It was great! Staff was super friendly and helpful even though they were shortstaffed so I appreciate the extra effort they put to help me out. They have good prices and variety with their small animal supplies so I was psyched about that. The hamsters all look so happy with their deep bedding and appropriate sized wheels.

When I went in there were 2 chihuahuas roaming with no leashes and peeing on all over the store. The employees just walked right past them

One time the haircut was uneven. The second time their hot blade left a 3-inch abrasion on my dog’s face, which was initially not reported to me and hidden by hair. When I called to report the incident, the matter was handled poorly and unprofessionally.

Good price and always in stock. I can always find good dog food, toys and treats for my dog. Easy parking too and next to Trader Joe's for bundling a grocery trip

Made a trip to the store for grooming only to be informed my appointment was cancelled. Manager then lies and said they had talked to us. I checked with the other half and confirmed that no they didn't. Manager again said yes they did. I'm not upset that they had to cancel, stuff happens, but it is not ok to not call us and it is not ok to then lie about it.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. We stopped in to pick up a new dog harness and love being able to try them on Henry. We've returned several when we tried to buy online elsewhere. Sometimes walking in is best.

Their grooming service is wonderful. I can tell they love animals!! Also the price is reasonable. I also have reptiles and Daniel is very knowledgeable. I always ask him when I have question. They are very friendly.

Bri in the Salon did a great job with my puppy Milo. It was his first cut, he was scared but she did her best to accomplish grooming a happy and wild puppy. Thank you Bri!
