I have never been to the lake elsinore store but they had the dog food I needed in stock. So I drove clear across town to get it. Also there to look at some fish and other water creatures. No staff approached us to ask if we needed help so I sought out an employee. She sent out an over head page. My son and I waited at the tanks and still no one. Frustrating since no one came to our aid I walked to the register to pay. An employee walks out of the office when the first lady I made contact with asked if she helped me, I stated no I was standing there for some time and I am just ready to go. Even the other customer in front of me stated she was waiting there for awhile too and no one helped her. To which the cashier stated they only had 3 people working. I counted 4 total and still no one to help??? Needless to say I will not be driving across town anymore to the Lake Elsinore store.

The price comparison from petco and petsmart is a bit different, bought a 22 dollar item at petco that ended up being 25 dollars out the door at petsmart it would be 21 dollars, I would rather shop 80% at petsmarts for most of my items 20% at petco.

Good employees also have a restroom great for a stop when on the road. Nice people and let's face it, who doesn't like looking at all the animal exhibits

I was able to find almost everything I was looking for. Everything I did get worked great for my pup. Her issue is clearing up & she is doing much better.

I couldn't find the mealworms (my fault) and the cute chinchillas were distracting. The cashier was really sweet.

My dog loves her visits to Petco. We walk all around the store she gets petts and all the great smells she wants. ????

I had the same issue with the woman in the aquatic fish area. She was very opinionated and dropped fish knowledge on me like a new album. Please just give the next customer the fish they want.

They (Petco) need experienced pet groomers that know what they're doing. Plus, it's just disappointing to charge extra for little things, pushing the bill to $94 for a small dog. I don't want to mention her name, but she's a confusing groomer, I was going to turn to an angry Rottweiler instead acted like a Poodle.

I always find products in stock store is clean great customer service my French bulldog is a very picky eater you guys are the only place he really likes the dog food or treats from thank you for excellent service.

Great grooming services. My dogs loved it here. They get groomed very well. No shedding. The workers here are friendly
