I just buy the gift cards for my brothers dog but they really like the place. They do a great job. The doggy looks great!

I love the way they took care is my Doggies’s bath.

Crazy qanon lady runs this place, ranting about welfare and abducting children. Also took too long and did a bad job grooming my dog. Bad experience all around. Don't go here if you like your pet.

Not COVID safe. Owner refuses to wear a mask in tiny, enclosed office. They fractured my dogs toenail during grooming. That costs $200 the next morning at the vet for antibiotics, cut, cleaning and pain meds. My poor baby.

Haven't been there yet. The gentleman that I talked to said a cat nail trimming cost $5. I will be going as soon as my needs a trim.

They are the best!!!!! My dogs always look amazing after and they are so kind and professional. It’s an extremely cute shop where I feel taken care of. And great prices!

In response to the review on March 14th - Hello Timothy, since this review we have been avidly looking at our security cameras and the footage from 2 months prior to this incident. We take matters like this very seriously. We have never had anything of this stature happen within our salon before. Again, we’ve viewed our security cameras, searched for a dog breed similar to yours and have looked months back on our books to connect the dog to your review. But nothing seems to collaborate us to this claim. We have not received any phone calls or emails about this from you nor a veterinarian. We truly are sorry that this happen to you and your pup, but we believe this did not happen at our salon based on our findings. Animal control requires us to offer animals water during their 2 hour stay - we also use all natural shampoos that we thoroughly rinse out of every coat. We have a vet tech on staff and it is impossible for our shampoo to leave such irritation, pus filled bumps on your dogs belly 24hrs after a bath. I come here to get my cats nails trimmed and ears cleaned. They’re super nice, affordable and reliable. Some of these other pet grooming salons require tons of paperwork and charge $25!!! Ma’s and Paws charges $5 hence why I will make the monthly drive 18 minutes out to them each and everytime. Loyal customer here!

Very professional and kind to pets

AMAZING STAFF!! I have never had such a fabulous experience with a grooming salon (and I used to work at one). My pets are always fresh, clean and happy when I pick them up. My family and I highly recommend trusting this crew with your furry friends!

I brought my two German Shepherd‘s and French bulldog . The staff was so polite and helpful. Prices were very reasonable. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. Thanks Ma’s & Paws !

This was a terrible experience for my dogs and I. I noticed something was wrong with one of my dog as soon as I got him back. He was very lethargic and not himself at all. The next morning he wouldn't get up to eat and was slightly limping on both back legs. Then by 4 PM that day he still had not eaten and was completely bedridden. He is only 1 year old and is all about food so for him to turn down food was a cause for extreme concern . By this time I figured he was injured and took him to our local vet who ran tests and said he suffered a back injury. The vet also found red pus filled bumps on his belly. The vet said that the irritation was most likely from the amount of soap the groomers had left on his coat. I know not all dogs are easy to groom but if you are struggling that much with a 15 lbs dog then you either shouldn't be doing this line of work and you should have passed instead of injure my dog!!!

We love ma's and paws! We are so happy we found this place when we moved to OC. The girls are so friendly and always take the best care of my dog Ivy. I absolutely recommend this place it is very welcoming, clean, and affordable prices.

They were very friendly and i felt absolutely comfortable as well as my dog felt comfortable from the very start. Hair cut was absolutely great will be a customer for a long time to come. I would recommend with no problems.

This is the worst grooming job I have ever experienced. I brought my two shelties in, one for a wash and brush and the other for a trim. They got Dakota’s bath right but shaved most of the coat off Snickers. He looks like a new puppy whose coat hasn’t come in. He was as embarrassed as I. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Fantastic! New to the area, what a find!!! Been twice now with my loves, Dex and Abby. Have never had my boy walk Into any place and follow someone away from me. Shocking! He was so comfortable! ????The 2nd time Abby went with Dex. Have had Abby for over a year now, until Ma’s and Paws she has never been able to tolerate a full grooming facility without being supremely stressed out. They were so understanding and patient. Allowing my babes to stay in the same space and not pushing her beyond her limits. I picked them up and they were both so relaxed and happy. A true blessing to know they are not only kind but did a great job! This was the easiest part of my move. ????

We have taken our little cutie here three times now. She gets nervous at the groomer, but they do a nice job of making her feel at ease. They are very attentive and always on time. Our pup always comes out looking like a dog model. We will continue to take her here.
