Plaza Pet Hospital Lake Forest, California

I no longer believe, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" this Vet office serves its customers with the utmost and charges pennies on the dollars when compared to other Vet offices....my cat was seen by another Vet at a pet emergency and if that didn't cost me half of my arm as it was...not being satisfied with the results that my cat will lose his eye sight due to a chemical burn...I was blessed to have been given the Plaza Pet Hospital as a word of mouth referral from a friend of a friend and thought I'd try another approach to save my cats eye sight...and WOW OMG the result is amazing and actually hard to believe....my cat has so far regained about 90% of his eye sight and is expected to make a near perfect recovery...I have made multiply returns for the check up and received medication and advice and my cats has had procedures done...such as dye in the eye and numbing his irritation...I have paid near what I paid during the one first visit at the first place that I took him to...where I was told to basically adapt to his change of him losing his sight in one eye...???? I cannot say enough good things of THE PET PLAZA....

Dr. Lee & his staff are caring, pleasant and easy to work with. Dr. Lee does have an accent, but he is understandable and worth understanding as he's dedicated and truly cares for his patients, unlike some Drs who practice with great 'bedside manners' while you're there but really don't care about the animals!

Great service. And great prices. Dr lee takes excellent care of my 3 cats. And will continue to take them there. He saved my first cat penny a month after i adopted her. I took her to other vets because she wasnt going poop or eating and started loosing weight and i was about to give her back to the agency because i was given a sick cat and they couldnt find anything wrong until the lady recommended him and she got better after a couple of weeks

Horrible service...don't go there, staff is not courteous at all and do not call to confirm or inform you their leaving & closing when they know you're on your way to pick up your pet.

Dr. Lee is extremely knowledgeable. He doesn't always need to run expensive tests to determine what is wrong with your pet. The 'big box' animal hospitals are staffed with young, inexperienced vets who don't have the experience or confidence to diagnose your animal without running a bunch of tests. In addition, his prices are the lowest you will find. I highly recommend him.

Good staff that care about our pets.

Dr. Lee is amazing. His surgical skills are excellent. He doesn't try to make extra money by recommending unnecessary procedures. For that matter, when safe, he will recommend you try more basic treatments to see if those work before going to something more intrusive. It is easy to make appointments with him, even on short notice. His prices are very reasonable. He is knowledgeable about both cats and dogs even when unusual situations arise. I use him both for my personal pets and for the foster cats from the rescue I volunteer for. I am extremely impressed with his work and his professionalism. And in case you are skeptical, no he did not ask me to write this review! I did it because I feel he earned it!

Dr. Lee is the best

I really appreciate Dr. Lee and his crew. He is very knowledgeable and his rates are fair. My dog occasionally has health issues and I am glad I have a trust worth veterinarian that I can go to when she needs. Biscuit gives it 2 paws up and I am very thankful for thier services.

I have been bringing Libby since we adopted her about a year and a half ago and I love them! Friendly staff, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Lee is great. Whenever I take her to shower they check her up and if there's something (like once she had her glands swollen) they call me and let me know so I can authorize treatment. I recommend it, no doubt. Libby likes it too
