It's always a good experience. This office is a well oiled machine. I love Dr. Norby (loved Dr. Kaufman too) and Dr. Chung. Haven't seen any other vets. The front desk and technicians are always personable. I've been coming her for a long while. I hope it doesn't change.

Small animal/exotic care available until Dr. Kaufman retires soon. Excellent COVID precautions: cats contract COVID and it's not known how many other species.

Extremely responsive staff. Quick turn around and got us in day of for an emergency. Great folks!

Took My Two Rabbits to get spayed and neutered and I must say their attention to the after care of our loved pets was super awesome they answere all my questions, My Rabbits are doing awesome what I loved most was they have been following up with me to check on my babies without me reaching out I love that thank you so much definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to treat your pet rabbit

Harbor Animal Hospital is great. Little to no wait time. All the staff members are professional and friendly, and everyone treated my little dog and cat like their own. The care was precise and thorough and I left both appointments feeling like I had done what I needed for my pets.

Dr. Kaufman has helped me with both my sphynx cats and my hairless rats, and is professional, kind and knowledgeable. I also appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the front staff. Compared to other places I think Harbor is a bit more expensive, but I gladly pay it knowing that I'm consistently getting quality care from staff who care about my pets.

I love that you can remain in your car. These nice and wonderful vets will take great care of your fur babies so you can stay safe. I think it's safe to say my boy, Floki found a second home.

The level of care given along with the treatment plans are outstanding I have no real complaints other then I think it's ridiculous that we can't be with our pets during exams, if everyone is wearing a mask what is the issues plus we are all vaccinated

I had to put down my beloved ???? Sophie. Harbor hosp. Was there for us very kind,understanding and compationet thier the best my Sophie felt the love and fell asleep so peacefully. Thank you Harbor, I can't say enough, she'll be with me always.

I have brought my hamster, a three legged chihuahua ( born that way) and the pit bull to be put to sleep due to a tumor growth. I was so broken to put her down I kept rescheduling it cause I do not believe in it, but the growth was too massive it had to be done... The staff was very compassionate, understanding and allowed us to be in the room during covid era. They offer cremation and kept the ashes. I do not come often, services can be expensive but when I do it’s quality work and trust them the customer service makes a difference as why I return.

They were !!!!amazing!!!! With my babies! I’ve never been to a more professional and caring clinic with the sweetest staff! My babies have never been so exited to come here! They get so much love and the staff is always happy to help with whatever I need. I would rate higher if I could! LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE GUYS!

Dr Kaufman is by far the best veterinarian in the South Bay.

Friendly staff. Excellent service. Great prices. Worked well with our skiddish lil guinea pig at her 1st vet appointment. Covid safety precautions are top notch.

This place is AMAZING! First time here with my dog. He is not great with other dogs normally and they were very attentive to that. They were very quick and super detailed when it came to information and the needs of my dog. I definitely had a great experience with my dog and I’ll continue to have my dog come here.

A bit pricey but Dr. Hoffman and the staff are very attentive and caring. I'm so glad they are so close to my house. One thing I REALLY like about them is they care enough to call u that night or the next day to see how your pet is doing. Highly recommended

Vet MDs and tech here are really awesome. They are very patient, caring and proactive in taking care of my sick dog. I appreciate their courtesy of callin me in between the treatment procedure to give me updates. I will definitely recommend this animal hospital to my family and friends as well. Very accommodating and good interaction

Everyone at HAH was very professional and very caring! This was my first time bringing my dog here. Dr. Norby was fantastic to work with and she took very good care of my little girl. Even during our current health crisis, everything was a breeze. Definitely recommend this place and I will be going back for sure.

They are very thorough and considerate at this vet. Their pricing is average. The vet and the vet techs are very knowledgeable and caring for our furry friends. Even with the COVID restrictions, they did a great job working around the laws. I highly recommend.
