Always a pleasure visiting the Flagstaff store. The staff is always friendly (greets you as you walk in), helpful and very knowledgeable of their products.

One of the workers overcharged us and when my mother approached her about the mistake the worker said "don't be rude" and commented on one of my mother's disabilities instead of addressing the mistake and apologizing. Highly disappointed and hearing my mother cry about something she cannot change makes me never want to shop here ever again.

Well stocked, larger store. Friendly, helpful staff. Good variety, which is convenient as Lake Havasu City has the only large pet supply store for quite a ways around. Decent selection of harnesses for cats or very small dogs (XS & XXS).

I went there to get a name tag made for Buddy my rescue cocker Spaniel mix but I didn't know how to work the machine and the cashier was very helpful and walked me through the hole process so I got it done oh and Buddy thought it was pretty cool walking around in the store and greating customers.

It was nice. Very friendly staff!. I accidentally left my phone there and the associate was kind enough to hold it for me until I picked it up. Very much appreciated ????

A member of the staff assisted me when I could not find a certain dog food. She was really helpful and knew her store well. She stood there with me reading labels and helped me find an alteralnative which have switched to. Same brand, slightly different formula. She went way beyond.
