Lola and our family are so thankful and happy with the services Dr. Gallegos and his wonderful staff have provided. Our poor baby dog started having some kind of allergy problems and her whole body was red, itchy, painful and inflamed. She was miserable, Dr Gallegos prescribe the perfect therapy that quickly helped her get better. She is still having to take ongoing shampoo therapy but she is so happy and back to being her beautiful happy self. The staff and Dr Gallegos communicated with us constantly and were very polite, professional and attentive to the care of our baby. Price wise was worth every cent because of the quality care they provide.

Great experience and the staff and the doctor were so helpful and kind to my dog. Reasonably priced with great follow up and explaining the things I need to follow up with. This is now my dogs vet.

10/29 I took my dog to the clinic as he would not eat for 3 days. He wouldn't take his favorite treat. He was drinking water. His white blood cell was low I.V. Fluids were given (dehydrated) and pills to increase his appetite. Follow up appointment on Monday He loves Dr. Greg.

They care very much about the animals, and all the Staff are SUPER nice. I know my pets are in good hands when I take them there.

I went here for a about 2 years but not anymore honestly they are more expensive then my other vet an the phone number only works sometimes all appointments are 2 weeks or more away plus this whole pandemic time they’ve just been hard to deal with.

My dog went into heart failure a few months ago and I needed to establish care for her since we are new to the area. The emergency vet estimated she had a couple of months to live. I really appreciate Dr. Greg being receptive to my requests of no labs since I don't want to torture her in what could be her last few months to live. So many veterinarians I have seen (since we moved a few times over the years) require so many tests to be done or force you to change medications even though your dog has been on them for years. Dr. Greg is very reasonable and understanding when caring for elderly dogs, which is so refreshing. He also took the time to educate me about her disease process and other things I can do to improve her health. Making an appointment was quick and easy and everyone is very nice.

Great staff but require masks and force you to stay outside away from your animal during the examination. It's smart, let's add separation anxiety on top of whatever else the animal is experiencing. Get out of your fear and think about the poor animal

I had to have one if our cats put to rest, she had cancer, the staff and vet were very caring, explained everything fully so could make a humane decision. We pretty much knew before visiting the outcome but they helped make the decision easier. We even received a card signed by all the staff with a paw print if Shyla our cat, this was very much appreciated, a nice way to say goodbye and remember our pet.

I took my kitten there a couple days ago. They were so kind and gentle with her. Setting the appointment was super easy, I forgot the names of the people that I spoke to, there were a few? Emma and two other women. So kind and respectful. The phone line can be a little busy, with the COVID restrictions in place. But even then, 5-10 minute wait time. Dr. Greg was our vet and he was kind as well. Super thorough and informative, soft spoken. I was writing down what he said and didn't mind repeating himself. The price was lower than the old clinic I was taking my older cats too. If you need a vet in the AV, definitely recommend Lancaster Pet Clinic.

They are wonderful! Happy courteous service and they got my Oscar in as soon as possible. 5????????????????????

Dr. Greg is great and the staff are all very kind and patient. I've taken both of my animals there and won't go anywhere else as long as he's there. My cat is kind of hard to deal with but they make the experience calm and as easy as possible for him.

The Dr. And the staff took such care and compassion for me and my pet they are wonderful.

How do you know all my pain spaces just knowing a look at me? Man you are so freaking perfect!!! I feel better within like 5 hours where I don't feel the need to come back. You are so AMAZING!!!!

Took my new puppy to Dr Gallegos for a checkup when he arrived from LA. My 1st visit as well. Dr G & his staff are incredible. Told me everything they were doing for visit & the cost. There were no surprise charges added to my bill. I'm so glad Dr G came recommended by a friend...

This place is always amazing. I have a pug and husky. My pug got hurt and needed emergency surgery. They did a fantastic job. Affordable. Very nice. Explain everything very well.

DR GREG IS WONDERFUL WITH MY PET EVERY VISIT. THE STAFF THERE ALSO IS GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERY ONE TO TAKE THEIR PET THERE .

I've been calling around to different Veterinary Hospitals for estimates on dental work for my dog. Just called Lancaster Pet Clinic, asked my question about dental work and price estimates. The woman asked if I would hold while she "went to the back with paper work." It wasn't a very long wait, so I didn't mind that. She asked me what my question was again, so I explained. She said that she couldn't tell me an estimate until the Vet saw my dog and that with the set back of Covid-19 and them being booked up, new clients cost $91. Then she told me that the dental exams and blood work are roughly $800 and up... After saying she couldn't give me an estimate... While she was talking, it sounded like she was eating. So when she put me on hold to "take paper work to the back" I believe she didn't do that and put me on hold to eat. After she told me the prices, I politely said "oh, ok well thank you." She replied with "mhmm" and then hung up right away as I was telling her to have a good day. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Now I know for sure this is NOT the veterinary hospital for me or my dog. All the other places I called, the assistants were polite, professional, and answered my question with accurate estimates. Plus, everywhere else, they aren't charging Anything for new clients.

We made an apt over a month ago to get my Great Dane fixed for 6/17/2020. We were told we will get a call the day before, today 6/16/20, to go over what to do prior to the apt. Sadly we never got the call so my husband called and that is when we find out that they never made the apt. My husband and I both took the day off work for the apt they never made. Instead of making it work and fitting us in because they messed up they told us they are full and the soonest is next month. I will never be taking my dogs here. If they can not even be responsible enough to schedule and apt how am I supposed to trust them to take care of my fur babies. The part that is terrible and caused me to write this rating is how they didn't even seem to care and didn't try to fit us in tomorrow.

Andrea and Dr. Gallegos were absolutely terrific. A week after the visit, my cat is back to her normal self.
