They are excellent groomers! Excellent customer service. My dog is always treated with love and kindness. He looks like a true king after every grooming service.

Service significantly decreased. They don't answer the phone, and the lady at the door is rude.

Great customer service, quality care and work. Groomer Lynda is very professional and knowledgeable about the care and grooming of dogs. We continue to bring our dog to her and her establishment.

so sad they stopped their self service option. Otherwise it was a great place to bathe my husky.

Brought my little Puggle here for the first time yesterday at the recommendation of a family member. I was blown away with the level of care and time spent answering my questions and tending to my dog. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend bringing your pet here!

They are always mindful of my dog which I really appreciated leaving LA was really hard because I doubt I’ll ever find a place that treats my boy the way they did they are thorough friendly pet people more than me which is very difficult to believe if I ever have a chance to return to LA they will be one of my firstRescheduling appointments

Have brought my toy poodle here for 5+ years. All the groomers are so sweet and take good care of my dog who’s pretty fragile now that she’s older.

Tried this local one instead of the big franchise PetSmart or Petco. I am not ever going back to PetSmart or Petco. So happy I found this place.

This is a great spot for pet grooming. Lynda is wonderful, she is professional and takes care of my pups. She does such a great job and gives good advice. Below is a pic of my clean puppy.

Been coming here for years. Cindy and Yasmin are very caring and great with my dogs. They also listen when I have specific requests on the cut I prefer.

Who ever answered the door very rude didn't even open door just yelled we don't do self service any more almost one hour before they "closed"...
