First time at this vet was recommended and I went with some concerns with my Aussie Shepard and was told probably cancer and paid the extra $300 for the test and they said they would call me within 2-4 days. I didn't hear from them and called and was told the results were in and the doctor would call me that day. By the end of the day I still didn't hear from them so I decided to go in. I went in as no one called me and was told she probably had Lymphoma and had maybe 2 - 4 months but he said he didn't know much about where she had this cancer and would call the lab and see what they say and would call me next day. I NEVER received a call and today took my dog to another vet to be put to sleep as I had no warning that in just 2 weeks she was done. I will tell you that this vet has no respect for the animal family and people who loved the animal and showed us no respect to what we paid for and our concerns. Paid total of over $ 400 for everything. just a shame I lost my best friend this way

Expensive but a great vet. Very straight forward, nice and would recommend. $19 for a nail clipping is outrageous but they did a great job and are fast.

Very compassionate veterinary. Dr Zucker was very considerate and helpful with my dog Alice, who has diabetes and arthritis. She walked in there on 3 legs favoring 1 hind leg....and walked out on all 4! I'm truly happy with the care she received at the Boulevard Veterinary! Their prices are reasonable, as opposed to some veterinarians in the Antelope Valley. ????

Hey guys and gals, So I was transitioning to another state and stopped by in Lancaster, Ca for a couple weeks at my sister's house. Anyway, I needed an animal hospital to get my dog's Health certificate from so he could travel on the plane. Long story short, I found this place and a couple others, read some reviews, looked at photo and PRAYED! They did what I needed and the cost was fair! Good spot. Thanks guys!

Love this Vet. They are always fast and courteous. Love the Mon-Fri clinic, really appreciate the the low cost of the clinic to. Love the way they care for all my animals. I never worry bringing my pets to them.

Regarding their shot clinic - since it was just for shots, we opted for a spot closer to home. Another vet we called were only taking appointments & wouldn't have been able to see us until August. Called Boulevard Vet and they were able to go the next day for their shot clinic hours. They picked up my dogs from the car and took information and payment over the phone. Despite having quite a few people ahead of us, we were done pretty quickly. Staff members were very nice. Thank you!

Love the vets there, they take their time to explain everything and it's not all about money like other vet hospitals.

I just took my Toby my maltese cuz he completely tore his ACL & MPL and the doctor there answered all my questions and made me comfortable feeling .

The staff was really nice and helpful, the only downside is the lobby is closed so make sure to get an appointment before. On call is best choice.

I’ve been taking my pets to this hospital since it was called Uno animal Hospital. Dr. Uno was an absolutely amazing man who went through cancer treatments with my father. From what I know he trained a man named Dr. Rupert. I unfortunately never got to meet Dr. Uno; however, Dr. Rupert was my little boys doctor for 15 years. I heard that he recently retired… I do hope he passed on his kind skills and amazing knowledge to another as had been done to him. He was BrillIAnT!! . The service here is absolutely amazing! The doc could be in the room with Garfield for less than five minutes and completely diagnose him properly! He also treated my little boy Smitty. Smitty was bitten almost entirely in half by a pitbull that had gotten loose when he was only 32 days old. Doc said he could do what he could and see if he lived.. 14 1/2 years later Smitty passed of old age. This hospital saved the lives of two of my most precious kittens and my little girl dog too!!! I have recommended this animal hospital for the last 15 years and can only pray that another kind doctor was shown and taught by the amazing staff that was once here. I now have a new kitten that will be coming here, I will update this then; however, until then this is still the most trusted animal hospital and all of the a V, Palmdale, And as far as I know the entire Central and lower Cali areas. I drive from Ridgecrest to come to here. They by far are the best! I have since moved to the bay area and they continue to help me with a paperwork issue I created. Trish has gone beyond great customer service. Great place!

Very caring folks. When we went on May 24, 2021 their lobby still wasn't open to animal owners (due to COVID), but hopefully it will be soon.

Still no practiced no dining area to sit direct relax everything's taped off I thought cove it was over not recommend it not recommended

I hate leaving negative comments when so many of my friends recommended this vet and we loved this office from 2008-2012 when Dr Rupert was there. My family recently purchased an English Bulldog puppy and we brought him in for boosters and an orthopedic exam for puppy insurance. Dr. Ryan Folse is the vet on our form I’m not sure which vet he is as he isn’t even listed on the website. We didn’t meet him due to COVID restrictions and my husband spoke to him on the phone. He gave us the heart breaking news to the tune of several thousand dollars. He wanted to fix eyes, amputate the tail and bilateral patella surgery. In a panic, because we love our new fur baby we took him to a Veterinarian that has decades of experience with bulldogs in Woodland Hills for a second opinion and she said our dog is perfectly healthy. I hope this is just a fluke and the Doctor at Blvd isn’t well familiar with bulldogs but unfortunately we will not be bringing our puppy back.

I brought my cat in for a neutering and after waiting 8.5 hours he was returned to me in a rush with no aftercare instructions (verbal or written), no papers at all, not even a cone! Overpriced procedure with minimal (or none in my case) aftercare effort. I also noticed that all of his nails were cut down very short, most of his front nails are actually broken. I’m very upset that this was not explained to me beforehand or even mentioned afterwards. I would definitely recommend taking your pets somewhere that actually cares.

The best place ever today I had to put my 20-year-old Pitbull to sleep ???? and the staff was very helpful from the first call to the end .

Absolutely the best office in Lancaster. Not only the veterinarians but the staff bring your dog here on a regular basis not only for medical but they seem to come back better trained. Love that ❤️???? no extra charge.

All of the techs that I've come in to contact with are true animal people - so kind with my girl and they seem to love working at this hospital, which makes a HUGE difference in attitude. Dr. Zuker is wonderful and takes the time to explain medical diagnoses. The office has COVID protocols in place which means the techs usually bring your pet kiddos back out to your car when they're finished with their visit. My girl had a rather invasive surgery done on her eye which I was really worried about. When I picked her up, Dr. Zuker actually walked her out and explained the after care to me. He even loaded her in the car for me. So, so appreciative of the care and professionalism of this office. I only wish they had emergency hours as well. 100 ☆s !!!!
