..... this isn’t tailwaggers my number is somehow connected... which is weird because my phone number isn’t even close. Please can someone from the grooming service tell me what’s going on?
