The vets are all great - and it's clear they love animals. It doesn't matter whether it's doctor Debbie or Doctor Briggerstaff, they take their time to explain what they're doing and how you can help keep your pet healthy.

Av vet center was the only emergency center to answer and take chubby in when I most needed help. Very friendly and caring! Took great care of my dog and will definitely be coming back!

Don't even waste your time and money here! I should've known better with the lawsuits! Very rude and unprofessional staff, ridiculous wait times, and false diagnosis! $8,000 later my dog is still sick and they can't even tell me what's wrong! 0 stars!

No where takes in bunnies an I needed an emergency visit on Thanksgiving day an unfortunately my baby passed away

I am so thankful for this vet. When my pet had an emergency and needed hospitalized, they handled it quickly & efficiently. He is now feeling so much better thanks to them. They saved him & I can’t thank them enough for that!

after spending $3000.00 plus, I discovered they dispensed me an expired insulin bottle. the other med was out of its original bottle and in a vial with their own label which i don't trust anymore . I do not think they're going to last long that goes for their affiliates namely in santa clarita and woodland hills.. Way too expensive by the way

I am extremely happy to have found a good place for our pups to get groomed. We had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. This was our first time here and will be returning.

Had cat treated for pancreatitis. They are so busy, they don't return your calls. Will see how the outcome is.

Dog was bit, took her in, they were very helpful and friendly and she got the treatments she needed. Probably unnecessary visit, but wanted to be sure. My problem was every time they called me it was a different person with a different plan. First they said it would be $50 for the visit with a total cost of $400. Then they called an hour later saying I needed to pay the $400 to start. Then they called again in an hour and said I needed to pay another $400 to actually start. After scrounging up the money I called to pay and they said they changed the plan and it was $200 to start the real operation. Then they added an e-collar to my cost that I never received. I got that refunded, but the pain of the experience masked the professionality of the communication I received.

Not nice receptionists. They ordered to come back with my dog after the week for a checkup, when we came she said i have to pay again. I got feedback that since I did not buy all the drugs they recommended to me, it does not deserve a free check-up. LOL well, (I'm not spending $ 600, but “ only” $ 300 and that's not enough). I've never heard anything like this anywhere else . One doctor is very nice, but the rest, business and money count.

Took my Pitbull in right away. And made him feel better right away. I would recommend this place.

Everything was amazing! The amazing compassionate techs like Brittany made it easy to trust and the way Kelly so willingly went above and beyond to love Lola made an impactful difference. Thank you so much to Dr Harris, Dr Albasan and his surgical team. We are grateful she was able to go through such a surgery (removing 5 bladder stones!!) with such an exceptional staff! ????????????????

Jung H Kim, DVM was so unprofessional so rude. Took our dog in yesterday around 10pm. Our dog was very sick had been throwing up, not eating you could see his ribs, very quiet which is not normal for him and all this dr was doing was arguing with us. The nurses were kind and apologized on his behalf and stated they have had many complaints about him. Needless to say we left and took out dog home. Will be going to a different vet in the morning.

RUDE!!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!! Ignored our urgent plea's for help for our labrador and turned us away because the Dr wanted to leave early the nurses were Jerks one telling us we cant bring our dog in unless we have masks then after i grabbed masks from the car said we could not enter the building Our labrador almost Died because of this no other clinics could take him that night and he ended up waiting all night in agony suffering pancreas and kidney failure he was about a day from dying when we got him to a DIFFERENT CLINIC the next day he could no longer walk he was so weak This is not the first bad visit to this clinic they do not care about animals whatsoever EDIT/UPDATE Our labrador passed about a week later If he could have received Help sooner he might have had a better chance of surviving We are all heart broken and lost without him he was our child and more human amd empathetic than most people can be About your short staff comment!! You were fully staffed that night the vet Just wanted to leave early as we were told and he would not take him This is not the first time we have been greeted with rude front desk staff and a money hungry vet who does not care about animals welfare whatsoever!! This hospital was our last hope and as expected we were let down! WILL NOT BE BACK!

These people are absolutely amazing. 9pm on a Saturday and got my dog all fixed up from a exposed nail nerve and infection. Very impressed and thankful. Would definitely recommend

They service was great the Dr assistant was great very helpful and friendly they did a great job and treated my dog really good. They are the best ????

My Cat was diagnosed with vestibular disease, I thought she was possessed or having a stroke. But they diagnosed her, gave use some medication for her and a 2 week antibiotic injection. 5 days later she is almost back to completely normal. Thank you

Very long wait, best to schedule an appointment. If it's an emergency, your pet will suffer til seen. Staff is very polite, and courteous.

Amanda was my Godsend! Her compassion and helpfulness throughout this process was so appreciated. Her caring was so needed and she gave it all. Thank you Amanda for loving pets as you do and being a positive note on a sad occasion. Thank you for being you and please don’t change. Just know that being you made losing a pet easier to deal with.

I brought my cat to have his eye checked but unfortunately had arrived when they were changing shifts between doctors. After being advised to come back in a few hours and having some dinner, returned back for the check-up. The staff was friendly and professional. The exam visit and time it took for a diagnosis was prompt. I was glad to be able to get the medical attention as I had called so many local vets including my regular vet and no appointments were available. Thanks so much again for treating Teddy !! ????
