Generally groomer charges me $130 per dog. They call me advising me my dog is done but because she was “difficult” they will charge me an additional $20. Total $150 for the grooming. Cash or check only at this business. I think the $130 is too much. $150 is unwarranted. Not bringing in my other dog ever.

They charged me $16 for a cat nail trimming in June and all previous times. In July they charged me $20 for the same service. I do not like feeling price gouged. I will never return and never recommend Lucretia 's again.

I was looking for a grooming place for me dog. I walked in and saw one of the worker pull very hard to the dog she is working on to her to so she can work on the dog I walked right out. Crazy I never seem a grooming shop handles the dog like that.

I have a elder small poodle, she has some knee cap trouble on one of her back leg, but she is able to walk, I went to this shop and make sure the manager knows and can take extra care of her when I send her in for shower. After the shower we pick the dog up and found that she don't want to walk. we think maybe she is too tired. we feel a little weird and quickly schedule to see the DR, DR told US 2 of the front wrist is broken!!!! I can not picture the pain that my dog has to take We called the store and they told us they got nothing to do with it and they have no camera in the shop for us to look at. they have deny any of the wrong doing. DO NOT send your pet here for anything. they will not be taken care of and you will end up with a broken heart and broken wallet like me!! Look at this place's yelp reviews! I am not the only one who has this trouble!

I would not take my dogs to any other groomer, these people are amazing! Your dogs go in looking like they came straight out of the garbage can sometimes because dogs are going to be dogs, but once they leave this very accommodating, not to mention, the nicest, most polite staff I’ve ever met in my entire life, they come out looking like Kate Middleton and Prince William’s dogs. Am I over exaggerating? Absolutely not, I think I am not giving them enough credit. It’s people like this that actually care just as much for your little fur babies as you do is what makes them who they are and I will never take my dogs anywhere else. Thank you guys for being such a great experience and for loving the animals not being frustrated or aggravated at the nappy is dog that came into your store but rather you love them, And that’s why we love you!

My dog is old and they were very careful with her. No water in the ears. The cut looks great. The shampoo they use made her fur really soft. I was expecting a huge bill, but they are very reasonable. Go here.
