Extremely unhappy with their service. Firstly, Debbie is apparently unware that they are not taking new clients since she advised me that someone was going to call me today. Got no call of course. When I called again today Jasmin advised me that they are not accepting any more clients. Wow I would have been waiting for a call that was never going to be made. Great customer service... Would never refer anyone here.

I have a rabbit rescue and bring my bunnies here and my guinea pigs for their Veterinary needs and so far it's been a wonderful experience. It's very difficult to find a veterinarian in the high desert area that works with small animals and is reasonable when it comes to the charges.

I just moved to the area and have a new puppy. Dr. Boyd and Dr. Clark have both seen Penelope. I highly recommend them. Their prices are reasonable and they really care about their patients. I am glad we were able to get Penelope in as a new patient.

The staff are always friendly and the doctor always makes a call and explains any problems or suggestions that I can understand.

Everything about this place is great. The staff and Dr. Boyd are the only ones I'd trust with my pet.

My pet bird flew away and was found but was attacked my dogs i called and quickly got a avain vet to check out my baby he was so scared and quiet didnt think he was going to make it . Dr looked after him and he made a full recovery. I am so glad this vet was able to squeeze my baby as other vets up here couldnt take him or see him as they dont specialize in birds.

I had an emergency with my Australian Shepard. They took her in right away and started treatment. Thank you for the quick response.

Dr. Boyd came highly recommended by MANY friends. We took our very sick dog in to Dr. Boyd and he quickly determined what course of action needed to be taken. He found a specialty hospital in Ontario that could run the tests needed quickly. While our dog was there he called us for updates and called the hospital for updates. His kindness is indescribable! His office was efficient and respected our time. His technicians were so kind to us and our dog. I could go on endlessly about how impressed we are with Dr. Boyd and the Animal Care Hospital. Thanks to Dr. Boyd our dog is making a recovery when we feared we would lose him.

I've been searching for a new Vet and found Dr. Boyd and his staff. They have been a blessing and second to none! Everyone has been exceptional and I can't thank them enough!

My German shepherd has had an ear infection for a very long time. We have seen 4 different vets, wasted time and money. Dr Boyd has followed my dog for 3 months and finally she has relief. The cost was very reasonable. Great experience for me and my dog. Thank you!

We had an 11:00 appointment. We were home by 11:25. The staff is extremely efficient and nice. We had concerns. The doctor was able to explain what was going on with our little girl. I felt much better.

There unwillingness to take animal with out appointment coz the death of a great emotional support animal

This. Vet and his staff are the best I have seen. Dinky hada hernia repair and is recovering nicely. Theyanswered all my questions and were reassuring to me that things would be ok. The best in the High Desert!!!!!
