Only giving 4 stars because the little white bird (had a Mohawk idk what kind it is) on the ground bit me, like a real bite, apparently he's like the one aggressive one but no one warned me

Omar’s on El Toro is great. My Grandson finally met his feathered companion, Phoenix. He has been very happy with his Cockatiel.

This place ls amazing i have a bird that i'm waiting for (edit) i got the birds and there both 1 year old and there healthy and when one of my birds got hurt they told me places to take them and now there both happy and healthy

I was good for the first time the we go there. And get in love with indian ringneck bird ???? my kids wanted so bad And we give the down-payment for it Like second week. We get call from them saying the bird past away We go to omars to see what happen. And they look each other they look like they don't know what to say. To me they sell it to someone else by mistake I don't know. They look each other acting weird It was kind hard to explain the kids the bird we chose past away In omars they just tell me bird past away you can choose other birds all birds are beautiful ???????? Like nothing.

Bad experience, Mask police yelled at me for attempting to walk in. Somebody needs to teach her Customer Service skills. Scared the hell out of my 2 and 6 year old sons. Completely into tears. Wont go back, she lost a potential sale and repeat business.

Staff is so nice, amazing birds.

What a great place I love Omar's if you ever going to buy an exotic bird it's a place to buy them from they have really nice people who run the store and Omar himself he make sure that the people are happy that are buying the bird's is in good hands with the new owner that's what I love about the store and the owner Omar himself .

Amazing place to go to on Sundays

Great place for bird related items and bird care. There on par with most of there prices for thinks like food,, cages, pet care. Problem is the bird cost are a bit high for instance I can get a green cheek conure from a reputable breeder for 200-600$ depending on age. Omar's wanted over 900$.

At a place I normally love I had a not so good experience today. I was told last time I came in that I had a 50 dollar credit for the rewards program after spending around 4500 dollars on 4 birds a huge double cage and a lot of extras. So I go to purchase some treats and wanted to use the credit and for some reason no one had any record of the alleged credit I was supposed to have and no one could explain how the rewards worked. Apparently birds and cages don't qualify? Ummmm your a bird store how would that not qualify? And not just that I was told I had the credit. Why I love everything about this place this put a really bad taste in my mouth.

Awesome place to see and learn about parrots and other pet birds. Their birds always look very healthy and happy. :)

Love this place! Staff is kind and patience with the customers.when my grandkids come from the islands first thing they want to go tois Omars.Birds are well cared for and if your looking to buy a bird come to Omar's.

If you love birds, this is the place to go.

Amazing place! Beautiful birds and nice staff, yes the staff can come across a little rude but can you blame them? The second you walk in its so much noise, and the staff have to deal with that all day, i get it they still shouldn’t be rude but i assure you guys its most likely not intended!

They have lots of birds, prices are high but baby birds are too cute, you can spend a lot of time there playing with different birds

The staff is amazing. What an awesome place to go and let your kids hold and pet a bird! Be sure you wash your hands and don't forget to bring your camera. These birds are all so friendly. Highly recommend and kid friendly. Enjoy!
