I called and scheduled an appointment. They welcomed me. I arrived onsite and they said I had to wait outside due to Covid restrictions. Normally I wouldn’t be upset except it was raining and hailing outside. I feel they should have told me ahead of time about their “waiting outside” policy. I waited in the rain and hail for 30 minutes. The staff laughed and made a joke while I waited outside. I asked and requested to let my cat be inside…I didn’t think it was fair. COMPLETELY COLD AND UNPROFESSIONAL

They were friendly, good with our dogs, and not too expensive. We’ll go there again for all our pet needs.

Thank you Kathy and Doctors, for looking after Scotty. He was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus recently . He was becoming skinny and my sister has keep me with updates. Since I’m in Ireland . I’ve been stuck here since the pandemic started. I got more worried and asked her to take here to Smith Veterinary. I know Scotty is on good hands meanwhile I’m getting ready to return home on February 10th 2022. Thank you ????

So I called ahead to ask about rabies vaccines and was advised to make an appointment. I did so, scheduled for both my pups, asked if they had been there before and I advised 1 under the former owners and 1 never seen there. Ok you're all set. We get there and they advise for rabies they will need an exam and we can't do that today????. Why was I not advised of this over the phone????????‍♀️. Definitely not great customer service. First young lady says we can do it tomorrow, second young lady says we have to do it next week. Frustrating situation as I needed the vaccines Before our grooming appointment next week. Nice enough staff but need work on communication with requirements.

They have always taken care of my Charlie going on 8 years. He loves it there

Great staff, friendly techs and the vet came out and introduced himself. They were very prompt, gentle with my dogs and the prices are fair. Definitely recommend.

Smith Veterinary Hospital Staff is very professional ,friendly and helpful; they make you feel welcome and all questions and concerns we have regarding our canine family member are answered promptly and detailed; Vet and staff go above and beyond in our Beautiful Noodles needs. I totally recommend this Hospital for your canines family members!!!!

They have really improved their clinic. Not a long wait and were kept well informed of all going on. Prices are crazy, but what can you do? I trust them with my animals and that's huge!

They provide the best care for my pets! I have a bulldog. Given their bad health, we visit the vet a bit more often. Prices are competitive and they accept CareCredit. They provide excellent care and advice towards her health and prevention. I would also like to thank them for taking care of our big boy til the very end. We will always entrust our babies to their care.

The staff here is amazing, the Doctor was wonderful, he explained everything and did an excellent job of removing a large mass on our 14 year old Cocker Spaniel. They may be a bit more expensive than other vets, but you get what you pay for, this place is well worth every penny

Vet care is never cheap. Cheap vet care is usually not good. With this vet practice, their care is exceptional and their prices are very fair. The staff and the Dr care about you and your pet. They take the time understand, listen, treat and follow up with their fur patients. They keep the wait time to a minimum, dont over book and truly care!!

The service here is excellent. The staff is friendly, informative and will take the time to answer questions. They have seen my dogs in the past and they showed the same care and love for my new puppy that I hoped for. Not saying this is the best veterinary clinic in the Antelope Valley but it probably most likely is.

I know that during these days it is hard to find a place to take your pets just for shots. Well after calling around for a while most places aren’t accepting new pet patients. I was in need for my two kitties to get their shots. I came a cross this place and on the same day I called they advised me that they run their pet clinic Monday through Friday from 9-6 and I could just bring my pets to get their shots. Well I got there and I was checked in in less then 10 minutes and it took 5 min for both of my kitties to get vaccinated making my whole wait time less then 15 min. Other places take longer just for shots. This place is the best so far and the staff is so friendly, speedy and kind. My pets didn’t suffer any side affects after their shots they were just sleepy most of the day but I am glad I found this place and I will definitely be taking my dogs too.

Had an emergency with my little dog Buzzi and they were able to see him right away, the staff was friendly and the Doctor explained everything and answered all my questions. I feel like my dog is in good hands at Smith Veterinary Hospital.

Always the greatest office techs

They have you call ahead and wait in your car. I was on hold for a long time, but that's due to circumstances of this pandemic. The vets take your pets inside while you wait in your car. They did a good job of explaining everything they find and what the next steps are for care of your pet.

Wonderful, kind and caring staff. They are always so helpful and accommodating. If I ever have questions, they take the time to explain until I fully understand. The doctors are kind and compassionate and you can tell their love for animals. They always take great care of my fur babies.
