I am not sure if the one star is accurate for their services. If there was anything below 1 star, it should be given to this business. They are simply there for your money, no customer service, and no care for your pets. Save your money, time, and, more importantly, your pet from this place. The owner/staff (the gentleman with gray hair) is rude and as if he hates being there. After spending $115 + 20% tip, I got my dog nearly six hours later with unfinished cut (the worse he has ever had) and smelly. He was kept in the shop all this time, so he was drinking water for 10 minutes when we got home. We sent an email to let them know about our experience. We received a call as if we are a burden to the business (sounded like the same gentleman mentioned earlier) - "bring him back see what we can do!" - with that attitude we will take my business else where. Feedback to the owner: 1- Improve your customer service (proper and professional cut) and attitude, don't be rude. If you are doing this for money, you are in the wrong business. Pet owners love their pets. 2- Don't keep pets for 5 hours in a small place when you tell the owner to come back in a couple of hours 3- Please make sure to give water to the pets when they are there for 5 hours or more Update (12/17/2021) We appreciate the call back to bring our dog back; however, we decided not to put our dog through another stressful experience (held for 5 hours without water). Unfortunately, your statements and facts are different from mine, so let's leave it. Our feedback was to be constructive; however, it is sad not to mention (in all communication) any reasons why our dog was held for 5 hours without proper care and water. While your services didn't work for us we sincerely hope your customers will experience better service.

They do a very good and consistent job there. It’s a little pricey though but not too hard to get an appointment.

Absolute insanity requesting proof a vaccine for dogs! Our dog is 13 years old and they are looking for proof of a vaccine that she took when she was a baby LOL you cannot make this up

Scam reviews stay away!! I brought my teddy bear maltipoo to be groomed and they just shaved her whole body without asking me or calling me. When i got there to pick her up I had been told that she was KNOTTED all over her coat and I had felt her hair prior to bringing her and she had brush able knots. They find it easier to shave dogs than to brush them nicely.

We recently rescued our dog and thought it would be a good idea to get him groomed and cleaned up a bit. This place is awesome. He was so happy and excited when we came to pick him up, and I was told he was well behaved for it all. He looks so good! He is trimmed where he needed it, and his fur is so soft and silky thanks to the oatmeal wash and blowout. Nails clipped and paw fur trimmed. My wife, myself, and our pup are very happy with PJ Noah!

I have taken 3 different dogs here over the past few years. Always do a good job. Owner loves dogs and they feel it.

My little dog is a rescue with mobility issues due to an unknown injury. They were so kind & gentle with him and attentive to his special needs. Gave him a cute puppy cut. I’m very happy with their service & will return.

The owners are really sweet and have always gotten my dog in within the next few days. I’ve tried other places but my dog always comes out looking pretty well groomed here. Just a better quality and always reliable about timing. Attention to detail is important in a cut!

Staff is disorganized and rude. Called to get appt and I couldn’t get in the same day which is ok that happens a lot however keeping me on hold for 8 mins to let me know they couldn’t fit me in was not ok? Employee was rude and disrespectful.

I brought my 15 lb Maltese into the salon for nails, teeth cleaning, a bath and a clip and I couldn't be happier with the results. The salon is very clean, the people are great, and their work is fantastic. Definitely will be returning.

After spilling a full mimosa on my 11 month old yellow lab, I knew she needed a bath after a cross country flight from Baltimore! So thankful for this amazing place because the staff was not only friendly but also super easy to work with. Our dog was left in great hands can’t wait to come back!

PJ Noah was able to accommodate our schedule and do a full groom on our miniature schnauzer on a Saturday. They absolutely showered our little girl with care and love. Usually Lola hates groomers and runs for the door; not this time. I was specific in what I wanted and they accomplished every request. My Lola was clean, trimmed and groomed perfectly. I have never returned to the same groomer a second time and I have finally found the only place where I will return.

Edited review from 3/5 stars to 5/5. My second visit to PJ Noah's because someone called me in to make my pups haircut right after I wrote my review down below. Miriam knew right away who I was when I walked in. They took Zuma into the back for 10 min and cleaned up the missed patches. We will come back because they were understanding and so nice. This visit to PJ Noah was our first. Miriam and her team took me in last minute. Overall it was a good experience. I requested that my terrier, Zuma, be shaved down. But they gave us a puppy cut instead. Zuma's haircut was ok, there were some spots on her belly that we're definitely missed, her paws and ears were also uneven. I feel like they definitely could have done a little better and spent a little more time. My dog was happy and for the most part pretty groomed. It just seemed really rushed. See pictures.

The groomers are friendly and we love Meriam who runs the salon. My dogs happily run in to get groomed and they do a great job! And give multiple dog discounts.

We hav 3 rescue dogs and PJ Salon makes them look like Kings and Queen. We love it when our fluffy friends return home from here. Always clean de shedded and nails trimmed

Mariam takes care of our Bella and Kobe as if I am dropping my own kids at daycare, I love that we finally found a groomer who is so passionate about animals!

I have a teacup Shih Tzu named Triton. It takes a lot to groom him so the fact I could take him there weekly (VIP) with reasonable cost is extremely helpful. Also Triton is always so excited to be there. The way they treat my dog is unbelievable. They are always clean, and efficient. Highly recommend this place

Absolutely love PJ Noah PetSalon. Miriam and her team take extra care and give that personal touch for our Cocker Spaniel. The minute we walk in our doggy is full of excitement for her day at the spa.
