Despite being overbooked, the hospital said bring my Cairn in after damaging her hind leg. To make matters worse she's 15. Within six hours Maddie had blood work, x rays and meds. She was sent home with more drugs and is slowly regaining.her mobility. Unfortunately vet visits are always expensive.

We are brand new to the neighborhood, and my pups and I were welcomed with open arms by the staff at the Laguna Hills Animal Hospital. On the very first visit, Dr. Jackson saved my dog's life, by diagnosing him on the spot! Thank-you.

We drive 2 hours each way to go to see Dr. Cassidy Jackson. She along with all the staff are amazing! We have very high drive German Shepherd dogs and she handles them very professionally without fear. She is very thorough and communicates very clearly with us. I would recommend her and Laguna Hills Animal Hospital to everyone.

We are SO grateful for Dr. Jackson! My parents have taken their Maltese dogs to her for years and consistently receive wonderful care. I live in Bakersfield and Dr. Jackson helps to care for my Labrador. Whenever I have a real concern about my dog I gladly make the drive to OC for her advice. She is VERY knowledgeable, caring and wise in her treatment plans. LHAH also has the most friendly and helpful front desk staff. They remember many details about each pet and family and are very kind and professional. Thank you for all that you do!

This was my first visit and I am so glad I chose Laguna Hills. My last vet made me feel my cat was on deaths door. Dr Jackson assured me she is doing fine and took the time to go over her care with me. Also what is very important to me is that she isn’t ordering lab tests every 3-4 weeks like my previous vet and she’s also willing to do online prescriptions which makes the process so simple. I also like that you can email questions and get a prompt response plus I had very little wait time during my visit. Everyone from the front desk to the tech to the doctors are incredibly nice and helpful.

My dog, Buck Taylor, was not feeling his best on Sunday. We were able to drop off a sample and Buck got to wait in the car this time. The staff was patient on the phone and helpful once I arrived. I left shortly afterward with a prescription and a happy dog. Dr. Jackson has cared for our pooches (along with the amazing staff - through and through!) and as much as we love her, Buck was still happy not to see her on Sunday. We thank you, Laguna Hills Animal Hospital, for the best of care - always!

I deeply regret getting involved with this practice and hope you consider my experience. Everything seemed OK as far routine vaccines and procedures. Then on two back-to-back occasions the cat needed a same day visit for an urgent incident, they were too "busy" to see him, and I had to go in search of a vet who would see the cat right away. I'm not sure if they are just lazy "We close at six and over booked today" or don't have enough staff. Maybe it's easier to just do scheduled visits. “We have a surgery today and there’s nobody available”. Not willing to stay one second after to 6 to see my cat who couldn’t pee. Sent elsewhere. Their patient from birth. Also the facilities are old and look like they haven't been updated for decades. It's hard to attract good Vets to work in an old building with worn out equipment. It looks like this was a good practice decades ago. The phone system is flaky, and you will always be on hold for a long time. The boarding area for cats is just the treatment holding cages. If you love your pet and want to go to a vet who knows it's history in case of accident or illness, I strongly urge you to learn from my experience and go elsewhere. Irvine Valley Veterinary Hospital is open and capable 24 hours and mentioned hey have been hearing my experience frequently.

I have been using LHAH for my animals for ten years. The staff are the ultimate professionals, from the Veterinarians down to the multi-tasking office staff. An amazing facility. I am very grateful and appreciative to have my animals be clients at LHAH. All the Veterinarians, (but in my opinion, especially Dr. Cruz), and above and beyond top notch. Octavio takes his time and gets to know you and your pets, and treats you kindly and with the utmost respect. Don’t bother with another facility. Go to LHAH!

I found Dr. Jackson very friendly and knowledgeable. Somehow my appointment was not in the system but that did not stop any one from helping me in a friendly and quick manner. Dr. Jackson apologized for the mistake. Great place to take your pet!!!!

If you are looking for a new veterinarian in South OC look no further! We have been clients and our fur kids have been patients of LHAH for over 22 years. They are incredible: knowledgeable, professional, caring, thorough, compassionate - you never feel rushed at a visit or a phone call. They just take such good care of us. All of the vets are great there but we have a particular affinity for Dr. Sultzer.

Been going here for 15 years. Only place I will take my dogs - past n present (unless it's an emergency and they're closed) ????????????

Poorly organized and staff is confused. I received a note thanking me for bringing in Ginger. My pet is not named Ginger. We agreed to a variety if services. AFTER paying my bill I was informed that they were not able to do all of that had been promised, even a service my Vet has considered extremely important. My soon to be former vet, is such such a talker it us hard to get a edge wise. She seems to be fine as a vet, but not so dedicated that she saw that all that needed to be done was done for my pet. Management apologized, so I have raised the star rating to two.

Caring! Our puppy was stung by a bee earlier this week and she was yelping in pain. We drove her over to Laguna Hills Animal Hospital as an emergency patient. They were so nice! Got the stinger out, kept her to give her some medicine and observe her. We so appreciated everyone on staff who were all so nice! LHAH is her regular vet also and we are very satisfied that Scout will be well cared for with them.

I've been to several vets for my dog's needs over the years since I moved here. Saturday I had an emergency situation and LHAH was able to fit me in immediately. Dr. Baybordy was AMAZING!!! He completely explained the options going into my dog's emergency situation, offered several choices I had, and gave me a thorough analysis of the x-rays and options going forward. He gave me his card, complete with email for follow up which I did that same day. He responded promptly, giving me peace of mind with my beloved 15-year-old Maltese. I'm now a committed client!

When I got my new dog about a year and a half ago, I decided to go to Laguna Hills Animal Hospital because it was closest to my home. They have been wonderful and very attentive to my CoCo. I always get an appointment when needed and am treated very well. Their wellness plan helps me save money on the basics. I am very happy with the care I receive at this location.

LHAH has been our Vets for almost 20 years. The staff is like an extended family to our fur kids, while the Doctors are the best at keeping them as healthy as possible. Even though we have moved to North Orange County, we drive back down for babies health care needs. We love them!

I was helping a friend who's dog was in distress and called for an appointment. Laguna Hills Animal Hospital staff listened to my description of the problem and was able to squeeze us in within an hour. They were able to diagnose and treat the dog by the close of business. The staff's communication was better than I get from my "people" medical providers. I've had animal companions most of my life and can highly recommend Laguna Hills Animal Hospital for their professionalism and compassion.

We have been taking our fur family to LHAH for 30 years. I’m fact , we moved to Yorba Linda 10 years ago and still trek down to LHAH and won’t take our animals anywhere else! We live the staff and the care the drs. give our pets!

What an excellent experience from the first phone call to driving home!! I initially called for help when my kitty hurt her leg and Karen was so kind and helpful directing me to The Blue Pearl. So when I needed to get Artemis's suture removed and her vaccines I wanted to bring her here!! Roberta was also so kind and helpful! Day of the appointment I was way more nervous than Artemis but EVERYONE was soooo nice and friendly even though I was the worst first time patient and forgot all my paperwork. Alex came out to get Artemis and was totally sweet. The doctor (Tina, I think) eased my nerves, explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Their care was tangible and their smiles were felt through the phone. Artemis did so good with them and she can be a little shy with new people. I have to go back for her next series of shots and if she decides to be a wild animal again, I know where to go! A million thank yous from Artemis and me!!!
