Love these groomers. Molly, Garrett and the crew are So sweet, responsive and do a great job with our dogs. Have taken my 2 Golden Retrievers there as well as my daughters poodle mix rescue.

Tail Wagger - from the friendly response over the phone and convenient scheduling they did a great dog with my nervous senior French Bull dog. He came out looking very handsome, nails clipped, ears cleaned and shampoo with blow dry. What more could you want. Now my fav groomer......

I had a beautiful experience with the genuinely good people at Tail Wagger. Even on the day of Christmas Eve, they made time for me to bring my cat in to have her nails trimmed and have nail caps put on her front paws. Being my first time, I made the mistake of not bringing nail caps with me for the groomers to put on my cat. They kindly explained to me that they don't sell retail, they only do grooming, and so they don't have nail caps available. This was my mistake, but still they apologized for the confusion and trimmed my cat's nails for free! I appreciated that so much. These are the people you want grooming your pets. People who genuinely care and empathize with others, and therefore go the extra mile. Tail Wagger is a warm, comfortable, happy environment I highly recommend!

always kind of nerve racking dropping your dog/loved one in the hands of a stranger, but Molly the owner was very friendly with our miniature schnauzer dog and was kind with him and even started to give him a bath herself because she had her place fully staffed and busy with other dogs. My dog was ready in approx. 2- 3 hours and he seemed happy when I picked him up. When I went to pay it was cheaper than where I usually went to but I only had a credit card, which she does not accept. Molly was so kind and actually apologetic saying she takes responsibility for the miscommunication because she said she was supposed to remind me when she called to say he was ready for pickup. I reluctantly offered to go to the bank to get cash, but Molly said don't worry about it, and that I could send her a check in there mail when I got home. I felt very touched with the trust that Molly had in me, a stranger, I even stupidly joked with her that I could never pay if I wanted to; however, I felt her honesty as a person and as a small business owner. So when I got home I sent her a check for slightly over the amount owed to show my appreciation for her act of kindness. I will definitely be returning with my future business, assuming I continue to receive the same quality cut I received this time. Thanks Molly!

Fantastic! I've been bringing our dogs to The Tail Wagger for almost 30 years. Molly and her Staff are professional, caring and kind. Their love of their work is evident in the result! I'd give them 10 stars, if available!!!!
